Structure right in the heart of the caruggi, very clean and spacious, lovely and down to earth owner, very helpful. Excellent price for a weekend in August. Highly recommended!

The structure is located inside the very characteristic caruggi. The room for two with its fully equipped kitchenette and the bathroom with shower, all very nice and very clean. The only flaw, as far as I'm concerned, is that it has a single area facing the caruggio. Very friendly and helpful managers.

The property is skillfully furnished and very clean. It is located among the characteristic "carugi" of the village and has an independent entrance. Family management with their presence on site, at the adjacent entrance. The kitchen is furnished with everything needed and breakfast includes (at least in my case) delicious homemade pastries. Bathroom is fine. The property consists of a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Its position in the ancient village is very characteristic.

I had a great time, historical center but close to all services. Mrs. Valeria very welcoming and helpful, simple but varied breakfast. The structure is very clean and tidy. The only drawback is the lack of parking but I would gladly return.

A comfortable and beautiful place to spend relaxing moments in the center of Dolceacqua. Exquisite owner, available for any need and every day she spoiled us with a new dessert. Charming owner, helpful. \nCame to meet us to help us park and take us to our accommodation. \nWent with my husband to visit several restaurants to find us a table for our dinner due to high turnout, we were celebrating. The choice was great, we enjoyed ourselves. \nThe next day, at our request, they showed us their second accommodation, larger, but unavailable the day before. \nIf we go back we will book the latter. \nHowever ours had a good value for money, the bedding was very comfortable and the cleanliness impeccable.

Very nice and clean place. Excellent hospitality. Even though I forgot to inform about my friend's gluten intolerance, the owner managed to provide us with suitable breakfast products.

Magnificent place. It is located in a very beautiful medieval center for those with children, a bit inconvenient but I will definitely return. The owner is very kind and friendly, the room is very nice and welcoming.

We stayed 2 nights at the B&B L'Alcova and we were thrilled! The structure is located in the historic center of Dolceacqua and allows you to live in close contact with the inhabitants of the village and appreciate all its corners. The village is wonderful, there are no words to describe it, and it is really well maintained. It seems for a moment to go back in time. The structure is really nice, practically a studio apartment, clean and welcoming. The owners are delightful (if you happen to buy the oil they produce directly because it is really quality). My boyfriend and I stayed for a weekend of cycling and sports and the owners even allowed us to keep the bikes overnight in their cellar.

Very charming apartment in the beautiful alleys of the Borgo di Dolceacqua. Arriving late in the evening, we met the owner in the square who helped us in the easy search for a parking spot and then to the apartment. Friendliness and availability associated with the apartment's location immediately repaid us for the late-night journey after finishing work. Extremely clean accommodation, everything needed for the breakfast of the next morning and two different local sweets for the first and second day. A lovely print of the village as a gift. Also, great recommendation for Saturday dinner, in a truly high-level establishment. A beautiful experience in a well-kept and well-maintained beautiful village with a lot of history behind it, from the Dorias with the castle to Monet's paintings, in love with this fairytale place.

Very cute and central room where the four of us were comfortably accommodated. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with delicious typical sweets. The abundance of food left at our disposal for breakfast, snacks or a snack is a truly welcome surprise. Not to mention the cleanliness of the room and the clean, fragrant, and quality sheets and towels. Upon our departure, the very nice husband of the owner even gave us two prints of the beautiful and well-kept Dolceacqua. In a few words, long live L'Alcova!

Great for visiting Dolceacqua. We stayed in the smallest apartment, perfect for two people, which is located right in the central street of the village, still close to the church square. The managers are friendly and pampered us from our arrival. Every morning we had michette or crocette or taconata (I hope it's spelled like that) available, in addition to everything else, nothing is missing at L'Alcova.
