Ca dei Nobili is a charming and welcoming Bed and Breakfast located on Via XX Settembre, the epicenter of commercial and cultural activities in Genoa. You will find thousands of shops to explore, delightful venues to indulge in exquisite "focaccia", and renowned pastry shops specializing in Genoese tradition.

Our Bed and Breakfast consists of three cozy rooms, each equipped with a private bathroom, a breakfast area, and a reception to meet all your needs.

Every day you can enjoy fresh croissants, focaccia and fresh bread, cookies, cakes, rusks, cereals, jam, yogurt, fruit juices, milk, coffee, cappuccino or hot chocolate.

Ca dei Nobili was born from our ten years of experience in the hotel industry to express the true sense of hospitality. What makes us happy is being able to open the doors of our B&B and make you feel at home. That's why we have created three rooms furnished in different styles - minimal, vintage, and shabby chic - equipped with all the comforts, from the hypoallergenic memory foam mattress and double pillows to the hydro massage shower with chromotherapy, to meet all your needs. Our breakfast will pamper you with warm pastries, sweets, cereals, fruit, yogurt, and the inevitable Genoese focaccia.

Ca dei Nobili is located in the heart of Genoa, right in the bustling center of the city. You will find all the shops you desire just a stone's throw away from here. You can easily walk to all the main tourist attractions of Genoa: the marvelous Ducal Palace, the suggestive Piazza De Ferrari, the majestic Cathedral of San Lorenzo, the historic Via Garibaldi, the acclaimed Aquarium, and the characteristic narrow streets. A pleasant walk along Via XX Settembre will lead you to these points of interest.

As for dinner or an aperitif, you will have a wide choice at your disposal. You can opt for the lively bars in the center, the renowned Genoese pastry shops like Tagliafico and Panarello, or the traditional venues located in Piazza della Vittoria, Via San Vincenzo, Piazza De Ferrari, and Via San Lorenzo. Additionally, you won't be able to resist the famous focaccerie, celebrated for their authentic Focaccia and delicious Focaccia di Recco.

We spent a fabulous week at Ça Dei Nobili! The establishment offers all possible comfort (air conditioning, large room, high-quality bedding, perfect cleanliness, quietness, elevator). And above all, Alessia's welcome is wonderful: with great kindness and at the same time great professionalism, she was able to advise us during our stay with great taste and tact. Moreover, she speaks French perfectly (also German and English!). The breakfast was also plentiful, very tasty, and with Genoese specialties that we greatly enjoyed tasting. It is a B&B to recommend without hesitation!

We stayed at B&B Cà dei Nobili and the experience was truly pleasant, made even more special by the kindness and availability of the owner. She is a polite, attentive person and always ready to meet the guests' needs, which made our stay really peaceful. The room was equipped with all comforts and the cleanliness is impeccable: it is carried out every day, with the bed made daily. By personal choice, we did not have breakfast, but we had the chance to see the laid table and it appeared really varied and abundant. The location of the B&B is excellent: right in the center, among the shops, just 7 minutes walk from Genoa Brignole station. Ideal for walking around and experiencing the city. We highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-kept accommodation managed with great professionalism and courtesy.

We didn't order breakfast. Everything was perfect. Very nice and caring welcome. All check-in procedures were easy. Cleanliness at a high level. The only minus is that when the windows are open you can hear a lot of street noise (but it's the city center). Very comfortable bed. Thank you very much. We will gladly come back :)

Excellent welcome and excellent accommodation. Very kind and helpful host. Nice room, very clean and equipped with the essentials. Excellent location in an area rich in great eateries and shops, very well frequented and that instills safety especially in the evening. Public transport and the most interesting attractions are easily reachable on foot, the aquarium is a bit further away but can be reached in 15 minutes of pleasant walking.

Alessia was so warm, friendly and answered all our questions about Turin. Loved that we got a map of the city and she highlighted all the touristy places. The location is perfect for the city center or jumping on a train to Cinque Terre or elsewhere. So many nice restaurants less than 5 minutes walk away like Rustichello and try Oriental Mercado Genoa. Our Nautica room was so spacious and immaculately clean, and the bed so, so comfortable. The power shower was great. Breakfast included juice, cereals, focaccia, croissants, cake, yogurts. Would return in a heartbeat.

The location is perfect, a five-minute walk from Brignole train station and a ten-minute walk from the center of Genoa. Nearby there are public transport, buses and trolleybuses to quickly reach the historic center (in ten minutes). Ca' dei Nobili is located in a large classic building, in a very quiet street with an elevator. The rooms are in a large apartment. Everything is very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. Perhaps we could regret the too bright light in the rooms. The bedding is also comfortable. Breakfast is served in the small dining room. It is varied and well stocked. Alessia is dynamic, very welcoming and courteous, and will explain what to see in Genoa. A very pleasant stay.

Nice structure equipped with three apartments, located on the fourth floor of a building served by an elevator, comfortable and easy to reach. Nearby, it is possible to find parking easily, always considering that we are in Genoa. The room reserved for me, the Nautica, is very comfortable and spacious, clean and equipped with a nice bathroom complete with all the comforts. However, the difference is made by Mrs. Alessia, a true professional in hospitality, very friendly, smiling, and helpful. It was a real pleasure to meet her. Convenient and very central location, very clean, spacious and well-equipped room. Double glazing (essential given the central area) and very useful mosquito nets on the windows. Bathroom with modern shower equipped with hydromassage jets. The only small downside is the poor soundproofing between the rooms. I cannot evaluate the breakfast because we did not use it. The manager, Alessia, was really very welcoming. Invaluable and patient, she waited for us until 10pm for check-in: we felt pampered, thank you very much and hope to see you soon!

We stayed my daughter and I, and even though it was only for a few days, we felt great, just like at home. Alessia, the owner, provided us with all the information we needed and was always available. The rooms were very clean, and breakfast was served directly by Alessia. We hope to be able to return for longer periods.

We stayed one night in April 2023 so that we could see a performance at the Opera. Arriving by train the B&B is just a very short walk away and then less than ten minutes walk up the Via 20 Settembre to the Teatro and all the main points of interest. Alessia is 100% attentive and the perfect host of a lovely property. Strongly recommended and we intend to stay here again.

She was attentive to our needs, gave us excellent advice for visiting the city and for places to eat. We also had nice conversations, so we could appreciate even more the courteous and welcoming nature of the Genoese people. The property is new, very spacious and very well furnished. Great location, just a stone's throw from the historic center and the old port. Maybe it's better as a location compared to the first two, because it's in a very quiet street and easily accessible by car and public transport. The room was very clean, well-kept and equipped, the double bed very comfortable. Beautiful shower. Alessia, the owner, was very kind both before arrival and during the stay. She gave us lots of tips on where to eat and which areas of the city to visit. Very good breakfast. Excellent value for money. We will definitely come back here.

Comfortable B&B, everything as described. Welcoming, so much so that you feel at home as soon as you arrive. The manager is helpful, friendly, and attentive. The rooms are perfect, the night area is quiet, despite there being a room facing the street. The bathrooms are new and super clean. The breakfast is great. Freshly baked croissants, typical Genoese focaccia, milk, tea, biscuits, cereals. 10 minutes from the center. Also close to the Gaslini hospital for those who may need it. In short, I highly recommend it and will definitely return to this property.

What can I say, the structure is brand new, equipped with all comforts, it is centrally located and can be reached on foot in a few minutes from Genova Brignole station. The management is directly taken care of by the very friendly and helpful owners. It was a very positive experience that we will repeat.
