Description
The beach house - Via Olivo, 149 - Portovenere - consists of four units - 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom and 2 apartments with kitchenette and equipped kitchen. It is 5 minutes walk from the ancient village and from the departure of the boats to the 5 Terre, the Palmaria Island, La Spezia, Portofino, the Aquarium of Genoa, etc., with the Arenella beach in front of the house.
The position of our structure is excellent because it is located a few steps from the center, but does not have the disadvantages of the center which is completely pedestrian, all climbs, descents and stairs: it allows you to arrive by car to the house to unload your luggage and check in and for those traveling by train, the bus stop is in front of the house.
Those traveling by train will have to arrive at the central station of La Spezia and take the bus or the boat to reach Portovenere: the bus stop is closer to the station than that of the boats.
The parking lots in Portovenere are all on the street, cannot be reserved and paid: 3 solutions - Gulf area - Zone P 3 - Zone P2 -
Children pay if they need a bed.
From 15 October to 15 March, parking in the P3 and Gulf areas is free.
Gulf area - at a cost of Euro 10, 00 per day - served by shuttle - weekend formula - 3 days - Euro 10, 00 - Weekly pass - Euro 60, 00
Zone P3 - starts from 10 minutes on foot from our hotel and applies to the whole ring - Euro 20, 00 per day

Our houses are subjected to the anticovid deep cleaning program (sanitizing of every surface - furniture - fabric - air conditioning filters) : the linen is washed by industrial washing machines and the cleaning of the house is performed by an operator with a negative pad and who wears mask and gloves.
We also provide a sanitizing product for hands and surfaces.
We DO NOT provide breakfast: upon your arrival you will find welcome snacks - instant coffee - tea - fruit juices -
We DO NOT supply beach towels.

Pets are allowed, but their presence must be agreed in advance with the manager, at the time of booking: we do not accept cats.
Please respect the inhabited places and the neighborhood:

Franco, la ringrazio per la bella recensione, ma non sono d'accordo con il voto dato a - POSIZIONE - La nostra struttura è in una posizione UNICA e ECCELLENTE: 1) perchè si trova a 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico, ma non ha i disagi del centro storico ( tutto salite - scale - discese ) - 2) perchè si può arrivare con l'auto fin sotto casa per scaricare i bagagli e fare il check-in - comodissima per trasportare i bagagli - 3) perchè quando si è fortunati come lei, si può parcheggiare sotto casa, nel cortile condominiale, risparmiando € 25,00 al giorno ( un rega lo che offriamo con piacere ai nostri ospiti, quando è possibile ) - 4) perchè - lungo mare - spiaggia - fermata del bus - si trovano davanti a casa, basta attaversare la strada - Che cosa desiderare di più???

Comfortable, welcoming, and clean facility that allows you to reach the center by foot both to visit the village and to move around for eating. Very kind owners who welcomed us very well, allowing us to use the laundry room (even though we did not need it) and to use the condominium parking space (not always available). Definitely recommended for visiting Portovenere, Palmaria, and 5 Terre.

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Mrs. Gloria who allowed us to enter the premises and explained in great detail everything we needed to know. The place is spacious, very well furnished, and with attention to every detail, allowing us to have a great holiday. We hope to be able to return!

The room was clean and the location was good; however, overall I was underwhelmed. The room was not as nice as I was expecting. Also, though the hosts were nice, they were not very accommodating. Was fine/didn’t have a bad experience but I would not stay here again.

We stayed for 6 days at La Casa sulla Spiaggia, very cozy, functional and clean apartment. Optimal location near the equipped beach and the promenade. Beautiful large terrace with sea view. Excellent structure, clean and spacious room and bathroom, very welcoming and comfortable. Ms. Gloria and her husband welcomed us giving us a lot of useful information about Portovenere and the surroundings, and made themselves available for any request. The location of the structure is perfect, a equipped beach right in front and the town center about a 5-minute walk along the promenade, quiet and peaceful location. If we pass by Portovenere again, we will definitely stay at the "La Casa sulla Spiaggia".

We had a great time in this apartment, excellent cleanliness, the apartment is large and very comfortable and in a great central location and almost in front of the sea. The owners are very kind and helpful. What can I say, Portovenere is wonderful and if we were to go back, we would definitely return to this apartment.

A nice room with all the comforts, super well-kept, a large, spacious and bright bathroom, enjoys a very large private terrace perfect for breakfast with the sea air in your lungs. In a very convenient location, a stone's throw from the center but in a still quiet and secluded area from the nightlife, however facing the beach. Gloria welcomed us with pleasure and care, also leaving us the parking space inside the structure, very welcome given the rates of public parking. For a carefree weekend of relaxation, it's the best you can find.

