Description

Dear Guests,
Our Bed and Breakfast Il Tulipano is an authentic Ligurian house (built in 1700) with a sunny terrace, located just 50 meters from the sea. It is situated in the beautiful historic center of Borghetto Santo Spirito, not far from restaurants and shops.

We have two rooms:
Room Classic has a single bedroom with airco and a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer. There is a kettle and a small fridgebox.

Room Superior has a double bedroom with airco, a private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a private terrace.

Additionally, there is a large garage under the house where you can deposit for free bicycles, surfboards, beach equipment, etc. WiFi is free. No television.

The historic center of Borghetto has preserved over time the original plan of the X||| century with its Carruggi, characteristic alleys that maintain the charm of the past. As a seaside town, it offers cultural events such as theater, live music, cabaret, markets, and tastings.

Every guest receives tourist information about the city, the area, and current events. Free parking for cars is located about 90 meters away. The Le Caravelle Water Park is 3 km away. We don't have an elevator, there are internal stairs. Not suitable for a wheelchair, for little children and elderly people. No pets allowed.

Great option for spending a few days at the seaside. Excellent location; parking is lacking, but I believe it is scarce everywhere in Liguria. The main drawback is the bathroom, which is small and uncomfortable. The shower is good and spacious. Ingrid is an excellent host, always attentive and accommodating. Being an old building in the center, it has rather steep stairs, to be considered in case of joint problems. The breakfast is plentiful. Strategic location, convenient to the sea and the town center, and very quiet at night. Overall a good choice for a relaxing weekend, recommended.

Structure in the center of Budello, convenient to all services. Clean and well-kept apartment in every detail. There are two steep stairs for access and others that separate the bathroom from the room, typical of historic houses. The bathroom is small and the toilet next to the radiator is a bit uncomfortable. Air conditioning is available. Very positive experience.

Great location, many stairs but it's worth it. Room with a small balcony under the stars. I can't judge the breakfast because it wasn't requested. A place I will return to when I have my knees renewed. Thank you.

Our stay at Tulipano was exceptional. Starting with the kindness and availability of Mrs. Astrid, and continuing with the property. It is very close to the sea and the station. All the necessary services are close to the apartment. Absolutely recommended for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a bit of tranquility.

Beautiful structure, well positioned. Only two drawbacks: too many steep stairs and lack of air conditioning. Even though there are two fans, it is not enough to circulate air.

I stayed two days with my sister at 'Il Tulipano', Mrs. Astrid's property. The owner is very kind and helpful. Abundant breakfast. The location is great, close to the train station. I recommend it for those who want to relax in peace, away from the city chaos.

The two-room apartment is very well-kept and very clean, close to the sea but in a quiet area, excellent for rest. Equipped with a nice terrace, even if it has a 'rooftop hillside view'. The only problem, which in my opinion should be highlighted in the description: it is reachable with two rather steep and high stairs, and the 2 rooms that make up the unit are in turn connected by a steep internal staircase with high steps.

Everything is magnificent! The Bed and Breakfast is in the center of Borghetto, a stone's throw from the sea; the owner, Astrid, is really kind and helpful; we spent days in complete relaxation! The cleanliness and breakfast are of a five-star treatment! Highly recommended!

We stayed with my boyfriend on the days 1. 06. 16 and 2. 06. 16. From the beginning I was impressed. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The cleanliness was excellent. The director of the structure, Mrs. Ester, was extremely helpful and welcoming. We will definitely come back again.

We have just returned from a truly wonderful weekend.\n\nWe had a really good time, thanks to the professionalism of Mrs. Astrid.\n\nClean, new, and modern rooms, we were also fortunate to have a beautiful terrace that we used to the fullest.\n\nMrs. Astrid is very kind and always available. The hotel is located right in the historic center with its small and characteristic narrow streets. Everything is really within easy reach. The sea is less than 5 minutes' walk away and it is wonderful.\n\nWe are really happy to have found this hotel and we are already thinking of returning as soon as we have the opportunity. My partner and I stayed at this B&B last weekend. The property is located in the heart of the town, there is a very close parking lot and the sea is just a few steps away. The room is very nice, with a large terrace and also a fully furnished kitchen, where the owner prepares breakfast in the morning. We had a great time, the place is quiet and really nice. Maybe we will come back.
