We stayed two nights in this property. It is a whole apartment, large, with a bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen/living room, very clean and welcoming, with an excellent location as you can reach the center of Sarzana on foot in five minutes. At the same time, it is on a side street, so it is quiet and has parking available. The lady who manages it is very kind and helpful, and she really made us feel at home. The breakfast consists of packaged products and is served directly in the apartment, so it is convenient (packaged croissants, jam, spreads, coffee, tea, chocolate, yogurt, milk), especially for us as we stayed with two little girls. Definitely recommended!

The apartment is spacious, welcoming, and functional. It is very close to the center of Sarzana. The owner is very kind and helpful. It was a very pleasant stay. We will definitely return.

The house is in a very convenient and clean position, the environment is comfortable and the landlady is kind, welcoming and helpful! I would definitely go back.