Perfect location, very close to the equipped beach and a stone's throw from the free beaches, the center of Portovenere and the ferry departure point. The room is tastefully furnished with attention to detail and equipped with a refrigerator and kettle as well as dishes for a breakfast or a small cold meal on the terrace. Large and comfortable bed with a very comfortable mattress and a very quiet room. Mrs. Gloria was very kind and helpful in welcoming us and providing us with a lot of practical information for our stay. Highly recommended as well as Portovenere, truly stunning.

Very beautiful structure with plenty of space available. Absolutely nothing is missing. Large terrace with sea view. La Casa Sulla Spiaggia is located in front of the beach a few meters from the sea and 3 minutes from the center. I never give a 10 in terms of value for money because I believe, applicable to the entire Italian territory (I dedicate about 40 days a year to traveling always in Italy), that in our country, holidays have become a luxury for a few Italians. However, I highly recommend the structure as well as Portovenere, which is a gem.

Ho passato due giorni molto belli presso il B&B La Casa sulla Spiaggia di Porto Venere.
Ho trovato la camera molto carina e arredata con gusto e con tutte le comodità (il tocco femminile si vede).
Gloria e suo marito sono stati molto gentili, venendomi a prendere a La Spezia e dandomi delle dritte su posti dove mangiare e altri suggerimenti su Porto Venere.
Altro vantaggio, almeno per me, che dal B&B si va a piedi dappertutto (spiaggia, ristoranti, biglietteria traghetti, fermata autobus, centro del paese, etc) la macchina non serve proprio.
Si cammina e si respira aria di mare, una bellezza per me che arrivo da Milano.
E per finire anche il tempo è stato clemente, fortunatamente il sole non è mancato.
Insomma una bella, anche se breve, vacanza in un posto da favola.

Non mi è chiaro alla voce "qualità-prezzo" il 7 che avete dato: pensate sinceramente che € 95,00 a notte in due persone più un cane, che naturalmente non ha pagato (cioè € 42,50 a persona), per una camera come Camera Luna 2 e cioè con tutti i pavimenti in teak, angolo cottura attrezzato, mega-bagno con doppio lavabo, terrazza abitabile di mq 20, sia una qualità-prezzo da voto 7? Forse non sapete che a Porto Venere una striminzita camera di mq 14 senza terrazza, senza angolo cottura, con mini-bagno dove ci si muove a stento, nella posizione in cui si trova la nostra struttura (se esistesse, perché non ce ne sono) costerebbe, nel periodo in cui avete soggiornato, almeno € 120,00 - € 150,00 a notte? Provate a fare un giro di persona, No per telefono (per valutare il prezzo è necessario vedere la soluzione offerta) e vi renderete conto che la qualità - prezzo di Camere Luna 2 è senza esagerare da voto 10!

La struttura è situata in un'ottima posizione: vicina al centro, ma nello stesso tempo tranquilla. La stanza ha uno spazioso terrazzo, è arredata con gusto, pulita e fornita di tutto ciò che potrebbe servire. I gestori ci hanno accolto con cortesia e gentilezza ed hanno saputo offrirci interessanti informazioni sulle possibili passeggiate con cui avevamo intenzione di riempire la nostra vacanza. Consiglio certamente questa struttura a chi vuole trascorrere in coppia una vacanza piacevole a Portovenere (magari in compagnia del proprio cane come nel mio caso), Fulvia Fusi.

Sono stata in questo appartamento tre giorni con mio figlio di otto anni e mio marito.. che dire.. bello, comodo, pulito, curato e con ampio terrazzo dotato di sdraio e tavolo con sedie. La proprietaria Gloria gentile e disponibile, ci ha consigliato anche degli ottimi ristoranti. Quando torneremo a Portovenere richiameremo sicuramente questa struttura.

Ottima posizione, struttura tenuta a regola d'arte, serietà e disponibilità dei proprietari.
Unica mancanza il wifi ma mi era stato comunicato, è un suggerimento per i proprietari se vogliono raggiungere il top.

Gestiamo case anche nel centro storico di La Spezia che sono fornite di wifi, a Porto Venere abbiamo fatto questa scelta, perché riteniamo che in un luogo così speciale, romantico e magico sia bene "sconnettersi" e per coloro che proprio non possono farlo o non riescono a farlo, in ogni spiaggia -bar - ristorante a due passi da casa è possibile connettersi gratuitamente.
