Newly renovated bed and breakfast, located in the center of the Ligurian town, just a few steps from the sea and the main public transportation.

The Rosanna B&B has been designed with taste, elegance, and attention to detail.

Ideal for those who want to explore on foot, but also suitable for those who want to use a car to discover the surroundings of Loano, as it provides free reserved parking spaces for guests.

The property is the perfect place for families, but also for business trips, as our aim is to make guests feel at home, with the comforts of a high-level accommodation.

Each room is equipped with a balcony, private bathroom, desk, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, television, hairdryer, safe, and refrigerator.

Daily room cleaning is provided, including changing towels and courtesy products.

Possibility of adding a child's bed upon request.

No pets are allowed, not even small ones.

The welcome and hospitality are really positive. Breakfast and cleanliness are excellent, only that the room is located right next to the station, so the noise from the trains is a bit annoying. Therefore, it depends on a person if they are okay with it like this or prefer to be away from the railway.

Excellent structure, functional, completely renovated and very clean. The stay is made very pleasant by the owner Rosanna, very helpful and an excellent cook: breakfasts are abundant, rich, and always varied. Moreover, the availability of water for herbal teas during the day is not taken for granted, but was greatly appreciated. The location is favorable, a stone's throw from the sea and the center: we stayed with two children and it was very convenient to move around. I highly recommend to everyone.

We were just passing through on a rainy day but B&B Rosanna met our expectations with impeccable hospitality and service. Note the gargantuan breakfast with homemade cakes. Access and parking space for small cars. An address that I recommend. Thank you Rosanna for your kindness.

Exceptional structure, new, in a great location both for the sea (5 minutes walk) and for the center. Mrs. Rosanna is a friendly and very helpful person... she prepares breakfasts, both sweet and savory, to say they are excellent is an understatement. The B&B Rosanna is truly a relaxing place. The cleanliness is superb! Highly recommended! There is also free parking.

We stayed at B&B Rosanna for a weekend getaway. The environment is very welcoming, clean, and our room had three windows! The breakfast is extremely plentiful, with sweet and savory dishes prepared by Rosanna on the spot, and if you can't finish it all, you are invited to take it with you for a snack, maybe on the beach. Excellent opportunity to park the car in a reserved parking area. The property is close to the railway, so you can hear the trains passing by, but honestly, they didn't bother our stay. Rosanna is a lovely person, very kind and available for any need.

I stayed only one night and it was a discovery this B&B. The maximum availability on the part of Mrs. Rosanna already before arrival, well-furnished and super clean room, very abundant breakfast almost a brunch, excellent location because it is 100 meters from the sea and 50 meters from the center street of Loano, convention with the beach.

Great little place to stop for the night. Mrs. Rosanna is a perfect hostess, if not more, and she made us feel at home. The property is located 100 meters from the sea, very convenient to reach it on foot and to wander through the streets of the center. The rooms are furnished in a modern and elegant style while remaining classic, and the breakfast room is welcoming to all guests. Due to the covid situation, the presence of more than one family unit is not possible for safety reasons, but Mrs. Rosanna made herself available to bring breakfast to the room, characterized by a variety of sweets and more, all made by her. Saying that everything was good is an understatement. A place suitable for both families and couples, and is an excellent compromise for the quality-price ratio. I absolutely recommend it!

The very kind Mrs. Rosanna was very hospitable and made our stay very pleasant with her extreme availability and care. The room lacked nothing, very practical and functional, as well as tastefully furnished. In these Covid times, safety was ensured, which is very important. The homemade breakfasts were at the pastry level, including savory options, and it was also possible to take away what couldn't be consumed. The property is very close to the sea, which could also be glimpsed from the small balcony. In short, we spent three beautiful days and it was like being at home.

Found by chance and couldn't have been better! Mrs. Rosanna is very kind and, since we were three couples of friends with children, it was all just for us and we had a great time! We had the breakfast room at our disposal, which was convenient for us to all be together without anyone else, so we didn't "disturb" anyone! Really big compliments! TOP TOP TOP.

The kindness and availability of Mrs. Rosanna are the highlight of this B&B, as well as a charming, very welcoming and clean environment. We stayed for 10 nights at B&B Rosanna and we had a great time. The property is very clean, furnished in a modern and functional way, well soundproofed, the nearby train does not disturb. The rooms have air conditioning and a spacious shower. The highlight that makes the difference is the breakfast, rich and plentiful, with excellent cakes (my favorite is the cheese-cake but the chocolate one is also great) all prepared by Rosanna. The location is convenient for both the historic center and the beaches. Convenient parking. We will definitely come back.

