"Il Parco" is a new bed & breakfast with wonderful sea view, about 500 meters from the sea, managed by the Moggia family. The building is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of colorful flowers.
It is located in Monterosso al Mare.
In front of the cute villa we offer our customers a beautiful garden in the middle of nature, equipped with chairs and deck-chairs, where you can breath deeply fresh and healthy air.
Accommodation includes overnight stay and buffet breakfast.
Our rooms are equipped with bathroom, Sat TV, air conditioning, refrigerator and hairdryer and are divided into 3 kinds: standard, deluxe and suite.
The customer has at his/her disposal a parking space in the car park in front of the B&B.

Beautiful grounds & view. Unfortunately room was small & dark however very clean.
Breakfast was ok but limited fruit available at times.
I found host unhelpful. Arrival after 6pm with self check is disappointing but understandable if you get accurate directions. I was sent a video for location of room which was not accurate & when I phoned her to clarify location she was annoyed & very sharp & kept asking had I not received the video. We had arrived in the middle of storm with heavy rain which didn’t help. All our luggage was soaked & when I asked her the following morning if we could use a Clothes line or airer she said they had none? She never mentioned she had laundry facilities. I noticed that advertised later. The rest of the staff were friendly. Overall I felt the room was overpriced for the size of it.

A very nice and proper, quiet and peaceful place. The Shuttle Service ist an extra bonus and the lovely breakfast place with its extraordinary view to the ocean in the morning ist the perfect start in the day! We were very pleased within our 5 days stay. Thanks to Marta and her caring Team from a German Family .

Marta is an amazing host! This property is spectacular.
Quiet, clean, well located and beautiful views and grounds. Breakfast is top quality with many choices.
The walk to and from town is not bad at all. Easy access to shopping, train stations, restaurants and the sea.

Impressive reception and continuous attitude of all the staff. Amazing view, amazing furnishing and outside spaces arrangement! Beautiful village! Our room was missing some space - to leave a bigger suitcase and there were no spaces to take out the clothes except some hangers. Same for the toilet personal belongings- no much space to leave them out. But overall - extremely well cared for place. We were very lucky to have been there and would 100% recommend it and repeat.

We had a Short stay @il parco and it was very Great! The whole property is very beautiful and Marta and her Family are very very Kind hosts! Though Monterosso is a very crowdy Place il parco is a little Upside the Hill, so that we had a very calm stay.

Our host was lovely we only stayed one night and arrived after midnight as our flight was delayed. she patiently waited for us a and spoke to us to give us directions to the place. Extremely central location and we will surely return.

Très bon accueil par Martha et sa famille. L'établissement est un peu éloigné du centre mais cela se fait assez rapidement à pied. Superbe vue et très calme. Les chambres sont distribuées tout autour d'un très joli jardin bien entretenu, La piscine est petite mais suffisante. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents. Je recommande cet établissement.

La chambre bien qu'un peu petite suffit largement pour y passer une ou deux nuits. Très propre. Un peu éloigné du vieux centre de Monterosso mais ce n'est pas bien grave car beaucoup moins bruyant..!
Le petit déjeuner dans le restaurant de Giuseppe est une très bonne surprise. Très bonne spécialité maison.

Bonne B&B (evaluation positive) en gêneral, belle vue de notre chambre, propre et bien entretenu. Navette est une solution très utile pour vous amener au trains etc. Point négatif: jus d'orange n'est pas le jus frais, mais de boîte, dommage compte tenu de prix de chambre et le nombre restreint dès visiteur.

La location est super. En ce qui concerne le petit déjeuner dommage qùil ne soit pas sur place et nous avons pas la possibilité de choisir ce que l'on veut: pendant 3 jours les mêmes produits: 1 verre d'eau 1 verre de jus d'orange 1 mini sandwich fromage jambon et 1 croissant avec du Nutella.

Il Parco est l'endroit idéal pour visiter la région. Vue magnifique sur la mer, endroit très propre et agréable, piscine très appréciée après des journées très chaudes. Petit déjeuner complet (omelettes à la demande) et très bon.
Il Parco is the perfect place to stay to visit Cinqueterre. We loved the stuning vue and the cleaneliness of the whole environment. The full continental breakfast + omelettes on demand have been well appreciated.

Un très bon accueil, beaucoup d'explications. Chambre très agréable avec en extérieur des transats pour se reposer dans un écrin de verdure.
Des petits déjeuners sous forme de buffet très copieux et d'excellente qualité. Parfait pour démarrer des journées de marche vers les villages.
Le plus, la piscine pour se détendre après une bonne journée physique.
Les nuits au grand calme dans un joli petit parc parfaitement agencé.
Une belle affaire de famille et une excellente adresse à conseiller.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Zimmer war super sauber, schön eingerichtet (vor allem das Bad - sehr modern), hatte einen kleinen Kühlschrank und die Klimaanlage hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Der komplette Außenbereich ist sehr gepflegt und wunderschön bepflanzt - eine richtig hübsche, grüne Oase! Auch der Swimmingpoolbereich war gepflegt und modern ausgestattet. Um in die City zu gelangen, braucht man knapp 10 Minuten zu Fuß - allerdings einen recht steilen Weg. Dafür ist die Aussicht vom Balkon/der Terrasse aufgrund der Lage auf dem Berg aber unbezahlbar. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Un angolo tranquillo con vista panoramica sul golfo! Servizio navetta efficiente e puntuale anche se la struttura dista al massimo 10 minuti dal paese! Piacevole la piscina (anche se piccola) con solarium, un angolo di pace nel caos del paese per la presenza di ondate oceaniche di turisti. Anche il giardino è molto curato e gradevole! Marta molto gentile e cordiale! Tutto molto positivo!

Ottima struttura immersa nel verde, la pace e la tranquillità ne fanno da padrona, per non parlare del panorama! A 10 minuti a piedi dal centro mediante scorciatoia, in alternativa navetta a disposizione dalle 17:00 alle 23:00. Ricca colazione, ottima pulizia e gentilezza del personale. Lo consiglio a tutti coloro che vogliono visitare la Cinque Terre ma, allo stesso tempo, godersi il relax!
