B&B Le Terrazze

We’re Elisa and Luca, a couple with all the right resources: I’m a barista by passion and profession, he’s an engineer; I’m a volcano of ideas, he’s got the precision to organise them.

What we’ve certainly got in common though is the passion we put into our projects, like the one to realise this B&B.

The first time we saw what was to become our home we fell in love with it on the spot, and just when we were totally immersed in the works, breathing down the necks of all the tradesmen helping us (we’ll surely be in their nightmares for years to come: -D), we found out we’d soon have another exciting project on our hands: our little Vittoria was on her way!
Throughout the refurbishing works our aim was to make the house modern and efficient, but with a keen eye on keeping its traditional, rustic feel, the kind you’d expect from a house with origins dating back two hundred years.

The key point of our entire project was the concept of “green”, because we feel that building a house that has the least possible impact on the environment is fundamental if we want to leave a world fit to live in to our children. That's why all the domestic utilities (heating, hot water, cooking) are electric, with most of the power for them generated by our own solar panels.

We sincerely hope that all our guests get the same feeling of warmth and serenity this house gives to us.
