Description
Old flat situated in the centre of the town at the second floor of an ancient house, no lift; We have 3 rooms, 1 double and 2 triple with bathroom ensuite, breakfast is served at B & B. The B&B is located next to the sea, shops, restaurants and quite near at the railway station; possibility of parking for bikes. Small dog are allowed.

You may cancel your booking up to 2 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

At the arrival, if is open, ask for B & B at the Bike shop ODDONEBICI of our property.
We are closed for holiday from the 3rd of November until the 2nd of December.

Amazing in all respects. You won't regret your stay here - lovely homey feeling, gorgeous interior design, extremely kind and forthcoming host, Giovanna, and smashing breakfast. Top it off with the location smack bang in the middle of town, a stone's throw from the beach, and you have yourself an unparalleled quality of stay in Finale Ligure. I hope to stay here again in the future!

Had the pleasure of staying here early April following a recommendation and I wasn’t disappointed. Being a rider and the accom being run by the Oddone bike shop owners, it was easy to wake up, walk downstairs for my breakfast and then hop on a finely tuned dual susp hire bike. FL has endless riding opportunities and the ‘where to ride’ advice was plentyfull. The owners are very friendly and passionate about their businesses and of course the Italian food they provide via their cafe. Very good experience and if Finale, there’s plenty more to do than just ride, but allow a few days or 20.

Die Wirtin ist liebenswert und absolut hilfsbereit. Hat sogar unser Knöllchen wegen Falschparkens beim Kofferausladen übernommen. Immer wieder.

Abbiamo, mia moglie ed io, trascorso un bellissimo ponte Ognissanti a Finale. Merito anche della struttura Erasmo e della Sig.ra Giovanna. Cura dei dettagli, dell'arredamento. Bella camera (siamo stati nella Rosa), con un terzo letto separato nella stanzetta dell'entrata, tavolino comodo, bollitore per il tè della sera. Molto bene la colazione, dolce e salato, in una saletta molto carina, cosa non sempre così nei B&B. Ottima la posizione, in pieno centro, su una via principale e vicino alla stazione, fondamentale per noi che viaggiamo solitamente in treno. Per i bus, Giovanna ci ha omaggiato con una tourist card valida sette giorni. Finale centro ed il gioiellino di Finalborgo ha superato le nostre aspettative. Ultimo, ma non ultimo, il prezzo è stato super conveniente. Speriamo poter tornarci.

Mi sono trovata molto bene nel Erasmo B&B. Giovanna, la proprietaria è molto simpatica. La camera è curata ed anche per la colazione tutto buono è arrangiata bene. Il B&B è vicino dalla stazione, nella vecchia città, zona pedonale e vicino dal mare. Ritornorò volontieri.

Graziosissimo, curato nello stile e nei particolari, semplice ma raffinato (in periodo natalizio, addobbato con gusto), accogliente, atmosfera familiare. Posizione eccellente, tranquillo, letto comodo (aspetto tutt'altro che trascurabile!) e prima colazione completa. Proprietaria cordiale. Sono stata ospite da Giovanna per 4 notti e le aspettative sono state superate ampiamente. Giovanna è molto gentile e disponibile. La colazione varia e attenta a tutte le esigenze. La camera con tutto ciò di cui si ha bisogno e arredata con cura. Il mio dispiacere di lasciare tutto è immenso. Spero di riuscire a tornare quanto prima. Oltre alla posizione centrale, a pochi passi dal mare, ho apprezzato la gentilezza e la disponibilità del gestore. La struttura, in un palazzo del centro di Finale, offre una atmosfera rilassante. Le camere sono pulite e confortevoli. Ottima scelta per coppie.

Esperienza assolutamente positiva: camere molto pulite e arredate nei minimi particolari; posizione centralissima inoltre la titolare è molto gentile e ospitale. L'unica cosa migliorabile è la colazione che avrei preferito con più scelta.

È la prima volta che scelgo la formula B&B, quindi non ho termini di paragone, tuttavia considero la soluzione positiva. La stanza offerta in buone condizioni, la disponibilità dalla signora Giovanna eccellente cosi come lo è stata la sua colazione. La camera è situata al secondo piano ed in posizione tranquilla nonostante sia in pieno centro.

É la prima volta che mi capita di pernottare in un B&B e devo dire che sono rimasta piacevolmente stupita. Posizione centralissima, personale gentilissimo e disponibilissimo (il caffè della colazione non era ancora pronto, ci hanno avvisato appena pronto portandoci una moka di caffè bollente appena fatto). Ambienti pulitissimi e super curati, e la colazione davvero una prelibatezza, la torta che ho mangiato era da divorare solo con lo sguardo. Davvero un posto fantastico, sicuramente ci ritornerò.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura nella prima settimana di settembre e mi sono trovata benissimo. Le due signore che gestiscono il B&B sono state gentilissime e molto disponibili, sempre attente alle necessità dei clienti e sempre reperibili.

Situato in posizione centralissima, questo bed and breakfast è pulito ed accogliente, la colazione è davvero ottima e la signora che lo gestisce è cordiale e simpatica, sembra di essere a casa propria.
