In an old house, full of sunshine and color, completely renovated, surrounded by the peace and quiet hinterland of Genoa B&B LANDS AND COLORS provides the entire first floor.

The owners occupy the top and the arrival of the guests hand over the keys to the house and will be happy to provide all the information necessary to spend a pleasant holiday.

An ideal base for families, equipped lawn and garden with swings, wooden toys mini football area, the absence of external dangers.

Possibility of trekking and walking in full green, horse riding, motorbike or mountain bike.

Suitable place to visit Genoa and return in peace, after a day of sightseeing in the city of the sea, aquarium, museums and alleys.

B&B Terre e Colori, painting and sculpture, clay and pigments, always.

The owners, Patrizia the painter and Alberto the sculptor, exhibit in personal shows and art galleries.

For over a decade, they have been participating as external experts in primary and secondary schools.

In our workshops, we organize short courses on ancient and modern painting techniques, clay manipulation, sculpting techniques, and the use of a potter's wheel.

In addition to the B&B activity, we welcome private groups, school trips for the end of the year, individual courses for children and adults in our open and closed spaces.

Experiences with people with disabilities.

We opened the B&B as an extension of a path we have always taken, and the name Terre e Colori immediately seemed natural and auspicious.

Countryside near Genoa. 320 MT in height located between the upper Val and Val Polcevera Bisagno, sunny and quiet is adorned with numerous villages and small groups of scattered houses.
  LANDS AND COLORS enjoys a great location with views of the mountains Star, Tullo, Bands and Diamond and offers a small glimpse of the sea, just enough to feel Genoa and Liguria.

The village is called Belen: protoceltica divinity, God of light, the Celtic god of the sun His cult is attested throughout northern Italy, France and the southern part of Austria. I think this is the origin of the name of the village of Belen, perhaps lost in the mists of time, however, certain that the grandmother of the Seraphim, the former owner, told me that as a child was playing not far from us, in the remains of an ancient temple Celtic...John, his nephew, digging into the kitchen and found...Armando tells of his grandfather's brother who...

Place in the middle of the mountain, in the morning you can hear the birds, in the evening the frogs, absolute tranquility! The managers are really friendly and helpful. And breakfast on the veranda is truly an extra touch!

Since I lived nearby, downstream from the property, my vote on the landscape would be biased, but now for four years I have been their welcome guest during the last weekend of September and far from me, changing B&B. The B&B Terre e Colori is immersed in nature and I assure you that the place is stunning even when it rains. The peace and quiet of the rooms will immerse you in a dream where those like me who have the hobby of writing, find inspiration each time to write a new story. A place out of this world, where one would expect to find some fairy or elf suddenly appearing from the forest. The neighborhood is mostly made up of farmers, simple, friendly, and kind-hearted people with whom it is nice to stop and exchange a few words as happened during a walk along the country road that passing by the B&B, leads from Sant'Olcese to Manesseno along the state road located a few kilometers further downstream. Those who love taking walks breathing fresh air will love this road. The nights pass quietly, away from the chaos of the streets, since the only road that passes by the B&B is almost exclusively used by residents. If you come from the North, I recommend exiting at Busalla and following the signs for Sant'Olcese, while if you come from the South, exit at Bolzaneto. The B&B Terre e Colori is easy to find, but I must confess that the difficult part is leaving it at the end of the vacation because you will not wait to come back next time.

The structure is located in a panoramic area, the rooms are comfortable, very clean and with a country look. There is parking, which is an important point, given that it is hard to find in Genoa. Excellent breakfast with moka coffee and hot milk, although a croissant would have completed the picture perfectly. The staff is very kind.

Very poetic structure, managed with love and care. The owners know how to give meaning to the journey of anyone who stops to stay with them. The location may be inconvenient to reach, but the people who manage it give meaning to every km traveled.

Bellissimo ambiente sembra di stare a casa propria titolari del bed and breakfast cortesi e alla mano e disponibili a tante richieste anche dei più piccoli. Panorama mozzafiato, pulizia ottima della struttura, colazione ottima ed abbondante con marmellate fatte in casa e focaccia tipica sia liscia che con cipolla. Torneremo di sicuro.

