Jolly Roger affittacamere

Great stay at Cadimare, a small village on the outskirts of La Spezia, easily reachable even by public transport. Clean room, host always available, recommended.

The structure is overall ok. The parking spaces in front are free and the structure is a 10-minute drive from La Spezia and 20 from Porto Venere, so all in all, it has a great location. Our room was a few steep steps from the ground. For those carrying many suitcases, it could be uncomfortable, but with a couple, we managed just fine. The room has air conditioning, which is great. And in the morning, there's no need to set the alarm for 9.30, the bell tower takes care of it!

Clean place and centrally located, sofa bed accommodation quite worn out. Cold and distant welcome from the owner, in the 3 words spent he forgot to inform us that the parking spaces marked with white lines were for residents. We ended up with a nice fine and not even a coffee offered.

Small room a few kilometers away from the center. Friendly host, simple apartment, good price. But TV and Wi-Fi were not working.

Really lovely room, small but super cozy, and the owners were so nice.

We had a good time. Great location for those, like us, arriving by car and using the means that lead to the station in 15 minutes, where the trains to the Cinque Terre depart. Also convenient for visiting the Gulf of Poets, where you can take the motorboat that leaves from the pier of Cadimare in front of the structure. I recommend the property, very nice and tidy in all aspects, with a minibar and a fan that also brightens up the hot summer nights. Thanks to the guys who manage it! I would gladly come back.

Great location, excellent bus service for getting around, compliments to the guys running the Jolly Roger affittacamere.

The location is good for those who do not want to stay in the city, well served by buses both towards La Spezia and Portovenere. The village is also well served in terms of dining, if you don't eat fish, however, you might have difficulty. The structure is basic, it's fine for a short stay.

We stayed for the BBday and I must say we got a great deal! The room was simply but tastefully furnished, very clean. Great location as a base to visit the Gulf of Poets. If I may give a suggestion to the managers, maybe a better attention to small details. It's great to provide a kettle and complimentary teas, but it would be better to make sure there are teas in the boxes and maybe add an extra roll of toilet paper, always nice. Overall, a recommended structure.

Purtroppo non è gestito ottimamente e soprattutto si trascura la pulizia (in tre giorni mai venuti).

Prezzo maggiorato dal sito B&B.

Personale cordiale e disponibile, struttura ben curata e mantenuta ideale per chi viaggia per lavoro ma anche per piccole vacanze.

Buono. Tutto ok. Per chi ha problemi con le scale (come me) un po' faticoso. Da fare con attenzione.

Jolly Roger è un'ottima struttura per chi cerca un luogo tranquillo e strategico per raggiungere comodamente le città più vicine. Il servizio è puntuale e serio, la camera pulita e confortevole. Fortemente consigliato!

Buyer beware: Parking is free, but not guaranteed. Arrive on a busy day (especially in high season, as we did) and you could well spend hours looking for a spot in the public lot. Not near as important (but equally annoying) was the loud location (though somewhat expected as the apartment is above a bar) and NO free Wi-Fi as advertised. The lack of toilet paper in our bathroom was just plain odd. Consider this place only if you are stuck looking for last-minute accommodation in the area.

Ho trascorso un weekend in questa struttura con il mio ragazzo e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Il posto in cui è situata è ottimale per visitare Portovenere-La spezia e Le cinque terre. Rispetto ad altre strutture che avevo valutato, questa è decisamente più conveniente e si presenta molto meglio! I gestori dell'affittacamere sono anche i proprietari del bar sottostante e sono davvero molto gentili e disponibili! Perfetto per coppie che vogliono trascorrere un weekend e visitare questi bellissimi posti!

Abbiamo soggiornato al Jolly Roger per due notti a Maggio 2017. La location anche più bella del previsto si affaccia davanti ad un porticciolo splendido, appartamento molto spazioso e curato. Diego ed il fratello sono stati molto disponibili e ci hanno consigliato per il meglio ma direi che anche la gente della borgata è stata molto ospitale. Da consigliare come punto strategico per gite verso 5 Terre e Porto Venere. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Signora gentilissima. L'ambiente è carino e ben tenuto in ottima pulizia. Ci siamo trovati bene visto il punto abbastanza strategico vicino da molti paesini bellissimi da vedere come Cadimare, Fezzano. Portovenere e al tempo stesso vicino a la Spezia centro storico e porto. Consigliato.

Cortese accoglienza, posizione incantevole fronte mare vicinissima alle 5 terre. Da ritornare.

Soggiorno perfetto, struttura pulita, rustica, vicino al porticciolo, accoglienza ottima e buonissimo rapporto qualità prezzo! Sicuramente consigliata, parcheggio gratuito e comodo ai mezzi per 5 terre, Portovenere a fianco.

Salve. Non è proprio una recensione, ma un appunto che, forse, può essere interessante. Innanzitutto, desidererei, insieme alla mia compagna (siamo di Milano e abbiamo quasi 60 anni) vivamente fare i complimenti per questa meravigliosa idea, cioè di riunire tutti, o quasi, i B&B d'Italia per far conoscere al meglio il nostro Bel Paese. Bravi, complimenti a tutto lo staff, a tutti voi. Io e la mia compagnia, quasi ogni anno, approfittiamo dell'offerta del soggiorno con una notte gratuita e ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo.. Ora, però, mi sento di fare una puntualizzazione. Ho notato che quest'anno, per il B&B day, ci sono alcuni B&B che tentano, secondo me, di fare i furbi sui prezzi cioè, mi spiego meglio, ho visto che alcuni offrono ad € 80,00 o 90,00, per il soggiorno di due notti, alcuni con bagno esterno. A me sembra caro.. significa che una notte in un B&B senza grandi pretese, costi € 80,00 o 90,00 a notte, quando, invece con l'offerta del B&B day, si dovrebbe pagare metà. Ora, magari sbaglio, non sò..ditemelo voi.. Sò che voi non avete nessuna responsabilità sù tutto questo, comunque mi sento di comunicarvelo. Per me è un rincaro esagerato. Noi siamo disposti a pagare anche un po' di più tipo, se una notte costa € 40,00, che dovrebbe valere per due notti, noi pagheremmo anche € 50,00, perché capiamo che è sempre una buona offerta. Colazione non inclusa ma possibilità di farla al bar dei proprietari ed è ottima ma è a pagamento (sarebbe carino includerla nel prezzo). Molte scale ma nel complesso bel B&B.

Massima ospitalità. La camera molto pulita e accogliente. I gestori, sono a massima disposizione e molto gentili.
