Beschreibung

I Giardini is a comfortable residence located in Romito Magra, five minutes from the sea, between Lerici and Sarzana.

It is very easy to reach because it is 2 km from the Sarzana motorway exit in the direction of Lerici.

Also nearby are Bocca di Magra, Ameglia, Fiumaretta, Marinella, Tellaro, S. Terenzo. Further away, but easily reachable, are the Cinque Terre, Portovenere and La Spezia.

The area in which the house is located is residential, without traffic, full of greenery, very quiet; there is a parking space, a comfortable terrace and a garden. There are two double bedrooms, with air conditioning and private bathrooms, two separate breakfast rooms. The breakfast room combined with the FAMILY room has a kitchenette and an external loggia.

For those traveling by train, a shuttle service is provided to and from the nearby Sarzana station.

Property located a few kilometers from the sea. Relaxing and quiet area. Suite room on a floor with bathroom and shower, private terrace; highly recommended, like being in an apartment. Very kind host. Private indoor parking for cars and motorcycles closed with an automatic gate. Air conditioning. I will definitely return.

La piccola perdita del rubinetto del lavabo del bagno ( era un "filo" d'acqua che non ne ha compromesso il funzionamento) è stata sistemata lunedì mattina, appena è potuto intervenire l'idraulico. Il te' non era in camera, era nella sala colazioni. Se invece intende il te(levisore), nella nostra struttura non ce ne sono, ed è chiaramente indicato sul sito. In quel caso non si capisce la valutazione della colazione, che è costituita da prodotti monodose confezionati, delle migliori marche, acquistati al supermercato. Le brioche , se pur confezionate , sono prodotti di pasticceria. La macchina del caffè è della Lavazza così come le cialde, e c'è pure il cappuccinatore.

I had the fortune of staying, alone, in this beautiful property for a period of 11 days, usually traveling alone and by motorcycle, the fact of having it sheltered inside the structure is important. Raffaele is an exquisite person, always available and present for every need, I stayed in the mini Family apartment, fantastic solution, everything perfect from the room, tastefully furnished and very spacious, to the bathroom, the kitchen, equipped with everything, but absolutely everything, including a beautiful veranda where to have breakfast, breakfast is incredibly abundant including food for all tastes. Rest is ensured by the tranquility of the area, close to everything but far from chaos, an excellent starting point to visit the wonderful places of Liguria and also Tuscany. Very honest price! I will definitely return in my motorcycle tours. Thanks to Raffaele as well as to the father and mother, very kind people.

Good property located in a strategic area, close to the highway exit and only 3 km from the sea of Lerici. Clean and tidy environments. The owner is available and kind. Breakfast a bit scarce, everything packaged, could be improved.

My husband and I stayed at I Giardini from June 5th to 10th, and we had a great time. Raffaele and his family made our stay in Liguria even more beautiful. The room was always clean, the bathroom was large and comfortable, the breakfast room was very welcoming and always well stocked. An added value to our vacation, thank you for everything, beautiful days that we will never forget. We recommend this wonderful establishment to everyone.

I address mainly to bikers like us, I would like to highlight the parking of this property which is inside the private garden, all fenced and with an automatic gate for independent access. For us who are jealous of our bikes, it is really a plus for a highly recommended property, in a secluded position from chaotic streets, an excellent starting point for trips to Lerici and the 5 Lands. Quiet, clean rooms equipped with every comfort, private bathroom, very comfortable mattress, linens, hairdryer, wifi. Abundant breakfast packaged in single portions, attentive and helpful manager. What more can I say? Thank you Raffaele for helping us live a dream weekend!

I stayed for 4 nights at the 'I Giardini' property in September 2022. The house is beautiful, located in a very quiet place. It has private indoor parking. The room cleanliness is excellent. The bathroom is large and spacious. There is no elevator, but the owner is very helpful in carrying the luggage. Great location for visiting Sarzana, Lerici, La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, and much more.

B&B The Gardens, great for those on vacation who want to feel pampered like at home. Among all the hotels and B&Bs I've been to, The Gardens are definitely in first place. Heartfelt thanks to Raffaele, always attentive and treats his clients excellently. The B&B? Reserved parking in the garden, top cleanliness, fridge always full, and a truly strategic location of the B&B. In a short time, you can reach truly spectacular places. Definitely, for those intending to go to the Lerici area, I highly recommend staying there.

Located a few kilometers from Lerici and Sarzana, the property is actually a mini-apartment: the two rooms each have a private (separate) bathroom and their own fully equipped kitchen. Perfect for extended stays. Private parking, excellent cleanliness. The owner is helpful, welcomed us for check-in late at night.

One of the best places of my trip. Very nice room. Kitchen available adjacent to the room. Quiet place away from the main road. Good location in relation to the places to visit. Have you ever dreamed of having a beautiful home by the sea? In a maritime style but at the same time elegant? Here at the B&B I Giardini I felt just like that when the manager handed me the keys! The splendid marble floors, the walk-in closet with double entrance and plenty of space, and the relaxing view of the olive garden from the private terrace. The owner is very kind, helpful, and attentive to Covid regulations (breakfast in a specially designated private room with a private terrace to avoid contact with other B&B guests). Great and super quiet location where you can listen to the birds singing and indoor parking within the property (the manager leaves the electric gate open for complete autonomy). Garden with sun loungers to relax. Sea and Sarzana are a ten-minute drive away. I think I haven't forgotten anything, I hope to come back soon soon. A huge thank you to the manager for the hospitality!

The owner Raffaele is very kind, caring, and ready to meet the various needs of customers. Spacious room with a desk and walk-in closet, bathroom just outside, but large with a whirlpool shower. Staying for five days, we used the well-equipped kitchen and always had lunch on the terrace. The building, with a well-kept private garden equipped for sunbathing, is in a quiet residential area in an ideal geographical position to quickly reach both the Tuscan beaches and the Ligurian cliffs and surrounding villages. We will be back.