Siamo stati per finire il 2016 e iniziare il 2017. Che dire, non si poteva pensare di fare meglio, in un posto accogliente dove in ogni angolo ci sarebbe stata la possibilità di scattare decine di fotografie. Originalità, cortesia, semplicità e simpatia contraddistinguono i due proprietari Patrizia ed Alberto. Il resto lo fa la posizione del B&B che, situato in mezzo alle colline genovesi, offre panorami stupendi per tutti i 360° a disposizione dell'occhio umano. Mare da una parte, colline dall'altra con piccoli paesi che ricordano splendidi presepi, poi a 2 km dal B&B c'è la bellissima ferrovia che collega Sant'Olcese a Genova dove ci si arriva in 30 minuti e quindi senza bisogno di impegnare l'auto. Insomma, tutto davvero molto bello e ciò che propongono Patrizia e Alberto con la loro arte sa davvero catturare anche due sole giornate di soggiorno, pensate che hanno trovato anche il tempo di far lavorare la creta ai nostri ragazzi che, stupitissimi, hanno creato in poco tempo tazzine e brocchette guidati magistralmente da Alberto stesso. Da Rino, Rita, Marco, Rebecca, Gianfranco ed Emanuele (soprattutto) un immenso grazie di tutto. Difetti?..praticamente nessuno, forse considerato che vicino al B&B vendono uno dei salami più buoni d'Italia, sarebbe carino trovarsene qualche fetta a colazione dove, per altro, c'è già una buonissima focaccia che rende molto bene..ma certo con due fette di salame sarebbe divina! Infine tutti gli arredi sono a dir poco "perfetti" per qualità ed originalità, l'unica cosa è che sopra l'1, 80 cm di altezza, farsi il bidet comporta qualche livido al ginocchio, ma tutto il bello del B&B vale anche un piccolo livido ahahahahahah. Un abbraccio forte da Torino.

Vero. E “sopra l'1,80 cm di altezza “non si ha solo quel problema, ma bisogna anche porre attenzione alle porte dell’ultimo piano. Ma che dire, è così. Hai proprio ragione, non abbiamo proposto la colazione salata, che in genere avviene per richiesta e non solo il salame è presente, (n. d.t.: Il troppo salame comunque danneggia). Alla vostra prossima visita provvederemo spontaneamente. Ospitarvi e condividere con voi l'inizio del nuovo anno è stata una felice e gradita sorpresa. A presto. Patrizia e Alberto.

Per un ponte improvvisato a Genova abbiamo prenotato una notte in questo B&B puntando un dito " a caso"  sulla cartina purché fosse fuori dalla città. E il caso ha riservato un'ottima soluzione, ma soprattutto un' ottima esperienza a noi e alle nostre bambine. Il Bed and Breakfast è pulitissimo e in un posto molto suggestivo, immerso nel verde in un paesino a pochi chilometri da Genova. Ma il quid che lo contraddistingue son sicuramente le persone che lo gestiscono. Patrizia e Alberto sono due Artisti (doveroso un' occhiata al sito) che infondono la passione per la loro arte in tutto quello che fanno e il B&B ne è l'emanazione: ogni singolo arredo, ogni singolo dettaglio (a partire dagli  interruttori della corrente) è particolarissimo e creato a mano da loro. il risultato è un posto accogliente e molto molto interessante. Abbiamo trovato inoltre ottima disponibilità, spontaneità e familiarità.   Quando torneremo in Liguria per una visita più lunga e approfondita, sarà sicuramente la nostra soluzione. B&B a conduzione familiare, amabilmente condotto da Patrizia e Alberto. Posizione splendida con vista sulle colline liguri con il mare all'orizzonte. Arredamento rustico-chic magistralmente interpretato dall'estro artistico di Patrizia e Alberto che ringraziamo per la squisita ospitalità. Se ne avremo l'occasione torneremo molto volentieri magari per più giorni per godere appieno del luogo.

Il soggiorno è stato breve, ma è stato un vero colpo di fulmine. Alberto e Patrizia, i padroni di casa sono artisti non solo per le bellissime creazioni che fanno..Ma anche col cuore. Persone dal sorriso contagioso, molto disponibili e ricche di consigli per scoprire le zone circostanti. Il posto dà un senso di pace e serenità assoluti. Le camere un abbraccio coccoloso. La vista del terrazzo meravigliosa. Io, mio marito e i miei ragazzi ci siamo trovati magnificamente. Lo consiglio davvero tanto.

Buongiorno ho soggiornato per una notte dal 24 al 25/07/2016. Struttura molto bella, confortevole e ubicata in un lungo bellissimo immerso nel verde e nella pace della collina ligure. A soli 6 km dal casello autostradale di Genova Bolzaneto. Unico disagio gli ultimi 3 km di strada molto impervia. I proprietari Patrizia e Alberto persone gentili e disponibili con un grande senso dell'accoglienza. Complimenti.

Ho spedito una mail e subito sono stato contattato , prenotato. dopo 3 gg mi richiamano (questo il mercoledì per il sabato) che sono dispiaciuti ma non possono ospitarci. La mia perplessità?! dovevamo pernottare una notte in 5, due adulti e 3 bambini, sarà arrivata loro un soggiorno più lungo?! Poco affidabili mi sono ritrovato a cercare altro in fretta! ! Non ci si comporta in questo modo.

