Casa Cuore is a loft (ground-roof) - 35m2 studio apartment suitable for 2 people, 5 minutes walk from La Spezia central train station and the free parking in Piazza D 'Armi and 10 minutes from the historic center. It is equipped with an equipped kitchenette, double bed, TV, kettle, air conditioning, microwave, bathroom with shower, double sink, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, WIFI.

Casa Cuore 1 is a 37 sqm studio apartment suitable for 2 people (possible 3rd bed single sofa), 5 minutes walk from La Spezia central station and 10 minutes from the maritime station, in the streets of the historic center with the most beautiful shops, bars, restaurants and museums of the city. It is equipped with an equipped kitchenette, double bed, TV, air conditioning, kettle, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, WIFI. The third bed is a sofa bed.

Casa Cuore 2 is a 40 sq. mt one bedroom apartment suitable for 2 people (possible 3rd bed single sofa) 5 minutes walk from La Spezia central station and 10 minutes from the maritime station, in the streets of the historic center with the most beautiful shops, bars, restaurants and museums of the city. It is equipped with equipped kitchen, double bedroom, TV, air conditioning, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board, washing machine, WIFI. The 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the kitchen.

Casa Cuore 3 is a 48 sq. m two-room apartment suitable for 4 people, 5 minutes on foot from La Spezia central station and 10 from the maritime station, in the streets of the historic center with the most beautiful shops, bars, restaurants and museums in the city. It is equipped with equipped kitchen, 2 double beds, TV, air conditioning, kettle, bathroom with shower, double sink, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, WIFI.

A few meters from the houses, the fantastic fruit and vegetable market of - Piazza Cavour - with fresh and high quality products of all types every morning except Sunday, 3 supermarkets a few meters from the houses (including CARREFOUR open until 24: 00), pharmacies, banks, the Lully ice cream shop that still makes a delicious homemade ice cream under the house, bus stop for every place, paid parking under the railway station 5 minutes walk from the houses and free parking in Piazza D'Armi served by bus 15 minutes walk from the houses, 5 minutes walk the parking in Viale Fieschi and Viale Amendola.

You can get a few meters from the door to unload your luggage and check in and then go to park in the free parking in Viale Fieschi - Viale Amendola - Piazza D'Armi (10 - 15 minutes walk from the houses).

The check-in time will be agreed before your arrival and will be possible between 11: 00 - 13: 00 or between 14: 00 - 23: 00, while the check-out must be done, no later than 11: 00: please always communicate and motivate any delays so as not to cause inconvenience to other guests arriving, thank you.

For those with special needs, please let us know before confirming your stay.

Our prices include all utilities and linen (sheets - set of towels for each person - tablecloth - tea towel) : breakfast is not provided as a service for those of us who come back to the holiday home; tea, instant coffee and welcome snacks will be available upon your arrival.

We accept stays of minimum 2 nights and maximum 30 renewable nights.

We DO NOT accept cats - The presence of any type of animal must be communicated before confirming the stay.

Our homes are subjected to the anticovid deep cleaning program, i. e. we sanitize every surface - furniture - fabric - filter of air conditioners) : the laundry is washed in industrial laundries and the houses are cleaned and prepared by an operator with a negative pad and who wears mask and gloves.

In addition, every home is equipped with a sanitizing product for hands and surfaces.

To confirm the stay it is necessary to make a deposit transfer which will be returned if the cancellation is made 7 days before check-in.

Please respect the inhabited places:
- respecting the differentiated waste method and always throwing the garbage before departure in the appropriate bins -
- not using towels to clean shoes - suitcases - floor -
- leaving the kitchen area clean and tidy as it was delivered to you on arrival -
- not smoking inside the house -
- promptly communicating the breakage or malfunction of any object, to allow us to solve the problem immediately and not leave it to the next guest -
- turning off the lights in the house before leaving and not making noises that could disturb the neighborhood -
Our houses are not equipped with a cot and high chair.
