Bruno and Susanna: they have been together for almost a life, but more than thirty years on different paths, each at opposing (and often divergent) angles to investigate their existences. The project "Joie de Vivre" and the decision to leave Milan and moved into the woods made their researches finally common. Bruno is a pragmatic dreamer, Susanna is creative sometimes concrete: he is attentive to the dictates of society, she is keen on those of her inner evolution, he loves the preservation of the past, she researches about the transformation of the future, he is a paladin of security from external attacks, she is a champion at opening to the unknown, he is a refined reader, she is an enthusiastic writer. They are an example of how love and respect for different paths and choices and the common joy towards life can make complementary what might apparently look in opposition. Parents of Francesca and Jacopo, who have been away from Italy for several years (but sometimes come back to their house, now open to everybody), Bruno and Susanna await you at "Joie de Vivre" in Calice Ligure to share with a few moments of true bliss together.

B & B JOIE DE VIVRE is in Eze, borough of Calice Ligure, in the hinterland of Savona, 7 km from Finale Ligure, near the medieval village of Finalborgo. The exit of the Genoa-Ventimiglia is about 2 km (exit Finale Ligure), while the international airport of Genoa is 70 km. Near us there is the forest, rock climbing and many beautiful rides. At 10km there is the Melogno Hill.

The structure is immersed in greenery with a stunning view of the Perti rock. The breakfast is delicious (very convenient take away) and with quality products. The managers are very helpful and make you feel at home. A truly wonderful stay! We will definitely come back!

The stay at Joie de Vivre was very pleasant, in every aspect. It was an experience in which not only the body is nourished, thanks to the excellent and abundant breakfast served, but also the spirit, thanks to the encounter with two special people like Bruno and Susanna: I will not forget the nice conversations we had together. We found this B&B to be a very welcoming structure, well integrated into the surrounding environment. Superbly taken care of by the owners, the house is immersed in greenery, with a view of a wonderful valley that extends all the way to Finale Ligure. The owners are welcoming, attentive and hospitable, even with the little ones, they manage to make you feel at ease. They are able to recommend places to visit based on your needs. The breakfast is rich and abundant. We recommend it to all those who seek an unspoiled, simple, genuine place, who love nature.

I chose to go visit a Friend before even a former colleague and I found myself catapulted into a dream land, Liguria, and in particular into a corner of Paradise immersed in the green where this new structure dominates. The hills, woods and flowers with a thousand stunning colors delight the eyes and spirit; the clean and crisp air purifies the body and mind. Too short my stay but a source of inspiration to repeat the experience.

I recently spent a weekend at the B&B Joie de Vivre. I found a brand new and well-kept environment. The place is quiet and hidden among olive trees and fruit plants. The owners are special and very affable, able to immediately create a very pleasant empathy.

Splendid location in a wonderful setting. Excellent walks and the calm atmosphere is the most refreshing thing you can find, especially in Liguria. Susanna and Bruno are exceptional hosts and know how to make you feel comfortable, immediately establishing empathy with the guest. It feels much better than being with family! Highly recommended for everyone: couples, families, alone, with or without pets. Simply a corner of Paradise in Liguria.
