Accommodation with a breathtaking view, it's worth a ten out of ten just for that. Breakfast served on a wonderful terrace with sea view, 10 minutes from Sestri Levante. The price is excellent, the room is very spacious and clean, the hosts are extremely kind and helpful. I highly recommend it.

We spent two days in an oasis of peace with a spectacular view of Sestri Levante. The property is immersed in tranquility, ideal for relaxing and escaping from the daily routine. The breakfast was great, enriched by delicious homemade cakes that make every awakening even more pleasant. A special thanks to the hosts, Giorgia and Franco, for their kindness and friendliness: they made us feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and well-detailed. We will definitely return!

The room (suite) is very large. The bed is very good and there is a fridge in the room. The hosts are very sweet. Breakfast is outstanding with self-made jams and lots more. The property is up in the hills so for any supermarkets/shops/restaurants you need to drive down to Sestri Levante itself. But the views are spectacular.

I stayed only one night and it was a real shame. The place, located 5 minutes from the center, has a breathtaking view and the room is tidy and clean. The owners are helpful and very welcoming. The structure is located about 10 minutes from the center of Sestri Levante, the path to reach it is worth everything that comes after. A spectacular view, to be admired from a garden so well-kept and colorful that it looks fake. Beautiful place and absolute peace. Having breakfast with excellent homemade products while looking at the Baia delle Favole from above is priceless. Just be careful that the road to reach the B&B is still a small mountain road (only one small bend) and that the car must be left on the road to then go up a small stretch or steps to arrive.

Incredible. A wonderful place in the hills of Sestri Levante. Gica and Franco are two wonderful and welcoming people. I felt at home. My wife Angela and little Giulia are happy. The little one also took a tour among jasmines, lemons, peas, cherry tomatoes, and olives. A stunning view. Slept well. A spectacle of fireflies in the evening. I don't know what else to say. Breakfast is divine with homemade lemon and orange jam. I'm already coming back in the summer. I discovered two new "friends."

A wonderful accommodation with a superb view over the bay and a large artistically furnished room. The reception and breakfast served on the terrace by Giorgia and Franco overshadow everything we have encountered so far. Even the narrow winding approach doesn't matter anymore. Unfortunately, we were only there for one night. Thank you very much, we will come back.

Great place to stay, we are coming back.

The structure is easy to find. Parking is 1 minute away. Really very nice view. Reception feels like family. The rooms are very clean. And breakfast... well... the homemade cakes are the best. Immediately added to favorites.

We stayed for two days with our little dog. The room is very cozy with a magnificent view. A nice bathroom with shower. Fridge, kettle with various teas, water. The B&B is located about 4 km from Sestri on a hill, in a small hamlet.

Structure perched on a hill with a breathtaking view, the photos on the website do not do justice to the magnificence of the place. Truly spacious, simple, and well-kept suite. Outside terrace with sun loungers, tables, and chairs that help you relax and enjoy the panorama. Splendid view of the bay of Sestri. Well-kept garden. The highlight is the owners Giorgia and Franco, kind and available to tell you a bit about themselves, I felt like I was part of the family. Franco gives suggestions about beaches and restaurants. Giorgia prepares a sublime breakfast for you, all homemade and very abundant. She made us an exquisite apple pie. Thank you so much.

Ideal to enjoy silence, tranquility, and panorama.

We spent one night at the B&B Giorgia, but we already desire to return. The view spans all over Sestri Levante and it's lovely. The B&B is located a few kilometers from Sestri, on a hill. Peace, serenity, and tranquility reign supreme here. Giorgia and Franco are two really kind, courteous, friendly, and very helpful people (not to forget Lucy, their four-legged puppy). The room we had at our disposal was very large, also equipped with a fridge and supports for luggage, bags, and more. A very comfortable bathroom and also very clean and tidy. Cleanliness? What can I say: absolutely perfect! Rarely have I found such accurate cleanliness and a bed so well made, not even in 5-star hotels visited around the world! The breakfast is rich and plentiful. A special thanks go to Franco and Giorgia who, knowing about my celiac disease, made me find gluten-free pancakes prepared by Giorgia herself. A truly appreciated thought that shows how much they care about their guests. Truly, rarely have I felt so good in a B&B. I sincerely hope to be able to return soon.

