The house is a two-story independent property, measuring 90 square meters, featuring two bedrooms and a spacious, well-equipped kitchen. In the living room, the sofa can be converted into a double bed to accommodate the 5th and 6th guests. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet, as well as a washing machine for your use. The house also includes a garden furnished with a table and chairs, a barbecue, sun loungers, and umbrellas, all offering a beautiful view of the Levanto landscape. Upon your arrival, you will receive a complimentary pass that allows you to park for free throughout Levanto, including at the station.