Mi chiamo Patrizia e sono un'insegnante della scuola dell'Infanzia, conosco "TERRE E COLORI" non come B&B ma come laboratorio didattico d'arte. La programmazione scolastica della nostra scuola, quest'anno ha come tema " L'ARTE" e quindi con le colleghe ci siamo documentate e abbiamo scoperto questo luogo ideale per offrire ai bambini delle scuole di ogni ordine e grado, esperienze laboratoriali di arte. I gestori della struttura sono due artisti, Patrizia è una pittrice mentre suo marito Alberto è uno scultore. I miei bambini hanno avuto modo di fare due laboratori nell'arco della giornata. Al mattino con l'argilla e con l'aiuto e le direttive di Patrizia e Alberto, hanno costruito una scatola con coperchio decorato e al pomeriggio hanno avuto modo di costruire un oggetto a scelta con il tornio. La struttura e ben organizzata sia dal punto di vista laboratoriale, che ricreativo, infatti i bambini, hanno avuto modo di giocare nel giardino dove sono presenti altalene, un campetto per giocare a calcio e una sabbiera allestita con giochi vari. Potrei dilungarmi nel raccontare.. ma non vorrei svelare tutti i segreti vorrei invitare i colleghi a visitare con i loro alunni questa splendida struttura. Patrizia e Alberto oltre ad essere dei bravissimi artisti, sono insieme ai loro figli, dei deliziosi padroni di casa gentili e disponibili. La Loro casa è bellissima e vi si respira, attraverso gli oggetti in essa contenuti, la favolosa creatività e il buon gusto di chi la abita. L'esperienza didattica è stata positivissima, i bambini alla fine della giornata e anche nei giorni a seguire, hanno continuato a dirci che si sono divertiti tantissimo e gli piacerebbe tornare da questi nuovi amici Patrizia e Alberto, per un altro "Attacco d'arte"!

Posto fantastico e proprietari deliziosi! Ci siamo sentiti proprio come a casa nostra, con tutte le comodità e la tranquillità di un clima accogliente e sereno, gentilissimi e disponibili! Panorama stupendo. Ideale per coppie o famiglie (noi eravamo in 3) che vogliono rilassarsi anche solo per una giornata. Al mattino, dopo la piacevolissima colazione e prima di dirigerci verso la caotica Genova per visitare l'acquario, abbiamo avuto la splendida opportunità di creare dei lavori con la creta. La mia bambina (e non solo lei) si è divertita tanto e abbiamo riportato a casa i souvenir creati da noi:) Consigliatissimo! Bravi Alberto e Patrizia con i loro educatissimi figlioli Lorenzo e Tommy!

Wunderschöner Ort mit prachtvoller Aussicht. Aufgrund der Lage war die Unterkunft nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber wir haben es dann doch geschafft. Würden das B&B bei anderer Gelegenheit wieder buchen und auch weiter empfehlen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura praticamente solo per dormire. L'accogllienza è stata delle migliori, stile famigliare e diretto come a mio parere deve essere per un B&B. I gestori sono artisti, pittrice e scultore, esso si nota piacevolmente molto nei particolari d'arredo della camera da letto matrimoniale molto ampia (con caminetto), nel bagno e nella cucina, molto utile anche se da noi noi utilizzata. La strada per raggiungere il posto è tipicamente collinare/montana, meglio chiamare la struttura e farsi indirizzare qualche km prima del paese (ns esperienza ci insegna che il navigatore consiglia una strada assai più lunga). Ottimo punto per visitare il parco Villa Serra, una villa adibita a parco con laghetto e zona gioco bimbi, molti animali e zone d'ombra dove rilassarsi, portate il pane per le anatre! Tornando al B&B, punti di forza sono la terrazza dove abbiamo fatto colazione, con vista panoramica sul "fondovalle", l'accoglienza, la colazione (addirittura una torta messa a ns disposizione dalla sera prima) e l'arredamento dei locali. La casa è su vari piani di cui l'ultimo è quello adibito a B&B, l'ingresso si presenta, entranto dalla porta principale con: - subito davanti a noi le scale che portano al piano superiore, non accessibile agli ospiti della struttura e dove risiedono i proprietari (open space). - subito alla nostra dx la camera matrimoniale - subito a sx la cucina e proseguendo il bagno, con vasca da bagno adibita a doccia Nel complesso, in generale il mio voto al B&B è 7. Noi abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte, dalle 21:00 alle 06:00 al costo di 70 €, è stato un peccato non poterci fermare di più. Credo che ci ritorneremo, magari in moto (è l'ideale anche se il parcheggio macchina non manca, casa apprezzabile in Liguria).
