The B&B Elfo degli ulivi is an enchanting place where you can relax surrounded by nature just a few kilometers from the coast. It's the perfect destination to combine mountain bike or hiking excursions with beautiful days spent at the most suggestive Ligurian beaches, such as Spotorno, Bergeggi, Noli, Varigotti, and Finale, all easily reachable in a few minutes by car. The facility offers a range of exclusive services, including a garden with chromatic effects, a fitness area, a solarium terrace, rooms equipped with hydromassage showers, TV, air conditioning, books, guides, and maps available to guests. Moreover, it's possible to organize night mountain bike excursions or sailing boat tours to spot cetaceans or go snorkeling. The area is particularly quiet, and the singing of birds will make you forget the stress of the city. Finally, four-legged friends are welcome.

Abundant buffet breakfast served by Gianni for a pleasant start to the day, supported by a local roasting coffee tasted and enjoyed under the olive trees of the Elves garden with a view of the valley until you see the island of Bergeggi in the distance
To start the day I choose a coffee, cappuccino, tea, fruit juice, to continue it with a smile.

Start a day of vacation with a generous and filling breakfast. Katia's homemade cakes and desserts, bread, simple or stuffed focaccia supplied by Uncle Marco's artisan bakery (See “Il Sentiero Del Pane, Orco Feglino), cheese, ham, eggs from their own hens, tomatoes grown behind the house, yoghurt, fresh fruit.

I am Gianni, with two grown children, Gaia and Luca. After a lifetime spent in commerce, I decided to create "Buen-Retiro" around me, building a more intimate environment made up of interesting and stimulating people and stories. This is also why, in the evening in the garden, we are immersed in a magical and relaxing atmosphere. Recently, I have become passionate about EBikes and slowly rediscovering the paths that I used to frequent on horseback years ago. I manage this business entirely, from breakfast to welcoming guests, from cleaning to small maintenance tasks.

Grazie Pamela, ricordo con gioia la vostra compagnia e la simpatia del vostro accento toscano, tornate a trovarmi mi raccomando. La posizione del BnB Elfo degli ulivi, 190 MT sul livello del mare offre silenzio e tranquillità e una brezza impensabile in paesi del litorale, non c'è bisogno neanche di trascinare la valigia per centinaia di metri tra le vie ZTL del centro storico, da valutare anche la facilità di parcheggio esterno per le auto, e il posto al coperto per moto e bici all' interno del cortile. Per apprezzare a pieno i servizii dell' Elfo sarebbe ottimale una permanenza minima di almeno 2/3 notti, perché si può comprendere come il sabato sera d'estate è il giorno più caro e caotico della settimana, alcune strutture non accettano nemmeno prenotazioni solo per una notte...

L' Elfo degli ulivi è un vero bed and breakfast a conduzione familiare sono solo tre camere in cui vengono ospitate massimo 6 persone, la posizione NON è sul mare occorre prendere la macchina e percorrere 3/4 km per arrivare a Noli o a Spotorno. Però la posizione del BnB permette di raggiungere il casello dell' autostrada di Spotorno in 3 minuti, Noli e Finale Ligure senza dover percorrere la trafficata via Aurelia.

Found the B&B for a last-minute weekend and it turned out to be a pleasant surprise, starting with the wonderful garden where we were welcomed in the shade of the olive trees. Gianni and Katia welcomed us warmly and kindly, and the room definitely met expectations: tidy and clean, comfortable, with a small but refined bathroom whose space is compensated by the sensorial shower, huge, spacious and beautiful. Exceptional courtesy kit, complete down to the smallest details. Breakfast al fresco in the garden and the buffet selection included both sweet and savory options, but my praise goes to the excellent focaccias (three different types) that accompanied my cappuccino. Accommodation without doubt recommended. Thanks again for the hospitality.

Extremely helpful host(my husband and I have a food intolerance and he went out of his way to ensure we could eat enough at breakfast) and friendly. Very welcoming property(beautiful plants, many flowers) and clean. Good quality bathroom kit. Lovely powerful shower. One suggestion: I would recommend blackout curtains to ensure more darkness in the room.

The hosts were very accommodating and pleasant. It was unusually clean; there were fly screens on the windows. We were just passing through. The breakfast appealed to us Germans too 😉, because there was fresh fruit and muesli as well as yogurt. Not too much, but a nice selection. The accommodation is located near the highway, which makes it suitable for a stop. Those looking to see the sea will not find it. But you sit under many beautiful olive trees and look at the mountains and villages. The elves can be perceived in the garden with colored lighting and soft music.

Friendly, caring, very helpful managers. An environment that instills serenity from the moment of arrival, welcomed by the garden of olive trees and various plants overlooking the valley. Priceless, the experience of the sound massage with Tibetan bowls during the hydro massage session. We will return.

We stayed at Elfo degli Ulivi with our little dog Loki and the experience was simply wonderful. The property is surrounded by nature, in a quiet and panoramic location, ideal for relaxing and escaping from daily routine. The rooms are well-kept in detail, clean and cozy, with a fairytale atmosphere that makes the stay really special. One of the highlights is definitely the hospitality: the owners welcomed us with warmth and care, showing great sensitivity even towards four-legged guests. Loki felt right at home, welcomed with affection and free to explore the garden safely. He was able to enjoy the greenery, the silence, and the scents of the Ligurian countryside, always under the attentive and caring gaze of the hosts. The breakfast is delicious, with local products, served in a relaxing environment with a view of the olive trees. The garden and terrace are perfect for reading, meditating, or simply enjoying the silence of nature. The structure is well-kept in detail both in terms of hospitality and furnishings. The special rooms (air, earth, and water) are newly furnished, as are their respective bathrooms, in which ours was equipped with an emotional shower. The garden is convenient for enjoying the surrounding space in peace, immersed in nature. Close to the Spotorno motorway exit heading north. Recommended for couples.

One of the best B&B experiences in Italy. The hosts were very accommodating to our request and the covid-19 measures were carefully taken to make sure that you feel safe. The rooms were cleaned spotless. I wish we could have stayed for more days. Highly recommend!
