Description
Our guest house is located on the hills of Levanto (3km from the centre) in the medieval village of Legnaro which offers a splendid view of the bay of Levanto and the valley.
The location is strategic for visiting the 5 Terre and enjoying the sea but also for discovering the many paths in the valley.
You will be immersed in nature and welcomed by its slow rhythms which will give you unforgettable moments of peace and serenity.
The guesthouse was born from the renovation of the old elementary school in the village and consists of 3 double bedrooms and 2 apartments with kitchen. All units are located on the ground floor with direct access to the garden except one double bedroom located on the first floor.
A lovely garden surrounds the structure. Here you will find tables, deck chairs, sun beds and umbrellas that will brighten your stay.
The structure has a free parking 50 meters from the rooms which can be reached along a country road (200m long) which crosses an olive grove. The road is narrow and a bit steep for the first 50 meters but you will get used to it after the first time.
Alternatively, you can park your car in the public car park of the village along the main road and from here, continuing on foot, you can reach the structure in just 5 minutes. In this case we will take care of the transport of the luggage.
For this reason we do not recommend arriving with large vans or campers.
On the day of your arrival you will be given a "pass" to park your car for free in Levanto and at the station.

I was born and raised in Genoa where I first graduated in Sports Science and then in Physiotherapy.
I was lucky enough to get to know Levanto because my dad was born here. Since I was a child we have always spent our summers by the sea in Levanto and it is here that I met my husband.

Our emotional connection with Levanto was too strong and we decided to move here.

The apartment is perfect, tastefully renovated. The bedding is comfortable. Claudia's welcome is very friendly and generous with advice for visiting the 5 Lands. The plus: the resident card to park for free in Levanto. Quiet location, the 5 Lands are easily accessible by train from Levanto. In short, no false notes, we would return with pleasure.

Very warm welcome from our charming host and comfortable apartment. Claudia is very responsive to our requests and speaks very good French. Her place is a haven of peace after the crowds that press in the villages of the Cinque Terre and you never tire of the view of Levanto bay from her terrace!

Claudia is a very kind manager. We arrived late because of a long journey and traffic, but she was really flexible and helpful. She also helped with some really good ideas to look around. Really nice view and surroundings, we recommend this apartment.

The bed and breakfast is in a charming location with a stunning view of the sea and the surrounding villages and mountains. The apartment is well equipped and spacious. Claudia is an exceptional host, she gave us many tips on the hiking trails, helping us discover lesser-known areas compared to the classic Cinque Terre. The pass for parking in Levanto is very convenient.

Great welcome from Claudia who speaks French very well and takes the time to provide all the useful information to discover this little paradise. The view is magnificent over the sea, the olive trees, the small villages. The accommodation is new and very clean with excellent bedding. All in a quiet, relaxing, revitalizing place. We would have liked to stay longer.

We stayed here with our children (13, 11,8) and our dog as a base for visiting the Cinque Terre National Park. Beautifully situated in an authentic charming village with lovely views of the sea and hillsides. We enjoyed being out of the hustle and bustle of the Cinque Terre villages yet only a short car ride to Levanto where we used the trains to visit the five villages. Levanto is a great town itself with a beachfront, cute shops, and easy access to a supermarket. Claudia was an excellent host with tips for hiking and dining out. The apartment was well stocked for self-catering and very clean. If you want the convenience of being near all the tourist attractions but enjoy the calm and quiet of the countryside, this is your place!

The location of the B&B allows quick access to the Levanto train station and port. This enables reaching the destinations of your trip without using a car. Also, the proximity to Levanto allows easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops in the village. The only downside is that the climb to access the property is a bit challenging.

We had a very pleasant stay at Creuza de Legnà B&B. The owner and her husband are 'wonderful & helpful' in simple words. They are very friendly, think along and provide good advice on restaurants, visiting Cinque Terre and various other activities. The location of the B&B is in the mountains, just outside Levanto. We walked once to Levanto. This took about 45 minutes and was quite a descent. Taxis are difficult to get because they are virtually non-existent. By car from the B&B to the station in Levanto is about 10 minutes. Plenty of parking. During the stay you can park but you have to drive up a steep, narrow and slippery mountain. We found this exciting. It is a perfect location to experience tranquility and the location is great for visiting Cinque Terre. The room is clean/fresh and is equipped with amenities such as coffee/tea and a refrigerator. We enjoyed it here.

We enjoyed our stay very much, the location in Legnaro is very quiet with a beautiful view of Creuza de Legnà. The host Claudia is very friendly and always available for questions, we were even picked up at the train station. Unfortunately, the accommodation is difficult to reach without a car, as the bus runs very rarely and at inconvenient times.
