A very warm welcome. A very well-maintained and comfortable apartment. A luxurious and delicious breakfast. Anna Maria is like a mother, caring and very sunny, attentive. We feel like we are hosted by the family. Just remember to ask about parking. In La Spezia parking spaces fill up quickly and are expensive. We wish Anna Maria and her husband all the best.

The lady who runs it is very kind, friendly, and helpful. The apartment/room, antique and charming style. The only downside is that you can hear the trains when they pass by.

We stayed for two nights, the property is well-kept and furnished in a charming way. The lady is very kind and welcoming, she prepares exceptional breakfasts for her guests and together with her collaborator, they are super available for any needs, they act as guides and give a lot of advice. Highly recommended.

A property close to La Spezia Centrale. You are super close to the train station, so it is really easy to get around. I am a deep sleeper, so I was not disrupted by the train noises, but I could see that happening if you are a light sleeper. The decor has really ornate details, and the warmth of the host makes the stay feel really cozy. Anna Maria was so welcoming and made sure I was prepared for my short time there. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful and super filling. This was a really charming stay.
