A charming 55 square meter apartment in the heart of Camogli. A happy and peaceful home. Special. Just opened, beautiful, cozy, bright. Unforgettable. The apartment, completely renovated in 2023, overlooks a characteristic and splendid Ligurian square, very quiet. Located in the center of Camogli. A spacious and pleasant bedroom, a beautiful and functional kitchen, a large and bright dining area. Two smart TVs, two new air conditioners, a new and very comfortable bathroom.
IMPORTANT: The railway runs through the entire city center of Camogli, but we have chosen windows and fixtures so that the noise of the train is not bothersome. However, if you are very sensitive to noise and desire absolute silence, this apartment may not be suitable for you.
Every part and furnishing of the house is new. The bathroom is very elegant and clean. New sanitary ware and shower.
The apartment is accessible through three light and not steep flights of stairs, as it is located in a central building, but in a quiet and residential area.
In the building, the apartment is on the ground floor. There are three beautiful windows, with new fixtures and glass that ensure thermal insulation.
The house is equipped with a hairdryer, kettle, pots, dishes, glasses, cutlery, iron. We also provide sheets and towels. There is also an electric broom. Everything is new.

Why the name La Risacca? The entire house is decorated with wall prints by artist Alberto Perini, famous for his sublime representation of the sea.

A well-equipped and carefully detailed apartment. Annalisa & Alberto two splendid people. Two minutes walk from the beach, close to the station but you don't hear anything. Truly unique.
