Our Affittacamere Ca' Vour, located on the first floor of an elegant historic building in the heart of La Spezia, offers spacious rooms furnished with great attention to detail. Its central location is perfect for exploring the Cinque Terre, being less than 10 minutes from the Train Station. From our B&B, you can also easily reach Portovenere and Lerici in about half an hour.

The rooms are modern, clean, and cozy, equipped with all the essential comforts, including a private bathroom with a shower and complimentary toiletries to ensure maximum relaxation and comfort during your stay.

Very pleasant stay, the room is spacious, comfortable and quiet. Convenient location close to La Spezia train station, restaurants nearby: everything can be done on foot. Simple Italian breakfasts served on the ground floor of the building, right next to Affittacamere Ca' Vour.

Good evening, I went to La Spezia for a hearing for a client at the court. I thank Mr. Paolo and Ms. Giulia who were very kind. The property is beautiful and the room I stayed in is like a palace; I slept very well. The bathroom is sensational; I only regret not having met Mr. Paolo. I would like to compliment Ms. Giulia, who was extremely kind and very pretty. The only thing that surprised me was the breakfast: I had expected there to be milk to take with the coffee. Overall, I had a wonderful stay. See you soon.

We stayed one night in La Spezia on the occasion of the arrival of the ship Vespucci, my son and I. The accommodation turned out to be perfect for our needs: very central location, convenient both to the station and the main streets, ideal for getting around on foot. The possibility of leaving our luggage after checkout was much appreciated. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, providing us with useful directions on where to park. A brief but truly positive experience. Recommended!
