Description

Situated in the hearth of the more elegant area of Genoa inside a private park, the "B&B Villini Albaro" has a very light double within a private bathroom including the relaxing shower and washing machine. The room is extremely relaxed due to the green viewing and the absence of noises.

The B&B Villini Albaro is located into a private green parks with a free parking and you can plan the discovery of the "Superba"! (the old nickname of Genoa)
You can reach by walking the Universities, Hospitals, Sports Centers and of course..the sea.

You can find the bus stop close to 200meters from the B&B and spending about 10 minutes you can reach the City Center, Brignole Railway Station, the lovely "Boccadasse", the "Fiera di Genova" with the most famous worldwide exhibitions like "Salone Nautico" and "Euroflora".

And more "Acquario", "Porto Antico", the biggest European Historical Center with famous "caruggi" viewing Genoa from the hills around visiting the "Forti di Genova".

And when you come back to the B&B you can find more relaxing conforts and services like free Wi-Fi, maps of Genoa. On the morning a completed breakfast waits for you with a tipical local food (do you know the most famous "focaccia"?).

And please dont worry if you are vegetarian or celiac or you speak in English, because we satisfy all your requests.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served from 7 to 9, but it is possible to arrange slightly different times. Freshly baked products from the bakery nearby are always present on the table: bread, Genoese focaccia, brioches to fill with Nutella, jams or organic honey.

We also have excellent desserts for celiacs and lactose intolerant individuals.

In addition to coffee, tea, and milk, we also serve great sugar-free fruit juices and yogurt.

Top! I had a wonderful time. I stayed only one night at the Villini Albaro because one room was not enough for me, given the long stay. Mattia moved me to the Casetta, where I stayed for almost a month, which was great. The Casetta is delightful: very clean, functionally and tastefully furnished, in a perfectly served but quiet area. And Mattia makes the difference: very kind, helpful, always ready to find a solution to the thousand problems of someone who is away from home. Great Mattia, thank you very much.

Cozy, beautiful and original house, immersed in greenery. Internal parking at the property. Comfortable room and impeccable cleanliness. It is possible to reach San Martino Hospital in ten minutes on foot. Easy connections to the center or other points of the city. With a nice walk, you can go down to the little beach and the village of Boccadasse. Unique courtesy and availability of Mattia.

My boyfriend Francesco and I stayed at B&B Villini Albaro from Wednesday 17th to Sunday 21st August (four nights and five days) and we had a great time. The B&B is located in the San Martino district of Genoa in a very quiet residential area (there is neither traffic nor noise, so you can sleep and relax very well). The place is well served in terms of public transport: it is easy to get around Genoa by train (the nearest stations are Genova Sturla and Genova Brignole) or by bus (there are two stops a short walk from the apartment where you can take buses 44 and 45 or the 641 in the evening). If you have a car, you can park for free inside the residence, but this was not our case. The room where we slept is in the house of Mattia and his mother Silvia (so it is a private room) and it is very bright, welcoming, and spacious; it is also equipped with all the necessary comforts: a small but functional private bathroom, a very comfortable double bed, TV, fan, and air conditioning. We immediately felt at home: with Mattia, there was a playful but always respectful exchange of opinions from the beginning, probably due to our young age. Every morning he brought us rich breakfasts with brioches with jam, focaccias (not squashed!) and freshly baked sweets, milk, fruit juice, tea, and coffee; during these meals, we chatted a lot and shared ideas on various topics (especially on TV series and movies), something that doesn't happen often when on vacation. One very nice last thing I would like to point out is the following: on the desk in the room, we found a notebook, now finished, with many personalized dedications written inside from 2012 to today, so we also wanted to leave a thought as a memory of our vacation but also as a conclusion of a chapter. So I would say highly recommended by the Bolognese Lara & Francesco :).

Very nice location, clean and tastefully furnished. Welcoming and helpful manager, very friendly. We enjoyed the good breakfast with fresh croissants and focaccia. For those who go by car, there is parking, we took public transport, all very convenient. With a nice walk you can reach Boccadasse. Very quiet area, surrounded by greenery. Everything perfect, we feel like recommending the structure.

Very well-kept room, the bathroom in the room is small but functional, there is both a ceiling fan and air conditioning, TV, kettle. The breakfast was also excellent, Mattia was very nice and made us feel at home. Convenient especially for the possibility to park the car, which is not very easy in the city.

Villini Albaro is located in a green residence, with parking available in the courtyard, in the center of Genoa and a stone's throw from S. Martino hospital. Mrs. Silvia, the owner of the B&B, offers a double room with private bathroom in her apartment. The house is very welcoming and the double room where my husband and I stayed is well furnished with good taste, very clean, comfortable, and with a very comfortable bed. Mrs. Silvia welcomed us in a truly warm way. She was impeccable, with her polite and reserved attention, complete availability, and her human warmth made us feel at home. She served us a very abundant breakfast at the established time. We really enjoyed our stay. We recommend it to anyone.

We stayed at the B&B Villini Albaro for two nights. We had a great time from all points of view! The owner was very kind and very helpful. The room (with ensuite bathroom) was well-kept, clean, and ideal for a relaxing holiday. Quiet area, surrounded by greenery. Very abundant breakfast: croissants, Ligurian focaccia, cream-filled pastries, cereals, fresh fruit salad, coffee, tea, fruit juice. Fantastic! A truly super weekend. If possible, we will definitely come back! Thank you for everything!

I highly recommend B&B Villini Albaro to anyone looking to spend a holiday in complete serenity, in a welcoming and peaceful place. The B&B is located inside a residence surrounded by trees where you can breathe pure air; it's a quiet area where peaceful silence reigns. A few meters away you can reach bus stops that lead to various city streets. The B&B managers are very polite, sociable, extremely kind, and helpful; they made me feel truly at home. Every day, punctually at the agreed time, we find a delicious breakfast made up of typical specialties: focaccia, chocolate bread, filled pastries, fruit juices, cereals. Furthermore, the room was well furnished, with a clean en-suite bathroom equipped with all comforts. In short, I felt so good that I almost regretted going back home.

As in the original spirit of the B&B Villini Albaro, Mrs. Silvia, the very kind owner of the property, offers customers a very well-kept and clean room (with private bathroom) in her own apartment; this, along with the family's availability and attention to guests' needs, makes you feel like you are at a friend's house. Not to be overlooked is the location, not far from the center but completely surrounded by greenery, and the possibility of parking in the courtyard, which is a rare convenience to find in Genoa. A warm greeting to Mrs. Silvia and her husband (also very helpful) without forgetting the promise made to send them the recipe for "panini scugnizzi" as soon as possible.

The B&B Villini Albaro is located in a condominium surrounded by a green park, it is very quiet, you sleep really well at night! For breakfast freshly baked brioches and Genoese focaccia. The room is not very spacious but still cozy. Bathroom ok, has a tub with a shower. Finally, for those arriving by car, the possibility of free parking in the park below the house (not on the street) is a real gem in Genoa. Excellent experience.

Very cozy room and extremely helpful owner, even though I used the room not for pleasure but to spend a quiet night before being operated on the nearby hospital the next day. Therefore, I recommend the place even to those who may need it for this purpose and also for the parking that remained at our disposal even throughout the day when I was hospitalized, no small thing in Genoa!

I stayed at the B&B Villini Albaro for 2 days. Beautiful location. Quiet, elegant and surrounded by greenery. Exciting to have breakfast watching the squirrels go up and down the trees. Then Silvia, the owner, is a delightful person. Discreet but always present and attentive to the needs of her guests. Loving in her small gestures. A structure definitely worth recommending and where I hope to return soon.
