You will be welcomed in a flat that used to be home to a large family: Bin and Ban have lived here with 5 of their children since 1972. The penthouse of a six-stores block built in the end of 50's, is surrounded by some 200 m2 of terrace, with access from each room and used, in the warm weather, to start the day with a delicious breakfast, or to relax, after a walk in the town centre.
You will be welcomed by people grown up in a large family, brought up to respect each and everyone’s needs, a family where it was not difficult to add the classic “posto a tavola” (a place – or places! - at the family meal) for our friends and guests to enjoy the traditional Ligurian cooking and the recipes imported from other Italian regions and indeed the world.

Bin & Ban located in a strategic area, close to Brignole station and bus stops. Being in Sesto Piena, as soon as you step out onto the balcony/veranda, you have a wonderful view over the whole of Genoa. And last but not least, the hospitality, care, and friendliness of the owner should be mentioned. Highly recommended.

Kindness, courtesy, and friendliness of the owner, Mrs. Anna, together with the cleanliness and hygiene of the premises are undoubtedly the strengths of this Bin & Ban, which greatly contribute to making the stay extremely enjoyable. Not to be underestimated is the proximity to the Genova Brignole train station, from which you can easily take a large number of buses as well as the metro (thanks to this latter line, you can reach the Genova Aquarium in less than 10 minutes). Last but not least, the very valuable advice that the very skilled Mrs. Anna provides regarding places to visit, itineraries to follow, tourist destinations, restaurants, etc. A really great place to spend a few days in a city full of history and charm, as well as many gastronomic delights. Highly recommended and recommended!

Excellent stay. Very close to the train station and with a truly enchanting view of Genoa. Mrs. Anna is super kind, helpful, and very attentive to details. We appreciated the cleanliness, the abundant and always varied breakfast with quality products, and the comfort of the beds, particularly appreciated by our son! Highly recommended property.

Bin & Ban is in an ideal location, a 15-minute walk from the train station. The place is very clean and the breakfast is very abundant. The owner is super kind and gives excellent advice on things to visit. I will recommend it to all my acquaintances.

My son and I had a great time. Anna knows how to give excellent advice and make you feel at home. The view from the terrace is magnificent, the room overlooking it, spacious and spotless, as well as the modern and functional bathroom. Everything is perfect!

Excellent and convenient location near Brignole station, spectacular terrace accessed from the very clean room with brand new bathroom. Mrs. Anna was very helpful, gave us very useful directions and made us feel at home. We will definitely return because it is worth it.

We had a wonderful time at Bin & Ban which felt like home to us. Anna is very kind and welcoming and provided us with great recommendations on restaurants or places to visit. The rooms are decorated with care and have access to the terrace where you have a stunning view over the city. Furthermore, our room had its own bathroom, air conditioning, and a very comfortable bed. The b&b is located in a quiet, well-kept area and the old town and the port can easily be reached by walking along a scenic route. The Brignole train station can also be easily reached on foot (no railway noise pollution in the apartment), which is a big advantage because from there you can take trains or buses to the seaside (Cinque Terre, Nervi, Boccadasse). The highlight is certainly the rich breakfast on the terrace with a view over Genoa. In summary, we had a great time and hope to return soon.

Posizione strategica per raggiungere l'acquario e il centro storico di Genova (15/20 minuti a piedi passando per stradine con localini e negozietti molto carini).
La camera familiare è molto spaziosa, letti comodissimi, tutto molto pulito.
Il bagno in comune non è stato un problema, la signora Anna ha anche predisposto detersivi per un eventuale pulizia aggiuntiva fai da te (anche se non c'è mai stato bisogno).
La colazione molto abbondante e sempre diversa, dolci fatti in casa, frutta, yogurt, marmellata, miele e la focaccia genovese.
Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità della signora Anna che ci suggerito dove andare a mangiare, cosa vedere e come raggiungere i vari luoghi di nostri interesse.
È stata un'esperienza molto positiva e ci siamo sentiti a casa.

Assolutamente consigliato!
Abbiamo soggiornato presso questo B&B con le nostre figlie di 3 e 8 anni. Purtroppo ci siamo fermati soltanto una notte, ma lo ricorderemo a lungo, perché l'accoglienza della signora Anna è stata splendida e le sue indicazioni su cosa fare, dove cenare e dove trovare un buon gelato sono state preziosissime.
Si trova in un quartiere residenziale molto bello e molto tranquillo di notte, a due passi dalla stazione Brignole e comodo anche al centro (l'acquario, la nostra meta principale, si raggiunge con una passeggiata di mezz'oretta).
Condividere il bagno con l'altro ospite non ha creato alcun problema, e fare colazione insieme è stato un momento conviviale piacevolissimo. La colazione è ricca e abbondante, e la focaccia genovese è stata la migliore di tutte quelle provate in quei due giorni!
Dovremo tornare.
Per chi, come noi, viaggia con bambini piccoli, consigliamo di portare il passeggino, perché stando fuori tutto il giorno si fa parecchia strada!