Fantastic place, even though a bit difficult to reach (if like me you are a bit clumsy, it's simply a road that "climbs" the heights of Sestri Levante). In the end, the road is worth it given the incredible view you enjoy from the window of the room where we stayed. Extremely helpful and lovely owners, we really felt welcomed. The breakfast, served on a terrace with an unforgettable view, is delicious and extensive: jams made with love (you can tell) by the owner, typical focaccia, and much more. The address is located a 10-minute drive outside the city center, on a hill offering a beautiful view of the city and the sea and the hills. You don't walk down the streets or Sestri, the car is essential if you don't want to depend on bus schedules. A slightly outdated decor but the place is super clean. The two spacious rooms (one with sea view) and their shared bathroom are located in an independent part of the house. Giorgia takes great care of her guests' taste buds and serves a very hearty breakfast with cakes, crepes and focaccia, jams, etc., all homemade, accompanied by juices, teas, coffee,... enough to last until the afternoon without any problems! A walk starts behind the house to reach the city in 45 minutes through the hill (bring sneakers), offering very nice views. Giorgia and her husband are lovely and very helpful, open to conversation and generous with useful advice and addresses. A very interesting value for money when looking for a simple, clean and quiet place in Sestri.

We stayed at Giorgia from 28th to 30th August, personally we prefer a structure like this to many hotels in town. It's true that it's about a 10-minute drive away, but believe me, for the view it's really worth it! Waking up with the view over Sestri and the bay, surrounded by nature, is priceless and in this case the value for money is excellent. Impeccable hospitality from Franco and Giorgia, in a structure immersed in still unspoiled nature, cared for and cleaned to the maximum, ideal for those seeking tranquility with a panoramic view of Sestri Levante! Abundant breakfast with fresh and genuine products. Excellent suggestions from Franco for places to visit, restaurants to eat at, routes to take both on foot and by car! Do not miss the descent and climb on foot (or even by bike) from the structure to Sestri, for those who are fit, with a breathtaking view! We rated the location low only because a car is needed for transportation, but other features (panorama, tranquility, etc.) would be lost if it were otherwise, in our opinion. For us, a couple in our fifties, a place to return to at the first opportunity also to visit "The five lands".

Great welcome and cleanliness. The view from the room is unique!

Excellent! Lovely location, outside the village, up high. Quiet and with breathtaking views. Very kind hosts, top cleanliness and breakfast.

The location of the accommodation and the accommodation itself also get 10 points from us because the location in the mountains above Sestri Levante with the superb view is simply worth 10 points. It was noted in the description, we were looking for exactly something like that and also such a pretty little house. The WiFi works perfectly. The TV is very small but a TV was not important for us. Maybe it would be different if it rained and one didn't want to be out and about. The first trip with our car up to Villa Costa Rossa raised our adrenaline a bit as it is a narrow ascent, especially when we encountered another car. Backing down to the next pullout, inch by inch passing each other or, depending on the situation, climbing back up the mountain to the next pullout. After the 2nd/3rd trip, all of this was no longer a problem, you get used to it quickly, the Italians or locals are very courteous to foreigners and give way. The last stretch from the parking lot to the B&B is about 50 meters uphill (not so bad but maybe better without high heels). Just call Franco, he comes, welcomes you and helps with the luggage. Once at the top, you are overwhelmed by an amazing view over Sestri Levante. An enchanting house, tastefully decorated and warm hosts. Giorgia and Franco welcomed us warmly, showed us everything, we immediately felt comfortable. Our room was so pretty. We could choose, we opted for the upper room with a charming view, the bathroom was separate on the floor, but we decided so, for this great view. Franco knows all the restaurants, pizzerias in the area within at least about 20 km and always has a secret tip ready. Tips on regional, special, excellent food / specialties. He is also happy to make reservations and possibly even place the pre-order. Then for breakfast: Wow again! Freshly baked bread, focaccia, special focaccia with olives baked, daily different cheeses, ham, salami, tomatoes, eggs (scrambled eggs or other), homemade jams, honey, juices and then the freshly baked cake by Giorgia. And very good coffee. Did I forget something? Maybe?! It was just fantastic. Uncomplicated and familiar. We were lovingly taken care of. Communication with the mobile translator and a little interest in the Italian language worked very well. We always knew what each other meant. After 10 days, saying goodbye to Giorgia, Franco, and the dog Lucy was difficult for us. We were a bit sad to say goodbye to these wonderful people and this beautiful place on earth. We will be back!

The journey was quite adventurous the first time. However, we were rewarded with a splendid view over the sea and Sestri and quickly got used to the curves and narrow passages. Giorgia and Franco were very warm and helpful hosts. Giorgia's son speaks German very well. They had great tips for eating and were there when we had questions. Breakfast was prepared with love and left nothing to be desired. In the evenings, we were pampered with candlelight. We enjoyed the five days very much and would repeat the stay with Giorgia at any time.

