Our house is located near the sea and the center of the city of Genoa in an elegant, quiet area full of historical and cultural testimonies.
Convenient for visiting the largest historical center in Europe, the charming promenade of Corso Italia up to the village of Boccadasse, the aquarium of Genoa and the station to easily reach the entire Ligurian Riviera di Levante.
The house is located on the 3rd floor with an elevator but with steps at the entrance.
The apartment consists of an open space with a fully equipped kitchen with burners, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave oven, various utensils, a dining table where you can enjoy your meals and a sofa.
Divided by a pocket door is the master bedroom with king size bed, large wardrobe, TV and small terrace.
A short corridor leads to the bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, bidet, washing machine available to guests and equipped with all comforts.
Lastly there is the bedroom composed of two single beds, a large bridge wardrobe, a comfortable desk equipped with some games and books for children and also ideal for smart working and a small terrace.
Our structure is the perfect place for families who love to travel and want to feel at home, thanks also to the services dedicated to your children, for meetings and business stays, for a romantic holiday in a quiet and reserved environment.
We are at the complete disposal of our guests for any question or clarification.
Check in will be done in person and we will be happy to give you advice and directions on our beautiful city, where to dine on typical dishes, where to enjoy the most beautiful sunsets, etc.