I had an wonderful stay at Anna's place. She was very kind and friendly. The most amazing part was definitely the beautiful balcony and it's breathtaking view. The apartment was very clean, in a calm area, and close to the center, so I would strongly recommend Anna's place to anyone who wants to visit Genoa.

Accogliente e splendida casa. Un ringraziamento di cuore ad Anna, deliziosa e attenta nell'ospitalità, che sa creare immediatamente un clima familiare, "aria di casa"..Iniziare la giornata ammirando dalla terrazza Genova, baciata dal primo sole, è una grande emozione e l'animo sorride.
Colazioni gustosissime mai uguali, con i sapori liguri e non solo.
Ottima la posizione che consente, in pochi minuti, di raggiungere a piedi la stazione ferroviaria di Brignole ed il centro città. Consigliatissimo!

Moc pěkné místo s překrásným výhledem na celý Janov. B&B se nachází v posledním patře bytového domu (výtah funguje velmi dobře) a ze všech pokojů je přístup na nádhernou terasu, ze které je úchvatný výhled na celé město. Pokoj i koupelna byly čisté a prostorné. Majitelka je velmi milá a ochotná. Pro cestu do centra města (cca 20 min. pěšky) nás vybavila mapou a ukázala všechna důležitá místa. Výborná snídaně se podává na terase. Rozhodně doporučujeme.

Anna is really the perfect host, I didn't missed anything during my stay in her wonderful flat, I felt so comfortable in my room with this unique view over Genova from my terrace. The generous creation of breakfast every morning, Annas advices for a good restaurant, her tipps where to go to in Genova an her respectful way of talking, were the best start i could wish for my holidays. Ottima scoperta. Il B&B è gestito da Anna la quale è gentile, premurosa e discreta. Le camere sono spaziose e confortevoli. Dalla terrazza c'è una vista pazzesca della città e le piante e il sole non sono da meno. Ben organizzata la colazione per un piacevole buongiorno. Da tornarci senz'altro!

Un buon B&B per la pulizia, la posizione e l'ospitalità della signora che lo divide.
Il bagno è pulito e condiviso con gli altri clienti, ma non ci sono stati alcun tipo di problema di fruibilità a tutte le ore.
La colazione abbondante è servita su un bel terrazzo da cui si gode un panorama per niente male di tutta Genova.
Vicinissimo alla stazione Brignole, e a 10-15 min a piedi dal centro. Magari non molto indicato per chi ha dei bambini da portare in giro con passeggino, per via delle strade in salita/discesa che lo collegano al centro, ma comunque si trova in una ottima posizione.

Eccellente struttura, in una posizione che offre una veduta splendida sulla città. Bravissima la signora Anna che non è mai venuta meno in cordialità, disponibilità e calore umano. Uno dei pochi B&B in cui regnava una atmosfera "di famiglia", sia nei felici momenti di colazione condivisi con gli altri ospiti, sia come rapporto con il gestore e famigliari che mi ha fatto sentire non come un cliente ma come se fossi "uno di loro". Piacevole anche la colazione, in cui si può disporre di buona scelta di varie prelibatezze e, degno di considerazione, il caffelatte preparato dalla signora Anna meglio che al bar. B&B consigliato vivamente!

Ho soggiornato per svago. Il posto è davvero bello (ampio terrazzo dalla vista mozzafiato sull'intera città), e la posizione del B&B consente di muoversi sempre a piedi, in 15 minuti o poco più si arriva al porto antico e allo splendido acquario di Genova. Gentilissima e iper disponibile la signora Anna, che ti e ti fa sentire come "in casa propria". Non fatevi mancare il suo meraviglioso cappuccino! Ho ricevuto, inoltre, ottimi suggerimenti su come muoversi in città e su come raggiungere le varie mete. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Siamo stati molto bene. La posizione è ottima e la veduta dal terrazzo è favolosa.
La colazione abbondante e la Signora Anna molto cordiale e disponibile.

Ho soggiornato per 3 giorni (marzo 2013) per motivi di lavoro. Il posto è davvero bello (ampio terrazzo dalla vista mozzafiato sull'intera città), e la posizione del B&B consente di muoversi sempre a piedi, in 15 minuti si arriva in centro storico e in 10 minuti si arriva alla stazione ferroviaria di Brigonle. Tuttavia, il vero a proprio "pezzo forte" è la proprietaria del B&B, la signora Anna, che ti accoglie in modo davvero caloroso e ti fa sentire come "in casa propria".
La signora Anna è stata davvero impeccabile, con la sua attenzione educata e riservata, la completa disponibilità, e il suo "calore umano". Ho ricevuto, inoltre, ottimi suggerimenti su come muoversi in città e su come raggiungere le varie mete. Sono davvero contentissimo del mio soggiorno e di aver conosciuto una persona come la signora Anna. Un posto dove dovrò assolutamente ritornare.