We were lucky enough to stay for 2 days. What can I say, we were welcomed as if we had known each other forever, attentive people to any need. Breathtaking view, excellent and abundant breakfast. Thanks to Franco and Giorgia.

A warm, discreet and attentive welcome. Giorgia even prepared special gluten-free pastries for us. The house, impeccable, is beautiful, the room spacious and comfortable. The B&B is located on the hills of Sestri Levante (possibility for walks) but they come to pick us up at the station if we are on foot and take us back to the city where we desire. A discreet and very helpful host who did not hesitate to show us the start of our hiking trail. The room with sea view is impeccable like the rest of the accommodation. Good and plentiful breakfast.

We stayed at the Giorgia property the second week of July. The highlight is definitely the incredible view that can be enjoyed from the room and the garden where a plentiful and delicious breakfast is served, enriched with cakes carefully prepared by the owner and with seasonal fruit picked at the moment in front of us. The managers are very friendly and cordial and have always filled us with advice on places to see and places to eat. We often chatted with them, and their dog Lucy was also good company. The property is just over 5 minutes from Sestri Levante, on a road with many hairpin bends but never congested, so the city and the sea are easily reachable in a short time without encountering traffic jams. The room is spacious and clean, with simple and essential but not modern furnishings. The only flaw might seem to be the bathroom outside the room, shared, but considering the number of rooms available, it is not a big issue. Easy to reach, as it is easy to find parking. Excellent value for money for what is offered, it was a pleasant discovery to be repeated if there will be another opportunity.

All beautiful, stunning location, immersed in nature and far from any noise, spectacular panorama, extremely clean, spacious room decorated with taste, excellent breakfast with homemade cakes and jams, exquisite focaccia and freshly picked fruit. The owners are very kind and hospitable, making us feel at home, we will definitely return.

A week of pure relaxation, silence, nature, the perfect place to recharge. An invaluable view from the window, to enjoy the sea of Sestri and the beautiful surroundings far from the heat and noise. Great location and ocean view from our room. Could hear the waves every night and had a lovely breeze over the balcony. Close to several good restaurants and right across the street from the walkway around the bay. It was nice to be away from the downtown bustle; a little quieter. Even with the street nearby, it was pretty quiet. The room and bath were always clean and tidy when we came back from our outings. Breakfast was standard with a variety of pastries, breakfast ham/cheese, cereals, juices, fruits and walnuts. The coffee was fresh and hot and served in great servings. The hostess met us at the door and was a great help with arrangements for parking the car and helping with luggage. Both the hostess and the senora who managed the breakfast were very helpful with a variety of questions re the area and transportation to the Cinque Terre. They even gave us a surprise gift at the end of our stay of some homemade marmalade that is delicious. I would recommend staying at this B&B; lovely hostess/staff, a great value and location.

Great for spending a relaxing weekend, the room where we stayed was cozy, the view enchanting. The managers were polite, kind, and helpful. The cleanliness was well taken care of, the breakfast abundant and varied. Additionally, the structure offers tranquility and silence, ideal for those who want to get away from the city chaos.

Delightful place, very clean, tastefully furnished, very kind and helpful managers, super breakfast. Certainly it is not by the sea but the view from the room is unbeatable and if you don't want to take the car there is a bus that takes you to the town. We will come back.

I must say that when we arrived in the evening with the darkness, the impression of the place and especially the road made us think we had made a mistake booking at that B&B. The location a bit far from the center requires the use of a car and the difficulty lies in parking, with few spaces available. As soon as we entered the room, the splendid view of the Gulf of Sestri Levante began to make us reconsider our decisions. In the morning, the wonderful freshly prepared breakfast and the friendliness of the owners were very convincing. Perfect cleanliness. The bathroom is a bit small but functional overall. Our advice is to go there. Although far from the center, you have peace and tranquility for those who really need it.

We stayed for one night and we had a really good time. Nestled in the hilly landscape and among the olive groves of Sestri Levante, the structure is tastefully furnished and cared for in every detail. The breakfast is plentiful and includes homemade cakes. It is worth mentioning the perfect cleanliness and the excellent geographical location that allows you to reach both Sestri Levante and Cavi in just a few minutes. For example, from Sestri Levante we were able to reach the Cinque Terre in just over half an hour using the numerous available trains.

