Parking available without reservation at 24 euro / 24 hours, 4 minutes away from the house.
Casa Orefici consists of four independent apartments (Casa Rosa, Casa Arancio, Casa Azzurra, Casa Oro) all on the same floor and located in the heart of the historic center of Genoa, precisely in Via degli Orefici, in front of the Aquarium. Check out the amazing location on Google Maps!
The houses have been completely renovated.
Each one is composed of: a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, a nice 32" Flat TV, and a very comfortable Italian-made double sofa bed. Then there is the bedroom and a bathroom with a large masonry shower. Free wifi. Hot water and autonomous heating with traditional radiators. Air conditioning in Casa Rosa, Casa Oro, and Casa Arancio, fans in Casa Azzurra.
In the house, you will find everything you need: fridge, hairdryer, washing machine, iron, ironing board, color TV, toaster, microwave, all utensils, and some essential items such as salt, oil, sugar, paper towels, etc.
Towels and bed linen for your entire stay, impeccable cleanliness upon your arrival.
I always personally welcome my guests and take great care of them. I am an authentic Genoese and happy to introduce my wonderful city to everyone.

CASA OREFICI was first dreamed of, then invented, and finally created, all with the support of my husband Ivo, who helped and supported me in this great idea.

Located in the center, Via degli Orefici leads to Piazza Banchi and in 5 minutes you are already at the Aquarium. It is about 10 minutes from Piccapietra parking. At civic number 6, on the second floor, there is the apartment. Renovated, spacious, and well furnished, it has everything you need for a stay of a few days. It has a somewhat peculiar smell when you enter, but soon you get used to it.

I stayed in the Orange apartment with my family for one night. Everything perfect, house with all the comforts and furnished in a very welcoming way! Located a stone's throw from the aquarium and in the city center! The owner, Mrs. Luisa, is really helpful, polite, and friendly! We will definitely come back.
