1 KM far away from the enchanting bays of Sestri Levante, in the middle of the beautiful Eastern Riviera between Portofino and Cinque Terre, you will find "I Falchi sul mare", a pleasant room with private bathroom inside a well-groomed flat. Awakening you will enjoy a breakfast buffet, served in the spacious sitting-room on public holidays. We would be delighted to welcome all our guests and to advise at our best about the many chances offered by our region.

We stayed with Elena, who proved immediately welcoming towards us. The room is inside her apartment but is well located near the entrance to ensure adequate privacy and independence. Street parking in front of the property is also convenient; in fact, we had no problems finding a spot. We highly recommend this B&B!

We had a great time. Elena was welcoming, she prepared us delicious breakfasts and the environments were very clean. We will definitely return, it is convenient for parking and we always reached the sea on foot. It takes about 20 minutes.

Upon arrival, the owner is welcoming, the room is small with a one and a half bed, clean including the bathroom (except for the disgraceful toilet brush and no shampoo or shower gel). It was explained how the coffee machine works... the next day, since I am an early riser, the coffee machine was not working. The owner arrived and explained that we were staying in her house and we had to wait for her instructions because she has to do everything herself... okay, this was not told to us upon arrival... many contradictions in the reviews as well. One important thing is that you stay like in a room... but you enter a house inhabited with guests (the minibar is the fridge of the house... her whole own house... I asked for water... the tap water...). I took the liberty of closing the room on the first night due to personal items; the second night I did not close it, in fact, I was taken the fan that was granted to us the first night... (I should mention that the rooms were cleaned every 3 days, not 1 and a half). Finally, she wanted payment in cash despite the bank transfer deposit... and what if we had no cash? Minimal breakfast, not abundant as per reviews. Conclusion: not worthy of a b&b.

Elena was incredibly welcoming and friendly. We loved our stay in Sestri Levante—everything was perfectly clean and thoughtfully organized, and we had everything we could possibly need. What really stands out for this B&B is the host. Both Marco and Elena did their really best to assist us with anything we requested and also helped with local recommendations on diving sites and ordering taxi. Their hospitality deserves 11/10. The price is also incredible for this location!

Great accommodation. Room with a very large bathroom and everything necessary. Super abundant breakfast and Mrs. Elena very kind and helpful, I felt at home. Outside the center, but free parking nearby. Excellent value for money. If I had to return to Sestri, I would book this BeB again.

We stayed for two nights and felt at home. The room is not very big, but comfortable, the bathroom spacious and super equipped (the only place where I found a "normal" hairdryer, there was also a straightener). Impeccable cleanliness, quiet area, Elena, the owner, very kind, friendly and very welcoming. We will definitely come back.

My friend Marina and I stayed for only two nights, but it was a nice experience because the accommodation was very welcoming and nothing was lacking in the room. The location was excellent, it is ten minutes on foot from the beach areas. The owner Elena and her son Marco were also very courteous.
