La Giuditta is an intimate and comfortable bed and breakfast. The house where you will be wellcomed is a comfortable place that will make you feel at home even on holiday. our detached house enjoys beautiful views of the Gulf of La Spezia and you can sleep in the silence of the countryside and the sound of the cicadas or enjoy breakfast in the open and soft air.

The family that manages the B&B is composed by Nicola and Paola together with their daughters Helen and Sarah and by 3 four-legged friends (Luna and the cats Kila and Milla). Nicola is a good chef, Paola loves sports and has the passion of the gardening and..of marmelades! Elena knows four languages and graduated in Tourism Ciences and Sara graduated in Sports at the University. Together everybody can devote you the time you will need, suggesting you the various touristic itineraries.

The house is located in the hill country, in the middle of the "Gulf of poets", close by the "5 terre" (photo 18), Lerici (photo 17) and Portovenere (photo 16). la Giuditta is 5 kms near the station, the motorway, the port and the centre of La Spezia. If you take the A12 motorway you can reach Versilia, Sestri Levante, Portofino and the nearby inland areas of Lunigiana in less than one hour. There also are beautiful cities such as Pisa and Lucca one hour far- away from La Giuditta. Florence and Genova are more than an hour from the B&B.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely B&B. The host was friendly and the location was calm, situated 3 km from La Spezia. The only suggestion we might have is for a larger coffee maker.

Great stay at La Giuditta. Quiet, clean, and our host Paola is truly top-notch. She made us homemade yogurts and jams. She provided us with detailed information about the places to visit and the schedules, thank you very much to her.

Highly recommendable! It’s a very beautiful location, peaceful but close to the city. The host family is warm-hearted and welcoming, the house is smartly equipped with everything one needs for a couple of days and you can enjoy a beautiful view.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura all'inizio di settembre. Da qui abbiamo potuto visitare Spezia Lerici e le 5 terre che sono spettacolari. Accolti da persone gentili premuroso ed accoglienti. La struttura è pulita e ha a disposizione una piccola ed attrezzata cucina. Unico punto negativo la scala a chiocciola per salire in camera che, col bagno a pianterreno, di notte non è comodissima.

Posto incantevole immerso nel verde ma vicino ai principali luoghi di interesse. Casa molto accogliente dotata di ogni confort e circondata da un giardino curato e attrezzato per trascorrere momenti di relax. I proprietari ospitali e attenti ad ogni esigenza. A completare il tutto una piccola piscina per rilassarsi a fine giornata. TOP!

Ho scoperto La Giuditta per caso cercando un posto in cui dormire per partecipare al trail del golfo dei poeti, ed è stata una fantastica scoperta! La location, curatissima riservata e con panorama sul golfo, offre l'occasione per una pausa di completo relax, in piscina o gustando una colazione all'aperto coccolati dal pane fresco e marmellata ogni mattina e dai consigli gentili degli gestori. Alla mano e sempre disponibili, aggiungono vero valore all'ospitalità. Consigliatissimo.

Perfect place to stay. The house is situated in the beautiful garden in calm area of la Spezia.
It is 10 minutes by car to the city center, where you can take train to the Cinque Terre (8 minutes to the first stop), a boat to the Porto Venere (20 min boat trip) etc.
Easy access to the highway. Sarah and her family are exceptional hosts, very friendly and helpful.
Property is very clean and tidy, you have everything you need for pleasant holidays.

Abbiamo trascorso 3 fantastici giorni alla Giuditta, base di appoggio ideale per la visita delle 5 terre e dintorni.
L'alloggio è immerso nel verde delle colline sopra La Spezia, la casetta si presenta molto graziosa, curata e pulita. Paola e la sua famiglia sono stati disponibilissimi e ci hanno dato ottimi consigli!

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Bed and Breakfast “La Giuditta”. Der Aussicht war atemberaubend schön, das Appartement wirklich sauber und die Frühstücksauswahl mehr als ausreichend. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und ebenso nett verabschiedet. Die Unterkunft würden wir definitiv weiter empfehlen und auch selber immer wieder zurückkommen, um ein paar Tage zu entspannen.

Nous avons été très très bien accueillis par la famille.
Notre petite maison en pierre sur un jardin en terrasse était parfaitement équipée et très propre et entretenue. Petite maison de conte de fée avec vue sur la vallée verdoyante.
Je recommande vivement cette adresse pleine de charme, au calme mais non loin de tout (en voiture).

Hors mais proche des Cinque Terre chaotiques.

Sono ritornata in questa struttura perché la prima volta mi ero trovata benissimo. La padrona di casa è gentilissima, la struttura molto pulita e confortevole, la posizione ideale per chi vuole andare al mare, ma allo stesso tempo vuole un po di tranquillità.
Per colazione oltre alle brioches mettono a disposizione le loro confetture, miele e non manca mai il pane. In quella zona è il mio punto di riferimento.

La Giuditta ist ein kleines Paradies. Wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl, ein guter Ort um La Spezia, Cinque Terre, Lerici und Porto Venere zu besuchen oder einfach nur im wunderschönen Garten in der Sonne zu liegen. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Es war ein perfekter Urlaub.

Proprietari gentilissimi e molto di aiuto nell'esplorazione del territorio circostante.
La struttura è bellissima, immersa nel verde della montagna a pochi minuti dalla città di La Spezia.
Se volete passare una vacanza o un week end tranquillo, piacevole e riposante scegliete con tutta sicurezza questo posto.

Nous ne donnons pas d'évaluation sur les petits déjeuners car nous ne déjeunions sur place, par contre nous avons aimés la tarte confectionnée par la propriétaire ainsi que les fruits. Notre séjour c'est très bien passé très bonnes recommandations aussi bien sur les lieux a découvrir et les lieux ou se restaurer. Les propriétaires sont adorables et au petit soin pour leurs invité (e) s.
Lieu agréable, calme, et très bien tenu propreté et couchage impeccable. Nous ne pouvons que le recommandé.

Tout a été fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans d'excellente condition. Maison indépendante, très confortable. Endroit tranquille et silencieux, avec terrasse et jardin pour prendre ses repas et se reposer, près de la nature tout en étant à côté de la ville et des lieux à visiter. Accueil chaleureux, bon échange en français avec les propriétaires. Merci Paola pour les petits déjeuners copieux et les confitures faites par vos soins.

The warm welcome by the owners predicted a lot of good. True.
This is what we hope to meet at a bed and breakfast. Into detail, everything was charmingly thought of and taken care of. At check out they gave us some of their home made fig jam and a car refreshing little bag of lavender. Not only a home away from home but almost a new branch to our family tree.

La petite maison est confortable, intime et très propre. La terrasse offre une vue splendide sur les environs. La fille des propriétaires, qui parle un excellent français, nous a donné de judicieux conseils pour guider nos escapades. Les confitures maison du petit déjeuner étaient succulentes! Un seul bémol, la connexion wi-fi, pas facile à obtenir.

This was a very pleasant place to stay as it has a wonderful view & is located away from the rush and bustle of La Spezia. However a car is essential.
The host family are lovely and very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay here.
