La Baia di Lerici

Housed in a historic building, among the characteristic alleys, very well located just a minute from the square by the sea in Lerici.

A charming place just outside but convenient to everything.

My boyfriend and I stayed at the property for 2 days and the holiday was excellent. First of all, it is worth noting the great availability of the owner who made no problem in helping us unload our luggage near the property and then carry them to the room (on the fourth floor on a fairly steep spiral staircase) all by himself. The distance from the parking lot to the building is about one km, absolutely bearable as the route is flat and on the waterfront. Furthermore, being affiliated with the parking lot, the owner provides 'scratch cards' at very favorable rates. Breakfast is served in the bar below, it is complete with everything (both sweet and savory) and totally included in the price. As for the rooms, the spaces are not huge but absolutely acceptable, especially for a couple (we were in the room normally used for families, thanks to two additional beds on a loft). The room was equipped with a hairdryer, TV, and fan. Furthermore, the room cleaning was excellent. The only downside could be the slightly steep spiral staircase which is certainly not for everyone, but in our case, being on the fourth floor, the owner asked several times if it was a problem. Another point that could be a double-edged sword is the absolute central location which is very convenient to reach the waterfront and all the premises in the center of Lerici, but is slightly inconvenient to reach by car (however, the owner of the property takes care of requesting permission from the authorities for passage in the ZTL area) and, being close to a church, the bells are quite close.\n\nIn conclusion, I highly recommend the property, especially for couples looking for a quiet place, without time constraints (even at night) and affordable. If the opportunity arises, we will return both to Lerici (which is a truly beautiful town) and to the B&B La Baia di Lerici.

The location of La Baia di Lerici is very convenient, practically in the square and very close to the seafront and restaurants. The room is essential (ours on the third floor) with limited space, just enough for a couple. The furniture is quite dated but functional. I appreciated that the bathroom was equipped with several very useful samples, which I did not expect in a B&B. The breakfast at the nearby bar is good and plentiful. The manager, Alessio, is very helpful and kind. In conclusion, the value for money is very good for the area, which is generally quite expensive. I would absolutely recommend it to young people and couples, perhaps a little less suitable for families.

This is a guest house and not a bed and breakfast, so I would not have expected to find this establishment on bed and breakfast. The breakfast, which is good, is actually served at the bar. The location of the room is strategic, but the parking is a 20-minute walk away.

A bed and breakfast in the city center with clean and welcoming rooms. Alessio is a more than helpful manager: he was concerned about making the future spouses' room more pleasant and also decorated the entrance with beautiful flowers. Definitely a nice experience and a place to return to.

The rooms are simple, clean and equipped with essential services. The central location is very good. The breakfast, included in the price, is served in a bar adjacent to the structure and is rich and genuine. The manager was very kind and welcoming, but at the same time professional throughout the stay. Upon arrival, he advised us on the nearest and cheapest parking (3 € per day) and since there was a blocked road, he came to pick us up by car and then accompanied us with our luggage to avoid convoluted detours in the village. In short, everything one can expect from a good Bed and Breakfast in Lerici.
