A large terrace overlooking the sea, in full center town, just a few minutes from the Aquarium. Here's the high quality B&B "Fair of the Sea". In a beautiful historical building, with fine marble mosaic from the typical Ligurian colors and high ceilings with stucco, born of the bright and spacious rooms of our house.
Conveniently located to enjoy the best the city, combines the beauty of the landscape with the refined and understated elegance of the interior of Liguria, along with the closeness of the most prestigious areas of the city.
In a dominant position just 100 meters from the Fiera di Genova and the famous promenade with its beaches, about 1 km from the Aquarium, the Old Port and its Convention Centre as well as from Genova Brignole railway station. The Port and Principe Station is located about 3 km away.
A walk or a short bus ride, which are 50 meters, you will reach the typical historical center of the city and the wonderful Piazza De Ferrari overlooked by the Ducal Palace and the Teatro Carlo Felice, and hence the prestigious Via Strada Nuova (the way of museums).
The B&B has two rooms:
The Snail Room, which can accommodate 1 to 3 people and is equipped with high speed wi-fi.
The Fireplace Room can accommodate 1 to 3 people and is equipped with high speed wi-fi.
The view is absolutely impregnable and it's convenience to the city center make my B&B unique. Suitable for business or holiday, each room can accommodate 1 to 3 people: this makes the B&B "Fair Sea" particularly suited to house a large family.
Parking inside on request with a small extra of 20€ per day instead of 24€ in the public street.
Guests have a wide and independent part of the house which consists of two large bedrooms, a large bathroom with tub and adjacent shower room, breakfast room, outdoor terrace.
A large bathroom with tub and shower can be shared exclusively between the two rooms but it's never shared between strangers.

The landlord was very kind and flexible, we could still use the parking even after checking out. It was a pity that breakfast was no longer offered. The location of the apartment is great.

It was a nice stay, with a top view of the sea, bus stations are nearby so you can reach the city center or other beaches quickly. Very friendly hosts, only the communication was a bit difficult but we found a solution for everything :). Thank you!

Since the B&B 'Fiera del Mare' is located in a huge apartment inhabited by the owner, you will stay in a large, bright and spacious room, tastefully furnished. The same can be said about the bathroom and the room where you will have an excellent breakfast. Superb view, comfortable outdoor area that - weather permitting - gives you isolation and tranquility and a glimpse of modern Genoa. The owner, Mrs. Isabella, assisted by Dario, her son, is a discreet person who has recently started the business, but has nothing to learn in terms of friendliness and cordiality. We had a great time and the historic center is just a stone's throw away. If you are not lazy and feel like taking a walk, you will be in Piazza De Ferrari in fifteen minutes. What more could you want?
