Newly renovated bed and breakfast, located in the center of the Ligurian town, just a few steps from the sea and the main public transportation.

The Rosanna B&B has been designed with taste, elegance, and attention to detail.

Ideal for those who want to explore on foot, but also suitable for those who want to use a car to discover the surroundings of Loano, as it provides free reserved parking spaces for guests.

The property is the perfect place for families, but also for business trips, as our aim is to make guests feel at home, with the comforts of a high-level accommodation.

Each room is equipped with a balcony, private bathroom, desk, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, hairdryer, safe, and refrigerator.

Daily room cleaning is provided, including changing towels and courtesy products.

Possibility of adding a child's bed upon request.

Excellent structure, functional, completely renovated and very clean. The stay is made very pleasant by the owner Rosanna, very helpful and an excellent cook: breakfasts are abundant, rich, and always varied. Moreover, the availability of water for herbal teas during the day is not taken for granted, but was greatly appreciated. The location is favorable, a stone's throw from the sea and the center: we stayed with two children and it was very convenient to move around. I highly recommend to everyone.

We were just passing through on a rainy day but B&B Rosanna met our expectations with impeccable hospitality and service. Note the gargantuan breakfast with homemade cakes. Access and parking space for small cars. An address that I recommend. Thank you Rosanna for your kindness.

Exceptional structure, new, in a great location both for the sea (5 minutes walk) and for the center. Mrs. Rosanna is a friendly and very helpful person... she prepares breakfasts, both sweet and savory, to say they are excellent is an understatement. The B&B Rosanna is truly a relaxing place. The cleanliness is superb! Highly recommended! There is also free parking.

We stayed at B&B Rosanna for a weekend getaway. The environment is very welcoming, clean, and our room had three windows! The breakfast is extremely plentiful, with sweet and savory dishes prepared by Rosanna on the spot, and if you can't finish it all, you are invited to take it with you for a snack, maybe on the beach. Excellent opportunity to park the car in a reserved parking area. The property is close to the railway, so you can hear the trains passing by, but honestly, they didn't bother our stay. Rosanna is a lovely person, very kind and available for any need.

The room, completely renovated, is very cozy. Very useful and much appreciated the reserved parking nearby. Rosanna doesn't overlook anything, she hosts you with joy and cordiality and spoils you with her delicacies. I stayed only one night and it was a discovery this B&B. The maximum availability on the part of Mrs. Rosanna already before arrival, well-furnished and super clean room, very abundant breakfast almost a brunch, excellent location because it is 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the center street of Loano, convention with the beach.

Great little place to stop for the night. Mrs. Rosanna is a perfect hostess, if not more, and she made us feel at home. The property is located 100 meters from the sea, very convenient to reach it on foot and to wander through the streets of the center. The rooms are furnished in a modern and elegant style while remaining classic, and the breakfast room is welcoming to all guests. Due to the covid situation, the presence of more than one family unit is not possible for safety reasons, but Mrs. Rosanna made herself available to bring breakfast to the room, characterized by a variety of sweets and more, all made by her. Saying that everything was good is an understatement. A place suitable for both families and couples, and is an excellent compromise for the quality-price ratio. I absolutely recommend it!

The very kind Mrs. Rosanna was very hospitable and made our stay very pleasant with her extreme availability and care. The room lacked nothing, very practical and functional, as well as tastefully furnished. In these Covid times, safety was ensured, which is very important. The homemade breakfasts were at the pastry level, including savory options, and it was also possible to take away what couldn't be consumed. The property is very close to the sea, which could also be glimpsed from the small balcony. In short, we spent three beautiful days and it was like being at home.

Found by chance and couldn't have been better! Mrs. Rosanna is very kind and, since we were three couples of friends with children, it was all just for us and we had a great time! We had the breakfast room at our disposal, which was convenient for us to all be together without anyone else, so we didn't "disturb" anyone! Really big compliments! TOP TOP TOP.

The kindness and availability of Mrs. Rosanna are the highlight of this B&B, as well as a charming, very welcoming and clean environment. We stayed for 10 nights at B&B Rosanna and we had a great time. The property is very clean, furnished in a modern and functional way, well soundproofed, the nearby train does not disturb. The rooms have air conditioning and a spacious shower. The highlight that makes the difference is the breakfast, rich and plentiful, with excellent cakes (my favorite is the cheese-cake but the chocolate one is also great) all prepared by Rosanna. The location is convenient for both the historic center and the beaches. Convenient parking. We will definitely come back.

La signora Rosanna è di una gentilezza e disponibilità uniche. Ci siamo trovate davvero bene. Camera piccola ma molto confortevole e moderna. Con lo stile della signora Rosanna e la sua eleganza avesse il B&B sul mare sarebbe tutto da 10. Nonostante la posizione sia comunque comoda perché basta girare l’angolo e sei in pieno centro di Loano e a pochi passi dal mare, nonostante il B&B sia sull’Aurelia. Siamo solite a venire a Loano almeno una volta l’anno con mia sorella e sono sicura torneremo in questa struttura anche l’anno prossimo. Colazioni top. Grazie dell’ospitalità. Martina e Michela.

La Signora Rosanna è un'ottima padrona di casa, molto disponibile. È molto attenta alle esigenze dei clienti e prepara quotidianamente delle prelibatezze per l'abbondante colazione. I locali sono nuovi e dotati di ogni confort.