Mrs. Rosanna is of a kindness and unique availability. We really enjoyed it. Small but very comfortable and modern room. With Mrs. Rosanna's style and elegance, if the B&B were by the sea, it would be a 10. Despite the location is still convenient because just around the corner you are in the center of Loano and a few steps from the sea, despite the B&B being on Aurelia. We stayed at the B&B Rosanna unfortunately only one night (although we would have liked to stay much longer). Upon arrival, we were greeted with great warmth, the lady very kind and friendly, so kind that she let us park in her garage to keep us from getting wet since it was raining. The room is very beautiful, spacious, with air conditioning and a minibar. The room is decorated with great care and with every type of comfort. The breakfast was delightful, a wide choice and all handmade by Mrs. Rosanna. There were toast, pies, angel cake, fruits and even a really delicious mini cheesecake. The B&B is highly recommended. We can't wait to come back.

We spent 4 days in complete relaxation with our 2-year-old child. Mrs. Rosanna was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. Very clean room. Abundant breakfast and every morning you could enjoy the delicacies made by Mrs. Rosanna. Convenient location, a few meters from the center and the beaches. We will definitely come back. My boyfriend and I stayed at this fantastic B&B during the May holiday. The rooms are modern, equipped with every comfort and cleaned daily. The location is great, a very convenient area just a stone's throw from the center of Loano, the train station, and the beach. Excellent parking space, also because it's difficult to find parking in the area. As soon as we arrived, we immediately felt at home with the welcome aperitif with snacks, crodino, etc. And what about the breakfast, a royal breakfast. Handmade products and a lot of variety (cakes, pancakes, cheesecake, cookies, toast, savory snacks, fresh fruit, more than breakfast, a brunch). Furthermore, having explored the area a bit and known it for a long time, we can say that the strong point of this B&B is Mrs. Rosanna, a sweet and caring person who carries out her work with great passion. Highly recommended.

Our weekend at B&B Rosanna was very pleasant: the room with private bathroom was tastefully furnished and equipped with a very useful minibar. Mrs. Rosanna pampered us with superb breakfasts; delicious cakes made by her that we also found back for the snack, coffee, cappuccino, tea, fresh fruit, without limits and a delicious focaccia. The private parking space is very convenient, which is rare in Liguria, and the proximity to the sea and the center are to be appreciated. It is a B&B to recommend and deserves a perfect score.

Excellent solution to visit the beautiful Loano with its charming historic center. Very convenient B&B Rosanna by the sea and near the Giardino del Principe, venue for musical events. Mrs. Rosanna welcomed us offering a welcome drink: what can I say, surprised and delighted! Brand new rooms, with minibar, air conditioning, private bathroom. Sublime breakfast: both sweet (excellent homemade cakes!) and savory. Not to try this B&B would be a shame: parking spot included in the stay. Only judgment: TOP! Thank you for the hospitality.

Found by chance but nothing in this bed and breakfast is left to chance, starting with the landlady Mrs. Rosanna who welcomes you with a big smile and pampers you throughout the stay. I really felt at home, new and clean rooms and a great location close to the station, center, and the sea.

Very beautiful rooms tastefully furnished. Reserved parking space. The structure is in the center and near the sea. Abundant breakfast with homemade cakes by the owner Rosanna and her daughter Eleonora. Pleasant stay in tastefully furnished and recently completely renovated rooms. Excellent location as it is just a few minutes from the center and especially from the sea and its promenade, plus only 5 minutes walk from the train station. Mrs. Rosanna is an excellent hostess who pampers her guests with splendid homemade sweets. Good and daily room cleaning, what can I say definitely recommend!

Excellent structure, new and super well-kept in the heart of Loano, a stone's throw from the beaches. The room was very clean and furnished in a simple and tasteful way. Bathroom with a large shower, very functional. The owner is very kind and very helpful, with a always attentive eye to the needs of the customer. Very good breakfast with homemade cakes, pancakes and the possibility to prepare excellent espresso and a good cup of cappuccino. The quality/price ratio is very good. As a Ligurian, I can say that there are not many structures with this level of care in the Riviera. Congratulations again! See you next time!

We recently stayed at this B&B Rosanna. The owner is very kind, very helpful and attentive to customers' needs. The B&B is close to the main street and a two-minute walk from the sea. The rooms and the whole structure are brand new with modern and very beautiful furnishings. Breakfast is not abundant but it's fine by the sea. It's enough for what's there. If we were to return to Loano, we would certainly want to stay here. Parking, wifi and air conditioning are included.

The structure is brand new and very clean. Close to the center with reserved parking. What can I say, I felt at home when I returned in the evening after the excursions.
