Ca’ De Baran is a landlady located in Manarola in the middle of the “PARCO delle Cinque Terre” located in the historical part of the “borgo” few minutes walking from the sea / beach.

Our room are located next to the “Via dell’Amore” (Way of Love) the fabulous walking way that connects Manarola to Riomaggiore
We can offer you:
• Nr. 2 Double Rooms – recently renewed - with private bathroom, Heating and Air Conditioning system.

• Nr. 2 extremely comfortable apartments (SAT TV, Washing Machine, Air Condition,..) with sea-view. In these fully loaded apartments you will be able to relax and enjoy your time.

Lorenza was very kind and helpful in welcoming us and providing information.\n\nWe stayed in the "small room" located on the top floor of a building without an elevator.\n\nThe room, although small, is equipped with every comfort and is very cozy. Everything was very clean.\n\nIn the heart of Manarola, very close to the train station, the sea, and all the restaurants!\nHighly recommend!

The only issue was the lack of clear directions to find the property. Our train was delayed by 2. 5 hours which meant we arrived about 21:30 and had no idea how to find the property. It was at the top of the hill and we were told to catch the bus but the buses had stopped. When we arrived we had a double bed and not 3 singles as requested but that was rectified. Overall a great place to stay but beware of the 291 stairs or long uphill walk.

Lorenza è stata disponibilissima nel dare informazioni. Simpatica e disponibile. La camera è comoda (ci aveva avvisato che era al 3° piano senza scale ma per noi andava bene così, alle Cinque Terre è decisamente difficile trovare strutture con ascensori) Pulita e in centro, a 2 minuti a piedi dal mare e sulla via centrale con locali e negozi. Vicinissima alla stazione ma noi non abbiamo avuto disturbi per i treni. Prezzo ottimo per essere alle Cinque Terre che sono notoriamente care. Insomma... consigliata!

Impeccable. Merci à Lorenza et Katia qui nous donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour bien arriver nous ont fait trouvé le lieu en excellentes conditions. L'appartement est très agréable, spacieux, avec tout le confort, et un grand balcon terrasse avec vue sur la mer. On reviendra!

La struttura è essenziale ma nel complesso il rapporto qualità/prezzo è ottimo. Ottima la posizione (a due minuti dalla stazione), la pulizia. Gestore serio e professionale!