Abbiamo soggiornato dalla signora Rosanna purtroppo sola una notte (anche se avremmo voluto rimanere molto di più). Appena arrivati ci ha accolti con molto calore, signora molto gentile e simpatica, talmente gentile che ci ha fatto parcheggiare nel suo box per non farci bagnare dato che pioveva. Camera molto bella, spaziosa, con aria condizionata e frigo bar. Camera arredata con molta cura e con ogni tipo di confort. La colazione una cosa deliziosa, moltissima scelta e tutto fatto a mano dalla signora Rosanna. C'erano toast, crostate, angel cake, frutta e anche una mini cheese cake davvero deliziosa. B&B consigliatissimo. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare.

Abbiamo trascorso 4 giorni nel pieno relax insieme al nostro bimbo di 2 anni. La signora Rosanna è stata molto accogliente, gentile e disponibile. Camera molto pulita. Colazione abbondante e ogni mattina si potevano gustare le prelibatezze fatte dalla signora Rosanna. Posizione comoda, a pochi metri dal centro e dalle spiagge. Ritorneremo di sicuro. Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato in questo fantastico B&B durante il ponte di maggio. Le camere sono moderne, dotate di ogni comfort con pulizia giornaliera. La posizione è ottima, zona comodissima a due passi dal centro di Loano, dalla stazione e dalla spiaggia. Ottimo il posto auto, anche perché nella zona è difficile trovare parcheggio. Appena arrivati ci siamo sentiti subito a casa con l'aperitivo di benvenuto con stuzzichini crodino ecc. E che dire della colazione, una colazione da re. Prodotti fatti a mano e molta varietà (torte, pancake, cheesecake, biscotti, toast, salatini, frutta fresca, più che colazione un brunch). Inoltre, avendo girato un po' la zona e conoscendola da parecchio tempo, possiamo dire che il punto di forza di questo B&B è la Signora Rosanna, persona dolce e premurosa che svolge il suo lavoro con grande passione. Consigliatissimo.

Il nostro week-end a Loano é stato piacevolissimo: la stanza con bagno personale era arredata con gusto e fornita di frigobar molto utile. La Signora Rosanna ci ha coccolato con delle superbe colazioni; buonissime torte fatte da lei che trovavamo anche al ritorno per la merenda, caffè, cappuccino, tè, frutta fresca, senza limiti e una buonissima focaccia. Comodissimo il posto auto privato che in Liguria è una rarità e la vicinanza al mare e al centro sono da apprezzare. È un B&b da consigliare e che merita un 10 e lode.

Ottima soluzione per visitare la bella Loano con il suo affascinante centro storico. Comodissimo B&B al mare e al Giardino del Principe sede di eventi musicali. La signora Rosanna ci ha accolto offrendoci un aperitivo di benvenuto: che dire, sorpresi e deliziati! Camere nuovissime, con frigo bar, condizionatore, bagno interno. Colazione sublime: sia dolce (ottime le torte fatte in casa!) sia salata. Non provare questo B&B sarebbe un peccato: posto auto compreso nel soggiorno. Unico giudizio: TOP! Grazie per l'ospitalità. Trovato per caso ma niente in questo bed and breakfast è lasciato al caso, a cominciare dalla padrona di casa la signora Rosanna che ti accoglie con un gran sorriso e ti coccola per tutto il soggiorno. Mi sono sentita veramente a casa, camere nuove e pulite e la posizione ottima vicino alla stazione, al centro e al mare.

Camere molto belle arredate con gusto. Posto auto riservato. La struttura è in centro e vicino al mare. Colazione abbondante e con torte fatte in casa dalla proprietaria Rosanna e dalla figlia Eleonora. Soggiorno piacevole in camere arredate con gusto e completamente ristrutturate di recente. Posizione ottima perché a pochi minuti dal centro e soprattutto dal mare e dalla sua passeggiata, in più a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione. La signora Rosanna è un ottima padrona di casa che coccola i suoi ospiti con splendidi dolci fatti in casa. Pulizia buona e giornaliera delle camere..che dire da consigliare sicuramente!

Ottima struttura, nuova e super curata nel pieno centro di Loano a 2 passi dalle spiagge. La camera era pulitissima e arredata in modo semplice e di buon gusto. Bagno con ampia doccia, molto funzionale. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto disponibile, con un occhio sempre attento alle esigenze del cliente. Colazione molto buona con torte preparate in casa, pancake e possibilità di prepararsi dell'ottimo espresso e una buona tazza di cappuccino. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è molto buono. Da ligure posso dire che di strutture con questo livello di cura non se ne trovano molte in Riviera. Ancora complimenti!Alla prossima!

Siamo stati di recente in questo B&B. La proprietaria è gentilissima, molto disponibile e attenta alle esigenze dei clienti. Il B&B è vicino alla via principale e a due minuti a piedi dal mare. Le camera e tutta la struttura sono nuovissime con arredo moderno e molto belle. La colazione non è abbondante ma al mare va bene così. Basta quello che c'è. Se dovessimo tornare a loano certamente vorremmo alloggiare qui. Parcheggio wifi aria condizionata sono inclusi.

Impossibile non dare il massimo dei voti al B&B Rosanna. Abbiamo soggiornato un weekend e l'accoglienza è stata perfetta, la gentilezza e la disponibilità della signora Rosanna che prepara personalmente tante dolcezze per la colazione sono uno dei punti a favore. Si percepisce la passione che mette nel suo lavoro.. I locali sono nuovi e arredati con gusto, la pulizia della struttura è eccellente. La posizione è molto comoda alle spiagge, a due passi dal budello, ma soprattutto avendo il posto auto è molto comodo per non avere il pensiero di trovare e pagare il parcheggio.

La struttura è nuovissima e pulitissima. Vicina al centro con posto auto riservato. Che dire mi sentivo a casa quando rientrava la sera dopo le escursioni.
