Marisa's House is a contemporary apartment located just a short walk from the S. Andrea Civil Hospital and the Le Terrazze Shopping Center, making it a strategic choice for those needing accommodation near medical facilities or for business travelers. Its location is also perfect for medical representatives, salespeople, and healthcare staff.

This recently built apartment is situated on the ground floor and is fully furnished with all the necessary comforts. It features a spacious living room with a kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a large bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom equipped with a shower. Additionally, it includes a private parking space.

The area is well-equipped with cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and public transport options just a few meters away, while still being peaceful and away from traffic. The Central Station, from which trains to the Cinque Terre depart, is easily accessible, as is the boarding point for boats heading to Portovenere and Lerici, located around 900 meters away. The Cruise Terminal is only 800 meters away, and the beaches of Lerici and Portovenere are reachable by car in about 10 kilometers.

The apartment is situated in a peaceful area while still being close to all essential amenities: the large shopping center, Sant'Andrea Civil Hospital, cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, and public transport are all conveniently within walking distance.

The Central Station is easily accessible, from where trains to the beautiful Cinque Terre depart, with the first stop at Riomaggiore just 7 minutes away. Additionally, the dock for boats heading to Cinque Terre, Portovenere, and Lerici is approximately a 900-meter walk.

We are also in close proximity to the new Cruise Terminal, located 800 meters away.

The stunning beaches of Lerici and Portovenere are about 10 km by car.

Very nice, although on the street level where people are passing by freely. I don't think that was specifically pointed out on the BnB. Not perfectly clean, specifically bathroom, foreign hair was present. City tax was not included in the price at the time of booking and nobody is using coins in 2025. Not the best price/quality ratio. Apartment already has a code box on the main entrance, so check-in at 21h was not specifically doing any favors for me. You should treat foreign guests much better, especially when you are not speaking English.

Sorry about the bathroom, usually it doesn't happen I will report it. Regarding the Municipal Tourist Tax it is well specified in the estimate provided by Bed and Brekfastat, as in many other cities the tourist tax is answered by the lessor. I would also like to point out that Mr. Dejan Rajeac was greatly facilitated in the check in time, providing the possibility of accessing the apartment freely as his arrival was at 9 pm. Mi spiace per il bagno, solitamente non succede farò presente. Riguardo alla tassa di Soggiorno Comunale è ben specificato nel preventivo fornito da Bed and Brekfastat, come in molte altre città la tassa di soggiorno viene risposta dal locatore. Faccio presente altresi' che i sig. Dejan Rajeac è stato ampiamente agevolato nell 'orario di chek in, fornendo la possibilità di accedere all appartamento liberamente in quanto il suo arrivo è stato alle ore 21.

The apartment was great and the owner very nice.\n\nShe gave us a lot of information about the area, places to visit, how to get there, and the public transportation serving those places.\n\nOnly downside, the city didn't match the idea we had.
