Description

The B&B is located in a quiet position, in the countryside, but within walking distance from the main street of Busalla, the most important center of Valle Scrivia.

The young family that runs it offers its guests an independent portion of a typical country villa Genovese, recently restored faithfully preserving the uniqueness of the original frescoes dating as the home to the last 800 years.

The interior respects the furnishing and furniture complements the era of the building.

Ideally suited for people who want to visit Genoa and its hinterland, or who wish to design a quiet moment to break up a long journey.

The rooms overlook the private garden and the lush greenery of the area, offering peace and tranquility fresh.

The room can accommodate 5 people and is ideal for families with children who want to spend some time relaxing. The B&B also offers a triple room and one double room.

In the large room the owner personally oversees the preparation of breakfast, giving full availability in the schedules.

For cars and motorcycles is available a private parking inside the fenced private property.

From six in the morning until 9:30, in the spacious room of B&B La Moggia, you can enjoy a variety of cakes and filled croissants, biscuits and cookies, bread and Ligurian focaccia, cereals, yogurt, jam, Nutella, and butter, all available on the buffet table, with hot drinks prepared on the spot by the owner.

On each table, there is fruit juice and water available to comfortably enjoy your breakfast.

Warm, friendly welcome and the property was perfect for our needs. Would definitely consider staying again. Unfortunately we didn't have enough time to take breakfast. Secure parking on site was another bonus.

Our experience went well beyond expectations. We spent only one night here because we were just passing through and did not take advantage of all the beauty of the place. The location is convenient for everything, parking (not to be underestimated in Liguria) both near the B&B and inside it (in the courtyard). The little house is really lovely, equipped with every comfort. There is also a nice garden where you can spend a few hours in absolute tranquility. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are quiet. The lady who welcomed us was really kind. A nice discovery, we will definitely return.

Sì, la struttura è sicuramente un po' vecchia, è degli ultimi anni del 1800 e abbiamo cercato di mantenere le caratteristiche dell' epoca, ma questo non sempre incontra i gusti di tutti. Mi dispiace che abbia considerato la pulizia insufficiente, è da sempre un nostro punto di forza, e se me lo avesse fatto notare durante il suo soggiorno mi sarei impegnata per risolvere il problema. La ringrazio ancora e le auguro un buon proseguimento

Everything is perfect, friendliness, cleanliness. It is very nice, especially in summer, it is cool. The bathroom is well renovated, modern and comfortable. The only flaw is the bed, I think more than anything the spring network, absolutely to be changed. For the rest, we found ourselves very well. Excellent starting point to explore the area.

We stayed there for two nights on our way through. One day we visited Genoa. We really liked it. The hostess is very kind and it was not a problem that we were slightly delayed for check-in. Nicely located in a quiet area, with a small private bathroom.

Very central in Busalla but immersed in the green of a large park... Fantastic! Historical residence with a retro charm, rooms in style, essential but nothing is missing. Bathroom outside the room but private, one per room. Very helpful and accommodating owner. Excellent value for money. I will come back here for my next visits to Busalla!

The place is very beautiful, spacious and quiet, surrounded by greenery. Easy to reach and with the possibility of internal parking in the structure. We were three couples and therefore we had the whole structure to ourselves, we felt at home even though we stayed only one night. Lorenza was very helpful and very kind and prepared a perfect breakfast for us. I feel like recommending it.

Italian mansion also completely decorated in that style. Located on a small hill with parking. Within a 3-minute walk you are in the heart of Busalla. The main street. Friendly owner Lorenza. We were passing through and slept there for 1 night. In the morning, a great breakfast with many choices. Personally, I prefer savory over sweet. And there was mainly a lot of sweet choices. But that is a matter of personal preference.

Maria is such a sweet host. Her house is completely renovated and really feels like a palace.\n\nEverything was clean and functioning well. We had fresh towels, a good bed, and a beautiful room.\n\nThe bathroom was private and clean.\n\nThe breakfast was very good. We had fruit, crackers, focaccia, yogurt, and much more.\n\nWe could order breakfast at any time we wanted.\n\nThe house has a lovely view over the city and is located in a very quiet part of Genova. If you travel by public transport, this place is very convenient. You just walk down the hill, cross the river, and the train station is close by. Maria is the best host I ever had. So kind and warm: I couldn't wish for any other place to have my holiday.

We were given the annex, so we had an apartment all to ourselves with a kitchen.\n\nWe had a great time, the house was clean, the furniture a bit retro. Away from the chaos of Genoa, the children enjoyed playing in the large garden.\n\nHighway toll booth a stone's throw away.\n\nLa Moggia is a charming place.\n\nFriendly and helpful owner.

We decided to choose this Bed and Breakfast in light of the fact that it was in the outskirts of Genoa, but at the same time very close to the station, which with a simple train connects in less than twenty minutes to the urban center. The structure is practically a nineteenth-century villa immersed in nature (we were lucky enough to even see the deer!), cared for in every detail to try to reflect the origins of this place. We were particularly struck by the courtesy and kindness of the owners who welcomed us as if we were members of their family. Considering the costs of Genoa, I would say that the quality-price ratio, in light of what was offered, could not have been better. Breakfast is taken care of in every detail in order to satisfy the most particular requests of the clientele. We hope to return as soon as possible. Overall rating 10.
