Lovely place to stay for a few days. The room I stayed in was simple, warm and very comfortable. Breakfasts were nice too. The view of the cruise ships, the port and the city is great. The main plus is the hostess, Fulvia, a marvellous, warm and kind lady who made me feel so at home in her home.

The host was very kind and friendly. I stayed for only one night because I had to catch the ferry the next day from the port of Genoa. Strategic location with many places nearby!

Fulvia, the owner, is a very friendly and helpful lady. No request was too difficult for her. My room was quiet as I requested a back room, and I almost had a private bathroom nearby. The breakfast was delicious and with many choices. The kitchen was available for storage, with plenty of free drinks and fruit. The WIFI struggled to reach my room, so occasionally I had to go to the foyer. No big deal. There is a metro 4 mins walk away to access the old city. It's one line and free off peak from 10-4 pm. Most of the lifts and funiculars are free. There are plenty of pizzerias and mini supermarkets a few minutes walk from the Hotel. Totally recommended!
