B&B Villa Devoto La Torretta

The Bed & Breakfast Villa Devoto "La Torretta" is the new version of the famous Bed & Breakfast Villa Devoto, one of the first in Rapallo, which has welcomed clients from all over the world for unparalleled moments of relaxation. After selling the original villa to the municipality of Rapallo, we decided to move right next door, to a smaller structure (from 600 sqm to 230 sqm) with fewer rooms (from 3 to 2). However, we will strive to offer the same quality service that has distinguished us since 2011, after a year of closure for renovation.

Our Bed & Breakfast offers its guests two charming suites.

The Azure Suite, located on the first floor (accessed via 15 steps, no elevator), provides a space of 43 sqm. The bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed (160x190 with a 30 cm mattress) and has a sitting area with a fireplace. Additionally, there is a separate living room with a sofa that can be converted into a double bed (160x190 with a 20 cm mattress). The private bathroom features a spacious shower (120x80) and the suite has a balcony and a window. Among the amenities offered, you will find air conditioning, heating, two televisions, a kettle, a hairdryer, and personal hygiene products. Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done daily.

The Green Attic Suite, located on the second floor (accessed via an additional 14 steps), is a cozy attic of 34 sqm with a private covered terrace of 15 sqm. It should be noted that the maximum height in this room is 2 meters and 30 centimeters. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160x190 with a 30 cm mattress), and there is a separate sitting area. The private bathroom features a windowed shower (160x80). From the room, you can access a private covered terrace (with 8 steps), furnished with a sofa and a small table. In this suite, you will also find air conditioning, heating, a TV, a kettle, a hairdryer, and personal hygiene products. Once again, bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done daily.

In our Bed & Breakfast, you will also have access to a lounge with a shared library, perfect for moments of reading and relaxation. Additionally, there is a cellar with a selection of Ligurian wines and beverages available (not included in the price).

Breakfast is served in a dedicated room. It is included in the price and mainly consists of packaged and long-lasting products, in accordance with legal regulations and to avoid unnecessary waste. Upon request, fresh products such as brioche and focaccia can also be provided, to be booked the day before.

Our Bed & Breakfast is located in the heart of the historic center of Rapallo, on the edge of the pedestrian zone. Within a few meters, you will find all the main activities, such as restaurants, bars for an aperitif, shops for shopping, the train station (250 meters), and the ferry terminal (200 meters).

Upon request and availability, we offer our guests the possibility to park their car for free in an outdoor parking lot, protected by a gate right below the Bed & Breakfast. It is important to note that access to the road leading to the parking lot is limited to traffic (we have authorization) and it is located in the historic center, with commercial activities and pedestrians. Therefore, daily use of the car is not recommended. Additionally, please note that the parking lot is not suitable for vans or vehicles longer than 4. 5 meters, as it requires maneuvers to enter and exit.
