Gentile Ospite. Rispondiamo volentieri per aiutare i futuri ospiti a fare chiarezza su quanto da lei descritto, dato che la sua ricostruzione pecca di diverse disattenzioni. La strada per raggiungerci è assolutamente accessibile e percorribile. Se ha sbagliato percorso più volte, è dovuto unicamente al fatto che non ha consultato le precise indicazioni che le abbiamo premurosamente inviato la mattina stessa del suo arrivo, strumenti che la stragrande maggioranza delle persone utilizza con successo per raggiungerci direttamente. Inoltre, l'errore logistico a monte è stato della sua ditta, che ha prenotato una struttura non vicina al suo posto di lavoro. Al suo arrivo da solo (nonostante nel testo scriva "siamo stati costretti", al plurale) era già palesemente infastidito da questa sua svista organizzativa. La sua partenza anticipata è stata quindi una sua decisione per rimediare a un errore geografico della sua azienda. Averle negato il rimborso, non dovuto per regolamento, non giustifica il tentativo di rivalersi sul nostro lavoro con critiche infondate sulla pulizia o toni inutilmente drammatici. Cordiali saluti. Our stay was absolutely perfect, the location is perfect away from everything but close enough to some great beaches. We enjoyed their breakfast but the optional dinner menu they had for us on Saturday was perfect. The remodelled olive oil mill is so unique. We loved all the nature that surrounded us. We are hoping to revisit very soon. We are so grateful for our short getaway here, it was a perfect way to unwind.
