We offer bed and breakfast and vacation apartments for tourists in the historic village of Deiva Marina. Our location is nestled within a valley surrounded by lush green mountains and crystal-clear blue waters.

We are just 40 minutes from Genoa, 20 minutes from Portofino, and 10 minutes from Cinque Terre. A vacation in this natural paradise is the perfect way to relax and enjoy the local cuisine.

During your stay with us, you'll enjoy our hospitality, comfort, and plenty of recommendations for things to see and do in the area.

You can easily reach Portofino, Camogli, Sestri Levante, Levanto, Lerici, and Porto Venere by train or car.

We offer B&B rooms with private bathrooms for 1 to 4 guests, as well as apartments with 2 bedrooms, a living area with a kitchenette, and a bathroom for 1 to 8 guests.

Please note that from April, there is a minimum 2-night stay required on weekends (Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday). In July and August, there is a minimum 1-week stay required from Monday to Sunday.

Very convenient location just a few minutes from the train station. Kind and helpful owners in providing information. Breakfast with croissants and toast. Beautiful garden where you can have breakfast under the gazebo. Towels are provided. There is also a great pizzeria within walking distance.

Everything is fine, the owner communicates well. However, there are three things that are not right: first, there is no air conditioner in the room; second, the light in the bathroom is too low; third, the mixer in the shower cannot be adjusted properly for showering. Other than that, it's not bad.

Very nice place in a characteristic house where it's cool even in hot weather. Access to the terrace. It's a shame there are no deck chairs available. Good pizzeria just in front. Close to the old village, very cute. About 10 minutes from the train station, which serves the villages of the five lands and S. Margherita Ligure. We didn't need to take the car to move around. The little gentleman on site is very kind, only speaks Italian, but Sabrina is very responsive by message. Plenty of hikes to do in the area.

The property is located in a great position to visit the 5 Terre. About 500 meters from the station and about 1 km from the beach, which is a beautiful beach with a sandy area and a rocky area for those who want variety. The village is nice, with everything you need for relaxation. The house itself is cute, the place is quiet with a surrounding garden and a good internal parking (important given the Liguria's features). It would be helpful for the owner (and for the customers) to fix the shower accessories and improve the lighting (I could hardly shave due to the low light).

Nice room, comfortable bed, excellent location and private parking, the managers were kind and helpful. The only flaw was the poor breakfast: only two rusks each with two single-flavor jam pots and two packaged snacks; no bread, fruit, or any other fresh or savory items.

Nice place to stay with the family at a modest price compared to the average in the area. Cozy room with plenty of outdoor space. Only 2 drawbacks. The breakfast, which is a bit poor, and the fact that towels are not changed.

Difficulty in accessing and parking the car in the space in front of the rooms (uphill, narrow, occupied by other objects and the owner's vehicle). The taps only dispensed hot water, so it was not possible to wash properly and take a shower, only boiling water came out. The room was well heated, but in the morning, the kitchen for breakfast was frozen, without heating, not usable. The breakfast offered with croissants and discounted toast. We went to have breakfast at the bar.

We stayed in a group of 4 for one night, spacious room, spacious bathroom, very clean, very comfortable beds. The manager welcomed us kindly, taking care of all our needs. B&B in the center, 5 minutes from the station, convenient for visiting the 5 lands.

I was happy because it's in the midst of the silence and greenery of the Deiva Marina hills. Very clean and quiet. The only downside for me was the mattress which wasn't very comfortable, but if we're talking about a few nights, it's fine.

B&B excellently renovated in Ligurian style, welcoming, in a quiet area in the historic center of the village, large rooms, also ideal for families, the train station is reachable on foot in just 7 minutes and in 10 minutes you reach the beach (you can use the pedestrian path). A note of thanks to the owner who helped us solve an issue caused by the cancellation of all trains departing and arriving at Deiva Marina, due to a strike by railway staff. Thanks again.

Our stay ended earlier than expected due to a misunderstanding with the manager. Beyond the incident itself, not serious, we did not find the welcoming and hospitality one expects to find in a B&B: no interesting information about the area, the manager's presence was overbearing, more prohibitions than availability, and too much focus on collecting money. It's a shame we won't return, but in a lodging facility, respect and kindness are the minimum expected, and when on vacation, one desires to relax.

Le ricordo però che gli accordi erano per il saldo all'arrivo, accordo a cui non avete ottemperato pur richiedendo subito indietro i documenti e la ricevuta a quietanza di un importo che non avevate versato, per adempiere alle pratiche relative al biglietto gratuito del bus navetta in Comune. Avete rimandato di giorno in giorno il pagamento del saldo fino a quando avete deciso di andare via con un giorno di anticipo, rispetto al periodo da voi prenotato, chiedendo che vi fosse scalato dal dovuto, richiesta che abbiamo accolto pur patendo un danno. Peccato davvero, per tutti.
