The holiday houses I 99 olivi areThey host four apartments of different sizes to meet the demands of families with children and couples. Each apartment has got its own entrance to ensure privacy and quiet.

CASA BIANCA is a free standing little house among olive trees, located a few miles from the beaches and the city center of Imperia Oneglia. Suitable for families with kids thanks to its convenient location near the parking. It has a balcony and a terrace furnished with table and chairs to have meals outside in the sun. View on the sea and the Alps.

Our guests can take advantage of free Wi-Fi, car park, a garden, kitchenette, a little balcony with view on the sea.

Situated in the heart of the Riviera dei Fiori, in Imperia Oneglia, the Landhouses have a very convenient location, not far from the beaches and the city center (less than 3 km, only 10 minutes by car), but at the same time, in the tranquillity of the countryside, among ancient olive trees.
Genoa airport Cristoforo Colombo and Nice airport are both at about 90 km.
Imperia is near the most famous touristic destinations in Liguria: Sanremo, Bordighera, Ospedaletti, Alassio, Noli, Bergeggi, Finale Ligure, Laigueglia and is served by two railway stations, in Oneglia and in Porto Maurizio.
The climate is mild all year long and the old city center, near the harbour offers plenty of delicious restaurants with a friendly, lively atmosphere in all seasons.
The inland hides charming villages and landscapes of unexpected beauty, besides a great variety of restaurants with local specialties and olive oil and wine producers.

Litta Apartment, very nice, tastefully furnished and equipped with unusual appliances such as dishwasher and washing machine. The small garden is cute, very green and with a nice space for eating outside... something we did all week because actually the spaces inside are quite small and lack support surfaces but also simple hooks to hang tea towels. Even in the bedroom you feel a bit the lack of a chest of drawers, but obviously these are considerations that apply to long stays, for a few days you manage. The location is strategic: above Villa Grock and a few minutes from the center of Oneglia, on the edge of a slightly busy road during the day but absolutely quiet at night. If the garden were not protected by a reed net, you could see the sea, which is however enjoyable from the garden available a few meters above. Very friendly Mrs. Francesca and very prompt in meeting our requests: given the intense heat that made sleep difficult for us, she immediately provided us with a fan that solved the problem. Recommended!

The view is spectacular like the garden in the olive grove, the house is perfectly equipped, the friendliness and flexibility of the owner. Just a bit narrow and quite busy is the road that separates the various accommodations from the parking lot.

My wife and I spent a pleasant and relaxing week at I 99 Olivi. The apartment, suitable for our needs, is clean and functional. Mrs. Francesca is hospitable and helpful. A reference point for a, hopefully not too distant, upcoming week of sea and relaxation.

Enough Hotel. With a bit of initiative and the help of the internet, always considering your own needs, you can find those who, like you, love simplicity and the 'silence,' the good one, that of the sea air, but on a hill. The farmhouses, four, are immersed in greenery and discreetly overlook the Ligurian Sea. The structure is certainly interesting for those who want to spend a few days between the Ligurian sea and hinterland, on vacation. Francesco.

We stayed at the Battina house, me, my wife and our 2 Golden Retrievers. Francesca, the owner, is a very helpful person. The house is extremely clean, fully equipped and even has a dishwasher. A small private garden with table, chairs and sun loungers. The parking space is a few tens of meters away, closed with a gate. Above the apartments, climbing a few steps, there is a shared garden with lawn and olive trees, from which you can enjoy a stunning view of the city and the sea. We will be back soon.

Great structure. Five minutes by car from the sea. Very kind and helpful owner. Small oasis of tranquility with private garden and parking in complete safety with automatic gate.\n\nWe can't wait to go back.

For years we have been staying at the Elvira apartment. We are still very satisfied. The apartment is very well equipped. Both from the apartment and from the large lawn adjacent to a beautiful olive grove, you have a very nice view of Imperia, the ports, and the sea. In the area of the lawn, there are extensive furnishings and lovingly planted vegetation. You can relax wonderfully and enjoy peacefully the beautiful colors, the unique nature, simply everything that Liguria represents. Especially noteworthy is the kindness of the owner, Mrs. Montolivo. She is always available, always helpful and friendly. Mrs. Montolivo also provides valuable tips on events such as concerts, musical performances, and celebrations, visits to interesting buildings, caves, and much more. We rested very well and felt comfortable.

We stayed in the Litta apartment. The apartment is very practical. The outdoor area is completely protected. Unfortunately, the view was not particularly good. We had a nice holiday and felt very comfortable.

We stayed twice in the summer at the Bianca apartment. It is ideal for a family with children, being the only apartment in a house and having a small exclusive garden. The landlady is extremely kind and accommodating. We felt very comfortable every time. Absolutely recommended!
