Top floor (6th) with lift in a residential apartment block, ultra-bright, fresh, a bedroom with three places (divisible and single double bed) and balcony, corridor and living area with dining room, kitchenette equipped with dishes and balcony with open view of the Recco valley, bathroom with tub and shower. Equipped with every comfort (beds made, towels, soaps and dishes) it is ready to use! Only 600 meters from the sea and the railway station, convenient to the motorway exit.

Communal parking area not bookable and upon availability upon arrival.

Two steps from the sea away from the noise!

Well-maintained apartment in a modern style. I report a bit of a shortage of heating and the lack of a television in the bedroom. Excessive unpleasant odor coming from the bathroom. Cooperative and available owner.

Although it is on the sixth floor of a condominium, it is very quiet and peaceful. You can reach the train station and the beach in 10 minutes, many markets nearby. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and Mrs. Daniela is very helpful. I hope to return soon.
