Very welcoming structure, easily reachable, in an excellent position regarding the services of Diano Marina. Affable and non-intrusive manager. Highly recommended for a completely relaxing stay.

We stayed at Cà Bassa for a weekend, the landlady, Mara, is very kind and helpful, the property is surrounded by greenery as we like, but in 5 minutes you are at the sea. Super clean, so much so that it looks brand new. We will definitely come back!

Very clean and in a quiet and peaceful location away from the chaos but equally convenient to reach the city center, beaches, or hills for beautiful walks. Super friendly and nice managers. Highly recommended!

I don't know where to start to describe how beautiful the place is and how wonderful Mara is, I'm almost moved! It's worth trying because everyone will have a different emotion: the tranquility of the countryside, the proximity to the sea, a very clean and organized environment. Well, we will do a lot of advertising for these guys because they deserve it and because they have decided to bravely face this adventure and it seems to us that they are comfortable. I stayed from August 20th to 24th, 2019, with my son. From the beginning, I perceived Mara's human quality, the manager of this small structure, residing there, surrounded by lemons and preceded by a vineyard. I will not dwell too much, I just say that quality/price is a 10. Cleanliness, order, truly excellent! I will definitely come back because this genuine and at the same time highly professional way of hosting deserves more and more recognition. Congratulations, Mara. See you soon. Fabio.

Beautiful place, peaceful, clean and comfortable rooms, large bathroom, air conditioning. Large garden with several areas to sit in the shade when the sun is strong. Every morning fresh fruits on the table, delicious homemade jam. I wish you all the best. Close to the sea, 5 minutes by car.

We stayed only one night, but we had a great time! It feels like being in the countryside, lots of lemons, plants, olive trees, very well-kept greenery. The structure is very well maintained. The room and bathroom are very spacious with air conditioning and a television. In the bathroom there is also a hairdryer. Breakfast is not provided, but there is a small "dining area" available to guests with coffee pods and an electric kettle with tea bags and sugar. Just buy the necessary food at the supermarket two minutes away by car towards Diano Marina (Basko), and you're all set. Available in the dining area are a sink, fridge, cups, and cutlery. The owners are extremely friendly and cordial. Parking space inside the structure. Highly recommended.

Very beautiful, completely renovated and well-equipped holiday home with a cozy seating area under old vineyards. Surrounded by vineyards, orchards, olive trees, spices and with ducks, goats, and a donkey. All rooms with air conditioning, parking on the premises. The adjacent highway is very well shielded and not a real disturbance. The landlady Mara lives in the house and takes very loving care of her guests with fruits, attentions, and tips for local excursions, restaurants, and shopping. We had a super nice stay and can fully recommend the agritourism.

I highly recommend it, it's a charming place.

Last weekend we spent a very pleasant night at the Cà Bassa structure.\n\nMara is a very kind and sweet guest and the room is truly wonderful. Diano Castle is about two kilometers from the seafront of Diano Marina but, even on foot, it is very easy to reach.\n\nIf we were to return to Diano, we will definitely consider staying in this very quiet place surrounded by nature.

Hello everyone. I am from Rome and made a stop before going to France. I recommend it. Nice place, rooms appropriate for a farmhouse, always helpful managers. Do not ask for a sea view because there isn't one but otherwise you wouldn't even pay a little. Anyway, in 2 minutes you are in the water. On foot, about ten minutes.\n\nGreetings.

Fantastic B&B, we couldn't ask for more. Very clean, new, complete with everything you need, outside the center, but not so far, with parking. The rooms are on the ground floor of the owners' house. A beautiful garden around, the vegetable garden, the animals. Mara, who manages everything, is very nice, kind, and helpful. We will definitely come back.

Diano Castello is a beautiful village and Diano Marina is a very lively seaside resort.

