An original and unique Bed & Breakfast, with private terraces, located in the heart of Genoa's historic center. This area is peaceful and quiet due to limited traffic, and it is close to all the main attractions of the city.

In the vicinity, you will find a supermarket, a bank, a pharmacy, numerous restaurants, and an extensive public transportation network. Piazza Principe train station and the ferry terminal are only a 10-minute walk away.

Check-in closes at 7: 00 PM. After this time, surcharges apply: €20 before 9: 00 PM, or €30 before 11: 00 PM.

Beautiful place (decorated in Genoese style), attention to detail in the decoration. Handy kitchen and terrace to enjoy coffee/breakfast. Very welcoming host! Thank you. Note that the bathroom is private but separated from the room.

We stayed three nights at this lovely property and were delighted. It is the ideal place for those who love vintage style: the B&B is located in one of Genoa’s historic buildings, a truly charming setting. The location is also excellent: five minutes from the station and the main city museums, very close to the town hall. The Aquarium and the port area can be reached in just ten minutes. The room and bathroom were spotless, everything perfect. The heating was always on, even at night, ensuring total comfort. Another plus was the staff’s availability: we arrived in the morning and, although check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, we were given the keys at 11:00. Funny welcomed us; she was kind and friendly. At departure, after checking out at 10:30 and with our train in the evening, Funny allowed us to leave our luggage at the property, so we could enjoy our last walk unencumbered. A really appreciated service. Highly recommended!

We loved this location and the amenities. You will need to park at the Minerva car park and take a short walk up a pedestrian street near the car park. Excellent restaurants nearby.

A warm and cozy atmosphere which reflects the host's attention to provide anything necessary for the guests. The beds were clean and comfortable. Also the location is in the center of anything we've wanted to visit.

Potrebbe dare un feedback negativo e non veritiero per i prossimi ospiti. Grazie e ancora spiacenti per il rumore che possono avere causato gli ospiti vicini.

I had a wonderful stay at Casa Ramé. I loved everything about this place. It is in a great position, right in the middle of the center, just a ten-minute walk from Station Principe and close to many great cafes, osterias, pastry shops, galleries, and museums. I stayed in the family suite, what a treat! Super comfy bed, beautiful big bathroom, and a lovely little kitchen. The terrace is a favorite spot to enjoy the sunshine, with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The breakfast room is a welcoming spot, I loved the daily biscuits and coffee. Thank you, Elana and Fanny, I appreciated your attention to detail in all areas, from the smooth arrival and check-in, to advice on day trips, restaurants, and the beautiful warm and welcoming atmosphere that made my stay so memorable.

Amazing place, the owner was great. Perfect location, beautiful rooms with air conditioning and properly double glazed windows. The only letdown would be the breakfast, it is definitely not present. This was not an issue for us, I would merely avoid stating it in the future. A very complete kitchen was available, with ample tea, coffee and light biscuits.

Highly recommended! The hostess was very friendly and helpful. Communication was comfortable mainly through text messages. Upon arrival, we were personally welcomed and instructed. The small apartment was furnished with everything one needs, we felt very comfortable and it was clean. There is also a functioning air conditioning. The beautiful decor, the terrace, the coffee machine, and the many details make it perfect.

Great property, right in the center. Tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Very kind hosts also gave us good advice on where to spend a day at the beach. Breakfast is not provided but they offer a well-equipped kitchen with coffee, tea, biscuits, cereals, and snacks, as well as a small fridge available to guests. We had a great time.

A beautiful accommodation, run by two nice women. They responded immediately, were reachable and helpful, everything went smoothly. The apartment is in the center of Genoa, in the pedestrian area, very quiet. Tea/coffee available in the kitchen, you can help yourself. I was very satisfied.

Fanny is very hospitable. The B&B is located in a beautiful historic building, in a convenient location to visit the whole city on foot. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities, preserving its period features. The cleanliness is impeccable. P.S.: there are also water bottles available. Recommended by a friend for a weekend in Genoa and we had a great time. The structure is splendid and furnished with great taste, as well as very clean and tidy. Also, the breakfast is superb with moka coffee, juices, yogurt, biscuits but above all the legendary focaccia that Fanny (wonderful host) brought us fresh in the morning. Perfect experience. We will definitely come back for the next Genoese weekend!

I really liked this B&B, located in a historic building in the city center, furnished with a style that enhances the antiquity of the building without making it appear dated or boring! Elena and Fanny are two perfect hosts. Present and discreet at the same time, they were able to welcome us very well even before our arrival as per our request they reserved a secure parking lot near the bed and breakfast. The structure is very central, on a street where there are several charming shops, a few minutes walk from everything and from the aquarium, the main goal of our stay in Genoa. The bed and breakfast is tastefully furnished and clean, the room is spacious, the bed and linens comfortable, the bathroom clean and with all the necessary amenities. Elena and Fanny knew how to recommend typical Genoese restaurants, places to visit and where to buy some typical products to take home. The next time we go to Genoa, we will have no doubts about where to stay.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews when I travel, but I can't leave without saying a few words about this beautiful apartment in the old city center of Genoa.\n\nI spent just three days here, but everything was perfect in every aspect.\n\nUpon my arrival, I was greeted by Fanny who was lovely throughout my stay, she showed me everything I needed to know about the apartment and the surroundings and suggested the best restaurants and shops to visit in town.\n\nHer English was great, so communication wasn't a problem.\n\nYou can tell the apartment has just been renovated, the furniture is minimal and creative, with an incredible attention to detail. (I later found out that Fanny's partner, Ruben, is a famous local artist, if he's in town, it's definitely worth visiting his studio!).\n\nEverything was spotlessly clean, breakfast was delicious and very generous (don't miss out on the focaccia!) the apartment is in a great spot, just a stroll from the train station, the Aquarium, and the renowned Via Garibaldi. Bus stop, supermarket, and ATM just a few meters away. A unique apartment with everything you need.\n\nI had the best time reading a book on the terrace overlooking the roofs of Genoa with a glass of wine, feeling like a local.
