Description
Sandra's house is located in the hills between Noli and Spotorno, just 4 km from the sea and surrounded by olive trees and nature. It is equipped with all the comforts including a kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, mosquito nets, washing machine, and especially a beautiful and delicate flowered outdoor area complete with benches, table, deck chairs, and barbecue.
It is an excellent solution for those who want to change the air, go to the sea, and especially walk or use a bicycle (I have set up a convention for Moto-Bike and E-bike). It is also a great solution for those who want to relax and find themselves in time marked by nature.
The public parking is 30 meters away and is free. It has a bedroom with a bathroom, but if you need it, there is an additional double sofa bed. My knowledge of the territory and its resources will help you make the most of your vacation;).
It is part of the small village of Cà de Badin, where its 12 inhabitants preserve the history and traditions of the place.

House very well kept with a stunning garden where you can have breakfast and enjoy the view in front. It is located in a small and very charming village in the hills above Noli, from where the sea is easily reachable. The structure is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Monica and Antonio were very kind and very helpful in providing us with information and suggestions on places to visit and restaurants. Highly recommended.
