Our Affittacamere Ca' Vour, located on the first floor of an elegant historic building in the heart of La Spezia, offers spacious rooms furnished with great attention to detail. Its central location is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre, being less than 10 minutes from the Train Station. From our B&B, you can also easily reach Portovenere and Lerici in about half an hour.

The rooms are modern, clean, and cozy, equipped with all the essential comforts, including a private bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries to ensure maximum relaxation and comfort during your stay.

Very kind and helpful Paolo, the manager. The room is very nice, spacious, new, clean, and welcoming. Very close to the station and the center. No negative notes, everything is perfect!

We stayed one night in La Spezia on the occasion of the arrival of the ship Vespucci, my son and I. The accommodation turned out to be perfect for our needs: very central location, convenient both to the station and the main streets, ideal for getting around on foot. The possibility of leaving our luggage after checkout was much appreciated. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with useful directions on where to park. A brief but truly positive experience. Recommended!
