For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

La struttura è ottenuta nel piano basso dell’abitazione. La camera è molto spaziosa e il bagno è ben servito (per quanto riguarda la mia stanza). La colazione si fa in cucina ed è ben fornita. Peccato per la posizione “scomoda” dal mare e per la poca indicazione per raggiungere la casa.

La signora Marina è molto gentile e disponibile e cordiale. La struttura è fornita di piano cottura e frigorifero per cui volendo si ha la possibilità di cucinare comodamente. Sono a disposizione degli utenti anche delle biciclette molto comode per raggiungere il lungomare che dista circa 15 minuti, in macchina sarebbe impraticabile per la scarsissima disponibilità di posti dove parcheggiare.

Signora gentilissima, molto pulito e tranquillo. Ideale per riposare dopo una giornata alle 5 terre con passeggiate, nuotate e vogate. Ti senti a casa tua ed è economico. Oliviero.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. A pochi km dal mare e da Sestri. Entrambi raggiungibili in bicicletta (una vera comodità per muoversi in Liguria) che sono messe a disposizione dalla signora Marina, molto gentile e disponibile.

Propriétaire discrète, endroit calme et paisible. L'accès voiture est un peu compliqué, mais on s'y fait. Un peu loin de la mer (4km). Cuisine à disposition, petit déjeuner copieux et petites attentions pour la journée (eau minérale, biscuits, jus de fruit, café, thé). Bon rapport qualité-prix, pour un peu plus cher on pourrait demander une meilleure litière, renouvellement draps et serviettes.

Struttura in zona tranquillissima, non in centro e non comoda per raggiungere il mare, ma comunque promossa a pieni voti per una vacanza di pochi giorni ad un prezzo più che onesto.

B&B molto carino e accogliente, ci si sente a casa anche per l'uso della cucina. La Signora Marina è gentilissima e premurosa. La posizione un po' defilata ma comunque comoda per raggiungere le spiagge solo però in auto o, per i più sportivi, in bicicletta.

Posto tranquillo, camera pulita spaziosa cosi come il bagno, colazione fai da te senza limiti, focaccia calda tutte le mattine, gestore a disposizione. Uso gratuito delle biciclette per spostarsi al centro e al mare, che distano circa 3 km.

Très bon accueil de la part de Marina. Discrète et attentive, elle nous a permis de nous sentir à l'aise et en vacances. La chambre et la salle de bain sont spacieuses et Sestri Levante est une destination qui permet de s'évader, d'être au bord de la mer tout en puvant rapidement gagner les hauteurs de la montagne.

La struttura è semplice ma pulita e ben tenuta; la signora che la gestisce è cordiale e disponibile, senza essere troppo invadente; la colazione offre di tutto e di più, con focaccia fresca tutte le mattine. Questo B&B è vicino sia al mare, sia per molte visite in luoghi turistici vicini. Il prezzo, oltretutto, è ottimo.
