Sleeping on the edge of the sea in Portovenere, rocked by the waves, just steps away from the ancient village.

The rooms are located in a villa surrounded by greenery, overlooking the sea, with private entrances and facilities.

Each room has its own parking space within the property.

Unforgettable vacation, fabulous place by the sea with a dreamy panorama that ranges from the Palmaria island (opposite), to the coasts of Lerici, Fiascherino and Tellaro and beyond Montemarcello and all the way to the distant Tuscan coast up to the Pisan hills and Livorno in the background. Excellent reception, very comfortable rooms and services, abundant breakfast. I recommend it as a place for relaxation. Romantic sunrise over the sea.

Very nice address. The owner is very accessible. The room is spacious and well furnished with a terrace and sea view for breakfast. However, breakfast was prepared the day before so everything was packaged in bags (therefore not fresh that day). It is the only downside of the B&B.

We stayed for the Easter period at this property which we can say we are fully satisfied with. The strategic position by the sea, a stone's throw from the center of Portovenere, makes it an excellent choice. From the terraced garden, where you can have breakfast, and from the rooms you can enjoy a magnificent view of the gulf and the island of Palmaria. The convenience of the car box, the freedom given to guests for managing the abundant breakfast, the great cordiality and availability of Mr. Carlo certainly invite you to come back. Do not miss the special fish dinner at the "terrazze" restaurant owned by the same manager.

Great structure, enchanting view from the room. The owner even came to pick us up to take us to the house. Very clean room and everything is new, with fridge, hot plate, and snacks.

Great central location and still quiet. Packed rich breakfast. Garage usage is included in the price. No table in the room. The address of the accommodation was not traceable on our GPS (name of a staircase). Perhaps the name of the upper or lower street would be helpful?
