In the historic center of Genoa, the B&B Ligustico is located within a charming 18th-century building, overlooking the famous Via Cairoli, which is part of the prestigious Strade Nuove system. The accommodation occupies the third floor and is accessible by elevator; the spaces are separate from the host's residence, ensuring privacy and tranquility, with views of a spacious tree-lined courtyard that helps create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
The areas are designed to be functional and inviting, featuring two available rooms: one double and one single, both equipped with private bathrooms for exclusive use. The single room has a multi-level layout, accessed via a short internal staircase. A crib for infants can be added if needed.
Guests have access to a shared kitchen that is fully equipped and reserved for the establishment, as well as a hallway enhanced by a small library with fiction books and volumes in various languages. Included amenities feature free Wi-Fi, linens, toiletries, in-room TV, and access to a washer-dryer.
