I had a very good time at Griffion Dormo, located in a very quiet residential area. Within 200 m there are all the services supermarkets, bars, tobacco shops, bus stop, etc. The common area with equipped kitchen is very convenient. The owner is very helpful and kind. I would return.

Very kind manager, a special mention should also be made to the mother who helped us easily reach the sea; the house is very clean and functional located in a convenient spot in Genoa. It is easy to inform that there are difficulties in parking (for those who do not know the city and the places) but nearby there is a very convenient paid parking.

The apartment is a bit dated, but the owner, Federico, has made it really cozy. There is Wi-Fi and all the services that may be needed (kitchen, washing machine, hairdryer, etc.). It is close to San Martino Hospital (you can walk there in 10 minutes) and is in a neighborhood well served by shops and public services (bus). Congratulations to Federico. Truly recommended.

Impeccable reception and assistance, Federico is very kind and helpful. The rooms of the structure are two doubles each with a private bathroom. The added value is the kitchen (shared between the two rooms) fully equipped and functional. The room was perfectly clean, new and quite spacious, with a double bed, large wardrobe, TV, desk. The bathroom is spacious, new and clean. Excellent value for money. It will be my reference point here in Genoa every time I have to come to the area (it is very close to San Martino Hospital). In the surrounding area there are all essential services: post office, newsstand, pharmacy, supermarkets.

We were supposed to be in Genoa for a hospital admission at 7.30. My nine-month-old son and I were left to ourselves and the owner was so kind to let us into the room at 9 in the morning. Certainly, he probably didn't have the room booked the night before so it was already clean and tidy but still I really appreciated the owner's availability. Not everyone would have done that without asking for an extra charge, so thank you very much.

I had the need to stay at the Grifon Dormo for a certain period, and I had a great time, the structure is central, the room very clean and quiet with a private bathroom, TV and free wifi. There is a fully equipped kitchen complete with everything, dishwasher, and washing machine. In the area, there are various supermarkets easily reachable on foot. The owner, Federico, was very kind and available for any request. Thank you for everything Fede!

Found by chance. I was looking for a room in Genoa, Sturla area. I stayed for 4 days for work and I couldn't find anything better. Beautiful and very clean house with comfortable beds, well-served area and very kind owner, excellent service and very affordable price. Highly recommended, I had a great time.

Two days, spent little, good cleanliness, welcoming environment like the very helpful manager. Atypical Genoese. The only problem is the parking, it's unfindable. Definitely to choose.

We immediately felt at home. Relatively central location. A 2-minute walk from the bus stop (only 10 minutes by bus from Brignole station), San Martino Hospital, and many shops, pizzerias, and rotisseries. Very quiet area (it almost didn't feel like being in the city). The manager is very kind, friendly, and funny. The apartment is very clean, and if we were to return to Genoa, we will definitely come back here. Recommended.

Great place to stay when going to San Martino Hospital (5 minutes), the structure is so welcoming that you feel at home, clean and equipped with all comforts (wi-fi, TV, fridge, microwave, hairdryer); also far from traffic so very peaceful. The manager is kind and very helpful. We left the car parked at the hospital for a small fee.

The structure is welcoming, it feels like home. The rooms, kitchen, and bathroom are extremely clean and equipped with all comforts: Wi-Fi, TV, fridge, washing machine, microwave oven. It is located 15 minutes from Genova Brignole station, in an area well served by public transport and all kinds of commercial activities. Excellent as a base for tourism and for those needing accommodation to visit the nearby San Martino Hospital (5/10 minutes on foot), as in my case. The management is outstanding: if you have a problem, the manager and his family, friendly and very helpful people, do everything to solve it and help you. I had a great time. The only downside, not due to the structure, is that Genova is a nightmare for those arriving in the city by car. So my advice is that once you find parking, move around using public transport.