The B&B was an oasis of relaxation for us. Even though the highway is nearby, it is surprisingly quiet on site. Mara from Cà Bassa is very kind and takes care of the guests. Everything is super clean. Even the small communal kitchen is kept tidy, cleaned, and provided with fresh dish towels. And almost every day there was a bowl of fresh fruit from the farm in the fridge. The car can be safely parked in the yard, as you receive a key for the gate. Mara also provides tips for excursions or good restaurants.\n\nAlthough breakfast is not provided, those who are mobile can stock up at the supermarket on the street and enjoy it at the accommodation. There is a kettle, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, and dishes on site. We found it wonderful to be able to sleep in and start the day in our own rhythm without having to adhere to breakfast times. Is there anything more wonderful than enjoying coffee in the shade with a gentle breeze under a lemon tree in front of the room?\n\nThank you, Mara.

Clean and comfortable environment, managed by a very kind girl, full of enthusiasm and availability towards guests. Not very close to the center, but with a pleasant walk you can reach the town center. I highly recommend staying here, the presence of a splendid citrus grove satisfies the senses.

We stayed for only 2 nights at the end of August in a very spacious romantic room, well furnished with a very comfortable large double bed, a large sofa, and a bathroom (and, mind you, I said 'bathroom' for its size). The place is very quiet, and we rested well. The three rooms used as a B&B, recently built, occupy the entire ground floor of the owners' house who live upstairs. Adjacent to the rooms, a common space has been created with a fridge, sink, microwave oven, table and chairs, equipped with a coffee and tea machine as well as cups and various dishes. Outside each room, there are a laundry rack and a small table with 2 deck chairs. The house is surrounded by its own plants and fruit trees. Worth mentioning is the cleanliness and order (the rooms were cleaned every morning). Everything necessary for the bed, towels, a hairdryer is provided. To reach the town, Diano Marina, if you are more athletic than us (!) you can do it by bike in 5 minutes, or by car with some difficulty for parking if you come in August (although with the directions from Mara, the hostess, we always managed to park the car). Excellent Wi-Fi connection and, if you happen to be there at the right season, Mara will certainly not fail to pick some delicious figs for you.

I found Cà Bassa while browsing the internet because I needed to find a place to stay for a few nights. Already from the photos on the website, you can see how nice this farmhouse is, and my thought was then confirmed once I arrived on site. The structure is new and clean in a quiet area surrounded by greenery not far from the sea. Breakfast is not provided, but there is a room with a microwave, coffee machine, and a fridge that you can use during your stay. Mara, the manager, is a very kind and hospitable person. I am very satisfied with choosing Cà Bassa; I highly recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely return.

This is already the second time that my husband and I have stayed at this delightful agriturismo and there is a reason for that. Last year, in 2013, we stopped for only one night while passing through on a trip to Provence. But the hospitality of Mara, the owner, her family, and the beauties of Diano Marina and the Dianese Gulf have remained in our hearts. So this year we had no doubts: holidays on the Riviera di Ponente. And where? At Mara's, in her beautiful agriturismo. Just a few kilometers from the sea, surrounded by Vermentino vineyards and olive trees, generous fruit trees, and splendid lemons, the agriturismo Cà Bassa is the ideal place to spend your holidays in relaxation. The rooms (all equipped with a nice bathroom) are very spacious, clean, furnished with care and modernity, and perfectly soundproofed. The bed is huge and very comfortable. Modern comforts such as a flat-screen television with satellite channels and air conditioning are not lacking. The rooms all have their own private entrance, and Mara will provide you with keys to come and go without problems. In front of each entrance, there are tables and deck chairs to enjoy the evening on the doorstep of the room, surrounded by the scent of rosemary and lavender. There is a small room with a refrigerator and freezer (very convenient if you want to bring cold drinks to the beach or on excursions) and Mara delights visitors with freshly picked fruit (peaches, strawberries, and figs were delicious!) and valuable advice: let yourself be tempted by visits to Taggia, Badalucco, and Triora, enjoy the free beach of Cervo (equipped with showers and cabins for all visitors), go on a boat excursion to Gallinara and its sapphire waters, have lunch in the places she recommends, and your vacation will be a dream. Leaving the agriturismo is not like leaving a holiday resort, but it is like saying goodbye with great regret to a dear friend and her wonderful family who have made the holidays truly among the most unforgettable ever spent. And we will return, Mara.