Wonderful weekend spent with my boyfriend in a very welcoming, clean, and well-kept structure. The managers of the bed & breakfast, extremely kind, made themselves available from the start making our stay unique and truly enjoyable. The value for money is really excellent, and the room assigned to us was really spacious, well-furnished, in short, simply perfect! Great breakfast and cleanliness.

A Bed & Breakfast definitely worth trying. After sleeping comfortably in the room, it was fantastic to have a rich breakfast while admiring the splendid panorama: the entire Sestri Levante from above. At night, the view is truly suggestive, with the lights outlining the promontory and the coast. The hosts are friendly and helpful, they can recommend what to see or taste. The room is very comfortable, it turned out to be very fresh. Perfect breakfast and on time as agreed with the hosts, noteworthy the olive focaccia and the homemade cakes. Amazing.

We had a great experience at the Bed and Breakfast managed by Mrs. Giorgia and her husband: the property is well located (a few minutes by car from Sestri Levante station and the highway), after a slightly winding and narrow road (typical of the Ligurian mountains) you immediately find yourself in the countryside, moreover in a panoramic position. The hosts are welcoming and attentive to guests' needs, very kind.\n\nFor us, it was an ideal stopover, close to our destinations (Chiavari friends) and at the same time calm and spacious. We stayed with our daughters in two adjacent rooms and in the ground floor lounge from which you can admire the Gulf of Sestri and the surrounding countryside. The tranquility, the view, the lovely breakfast, and the care of the hosts won us over, we will return!

We stayed at B&B Giorgia for a week in July, we had a great time right from the start and were pampered by the hosts as if we were family.\n\nThe rooms are extremely clean, the breakfast is plentiful (Mrs. Giorgia's cakes are spectacular) and there is always fresh focaccia of the day.\n\nFrom our room, there was a spectacular view of the two bays of Sestri Levante and the surrounding greenery.\n\nIt is worth mentioning the availability of Mr. Franco who acted as a 'tourist office' for us, advising us on the routes to visit and the most scenic roads, in addition to the best farmhouses and restaurants in the area.\n\nA special mention, finally, for the very nice dog Lucy who cheered us up all week.\n\nAlessandro and Marica.

Beautiful and welcoming structure on a hill, very quiet location surrounded by olive trees and lemon trees. The managers Giorgia and Franco are very helpful and friendly. Abundant and varied breakfast with excellent cakes made by Giorgia. Our room on the first floor offers a beautiful view of the Gulf of Sestri, and more, in the distance. Our holiday aimed at excursions on the Ligurian trails (not sea and beach) so the location of the B&B was optimal for us. Thank you for the hospitality and for the delicious lemons.

The Bed and Breakfast "Giorgia" in Sestri Levante, paradise! Franco and Giorgia are two extraordinary people. They welcomed us like old friends, and we inevitably became friends. Their little dog Lucy is fantastic. Courteous, helpful, with a unique care and attention to detail. Order and cleanliness come first. The silence of this Bed and Breakfast allows you to relax and feel good. Spacious and comfortable room, large bathroom. Very well-kept interiors. 4 km from Sestri Levante, between Genoa and the Cinque Terre, it is the ideal stopover. Breathtaking view. In the evening, you are greeted by a triumph of lanterns that illuminate the garden and the stairs. Among olive trees, flowers, and fruit trees, a rich breakfast of homemade cakes and jams... wonderful, thank you!

We were welcomed by the owners and their little dog as friends from a long time ago: we felt immediately at ease. The owners are always kind and helpful and very caring. The breakfast is excellent with a wide choice, the fresh cakes made at home are truly exceptional. The rooms are very clean and well-kept. The property is a few minutes from the town, away from the chaos, where you can appreciate the tranquility and simplicity of the hills, surrounded by greenery. We have just returned from our romantic getaway in Sestri Levante. We stayed at B&B Giorgia for only two nights and we were very sorry not to be able to stay a few more days. The structure is located on the hills of Sestri Levante, a few minutes by car from the town, so it is away from the chaos and surrounded by greenery. Opening the large window of the room, you can enjoy a truly unique view. The room was spacious and spotless, and the bathroom was equally clean and tidy. The owners are really very welcoming and always available. The lady makes cakes that are out of this world. We had a great time and hope to be able to return soon. Thank you for everything.

A fairy tale place. The structure is surrounded by the greenery of the olive trees. The view is, I believe, more unique than rare. The welcome was as if we were part of the family. I had not remembered a breakfast like that in years. It would be a dream for me to live in such a place. Congratulations.
