The B&B consists of two double rooms, one single room, and two bathrooms.

The room price includes breakfast, bed linen change, towels, heating, and hot water.

The addition of an extra bed costs €20.

Children can sleep in the same bed as their parents for free, except for a small fee for breakfast.

Discounts are available for B&B guests who plan to stay for extended periods.

The rooms have private bathrooms and are equipped with televisions.

For stays exceeding 3 days, the kitchen and appliances (washing machine, oven, hairdryer, etc.) are available to guests.

I personally manage my house, which is a penthouse located in a very peaceful residential area with a terrace that has a breathtaking view. The area is accessible by public transportation, and in a few minutes, you can easily reach the city center, beaches, and shops. France is only half an hour away by highway. The hinterland of Sanremo is particularly interesting and characterized by numerous villages (Apricale, Dolceacqua, Triora, Badalucco, and many others) where various events take place during the summer seasons.

Certainly some things could be reviewed, but the kindness and friendliness of the lady and the satisfying view that can be enjoyed completely outweigh any other shortcomings. Certainly it will be our reference point again if we were to return to Salerno.

The B&B is located in a hilly area, far from the center, quiet, it is advisable to arrive by car. It is an attic with a large terrace and a charming view of Sanremo and the sea, however, our room was furnished incompletely and inadequately with two camp beds, uncomfortable mattresses, and disorder. Poor cleanliness. The owner was kind and friendly. It's a pity that the care and comfort standards that are usually found in B&Bs are missing.

The structure offers few comforts, such as the absence of air conditioners. The cleanliness is practically non-existent. I gave a rating of 1 because it was not possible to give less. The location of the structure is problematic if you don't have a car, making it difficult to reach desired destinations. Furthermore, the parking, which is said to be private, is actually a public parking lot.\n\nI gave the manager a rating of 3, not for the kindness shown, but for the intrusiveness. You never really feel in privacy, both because the manager passes in front of the room to water the plants on the terrace, and because while we were away from the room, someone entered and raised the shutters. Everyone can keep personal effects of any kind in the room and honestly, no matter what price you pay, privacy should be included.\n\nI paid 80€, a fair price considering we are in Sanremo and breakfast is included. However, considering what I described above, 40€ would have been more than enough. As for breakfast, I expected something more.\n\nI hope my feedback is taken as something constructive to improve in these aspects.

We stayed at this bed and breakfast for one night, two adults, a child, and a small dog. The room was very clean, the owner welcoming and kind. She even personally showed us, late in the evening on the street, the parking spot where we could leave the car for the night (and it was good because parking space in the area is really limited). The room is spacious and clean, and it remains comfortable even with the addition of a cot for the child. The separate bathroom is also spacious, well-furnished, and clean. The owner's courtesy and kindness were truly remarkable. We also had the chance to have a chat with her. The real strength of this bed and breakfast is the terrace accessible from the room, shared with the other rooms, offering a truly remarkable view of all of Sanremo and the coast, with the sea in the foreground. The place is quiet, outside the city center but easily reachable. The price, in our opinion, is appropriate. We marked as "not applicable" the breakfast evaluation only because we only needed to stay overnight, planning to have breakfast with the rest of the group staying in other accommodations. Breakfast is included in the price anyway. Recommended.

I had a great time. The place is quiet, clean, and the owner is very kind and helpful. I went to the horse competition in San Remo, very easy to reach (less than 5 minutes). I will definitely come back.

We had a great time! The Casa di Myricae is wonderful with very spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms including TV and fans. We occupied all three available rooms, and our room directly faced the terrace with a breathtaking view of the hill and the sea. Mrs. Angioletta was very kind! She made us feel at ease as if we were truly at our own home! Highly recommended for those who want to enjoy the small joys of life like watching the sunrise from the hill overlooking the sea and feeling the fresh air that is almost impossible for us living in the city. Excellent breakfast (croissants, cookies, toast and jam in abundance)! Mrs. Angioletta's dogs are adorable! I would gladly return! Highly recommended! Big kisses and thanks again to Mrs. Angioletta! Kisses also to Priscilla and Tegolino!

The spaces are very spacious, cared for with attention and elegance. The location is not excellent but easily reachable and Mrs. Angela is a very amiable host who has always kindly accommodated our requests. It is a pity that we were always very busy, we would have gladly lingered to enjoy the comforts and the company.

The B&B is located in a hilly area, in an attic with a balcony overlooking the sea. The structure is not signposted because it is inside a private apartment, but the lady was very kind and precise in giving us directions (her name is on the intercom, so it is found immediately!). Thanks to the free parking spaces nearby, it is possible to leave the car and walk to the center and the beach of San Remo (no more than 15 minutes on foot). Our room was equipped with a fan, television, and mosquito repellent stove. As for the dogs, you do not notice their presence at all because they have their own area separate from that of the guests, so do not worry! Definitely recommended.

Negatively: There is no air conditioning. It is difficult to access the address, it is necessary to specify the departure on the street, because you have to go all the way up and ring the bell at 244 at the owner's house (there are no B&B signs). However, the terrace is very beautiful, the welcome is very friendly, and the breakfast is very good.
