Located on the first floor of a typical Ligurian house, this fully renovated and furnished apartment, completed in January 2025, provides a comfortable and functional living space. Accommodating up to four guests, with the possibility of a fifth bed upon request, it is perfect for those seeking a cozy place with all the necessary amenities. It is advisable to check the photos before booking, as adding the optional bed may limit the available space.

The apartment consists of two rooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The first room, at the entrance, features a double sofa bed, a TV stand with storage, and an ottoman that can be converted into a bed. The second room contains a double bed, a built-in wardrobe, and a second television. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, hairdryer, and complimentary toiletries including intimate soap and hand soap.

The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer, washer-dryer, coffee machine, kettle, and a complete set of dishes. To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay, bed linens and a set of three towels for each guest are provided, along with coffee and tea capsules, sugar packets, household cleaners, and laundry products.

After several experiences as guests in vacation rentals, we decided to focus on welcoming tourists. This is our second apartment. After many fulfilling years, we chose to sell the first one and move to a more tourist-friendly area. We did it! We are located at the entrance of the Pigna, the historic center of Sanremo, which is the second largest in Liguria, right after the historic center of Genoa. We find ourselves in the vibrant heart of the city, just 50 meters from the fruit and vegetable market. In the same area, a popular market takes place on Tuesdays and Saturdays until 1 PM, attracting many visitors.

The pedestrian zone of Sanremo, filled with shops and trendy venues, is just a five-minute walk away. The sea, the marina, and Piazza Bresca, known for its lively nightlife, are easily accessible with just a few more minutes of walking.

Sanremo is an expansive city, but by staying at CasaMIA, everything you need is within easy reach, with all amenities located within a maximum radius of 1 km, including the train station, bus stops, and Flixbus services.
