"For Martha" is the new Bed & Breakfast, family run, opened in June 2009 is located in the heart of the ancient village of Apricale, one of the most beautiful places in the Ponente Ligure, a few steps from the sea and from the French Riviera, climbing for a few kilometers on the heights of Val Nervia. Lovely place to stay. Breakfast was very good and everyone was helpful. Loved the town and the overnight. Like being transported back in time.

An amazingly scenic town with plenty of small cobbled streets to explore. I arrived on the first evening of a 10-day long evening Shakespearean theatre performance. Great atmosphere, friendly and welcoming local populace, and felt very honored to be there. The car park is a little awkward as there are few roads wide enough to be able to park close to the accommodation, but it did mean it was quiet. The room was really quaint and very comfortable, with great views over the gills to the side. A coffee on arrival, and homemade cakes in the morning as part of the breakfast were delicious. A great find in the middle of the summer holidays. Thank you.

Beautiful and very romantic location. The room il Fienile, carved into the rock, was beautiful and clean. Paolo and Barbara welcomed me with warmth and availability. I highly recommend it for a romantic getaway.

Very quiet location. One should not have too much heavy luggage. The way from the car to the accommodation leads through narrow alleys. Very quaint.

What a lovely place to stay! The town itself is like in a fairy tale. Paolo and Barbara are very friendly and the room was fantastic, cool and very tranquil, with a private terrace overlooking a forested mountain. Great breakfast. Note that the stairs down to the room are steep.

Apricale è una perla, 'da Marta' è al centro della perla. Apricale è un paese 'pedonale', i bagagli si portano a mano.
Per il resto sono solo complimenti: la ristrutturazione, la gentilezza, la pulizia, la comunicazione, l'accoglienza. Tutto fa dimenticare quanto è minuscola la stanza (Il fienile). Un unico appunto per la colazione che è solo dolce...(o forse bastava chiedere?) : visto quanto è buono e fresco il pane un po'di affettato e un uovo ci sarebbero stati bene! Grazie Paolo, il soggiorno ad Apricale è stato gradevole anche per merito vostro!

B&B da Marta è una bellissima casa del centro storico di Apricale, tutta costruita in pietra, come il resto del borgo che e’ un vero gioiello di pace, autenticità e storia. Bella la camera, pulita e spaziosa, con vista sullo strapiombo. Gentilissimi e molto cari i proprietari. Buona la colazione. Tornerei, e lo consiglierei, vivamente.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&B e ci siamo trovati bene, bellissimo posto e struttura molto caratteristica, peccato per il freddo che abbiamo patito per via della stagione. La camera il fienile, gode di una vista della vallata. Molto particolari le 2 finestre! Colazione abbondante ma limitata a una sola torta, anche se buona! Scale di accesso alla camera un po' ripide, se qualcuno ha problemi motori.

Siamo stati benissimo, Paolo e Barbara sono persone molto gentili e disponibili, la camera fienile dove abbiamo dormito era adorabile, pulita, semplice e speciale allo stesso tempo, ci sono due finestrelle da dove si vede il magnifico bosco e il cielo, non potevamo chiedere di meglio. La colazione, servita da Barbara con amorevoli cure è stata deliziosa, lei è sempre pronta a preparare quello che più ti piace. Un bel posto dove tornare presto, col freddo alle porte vorrei godermi la stanza che hanno col caminetto. Da favola.

B&B fantastico, così come incredibile è Apricale.
I proprietari Paolo e Barbara sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, colazione ottima e abbondante, e stanze uniche, incastonate nella roccia!
Consigliato vivamente a chi vuol passare qualche giorno tranquillo e ricaricarsi.

Nel cuore dello splendido borgo di Apricale, il B&B "da Marta" ha dischiuso il mistero delle abitazioni di questo paesino, proiettandoci in una dimensione d'altri tempi con il comfort della modernità. Abbiamo dormito nella stanza denominata "Grotta", in realtà un antico ricovero per conigli, oggi trasformata in un ambiente estremamente caratteristico, con i suoi scalini ripidi ed i suoi muri fatti di pietra a vista, ma caldo ed accogliente, con il balconcino proiettato sugli alberi di mimosa fioriti. Dopo un sonno cullato dal silenzio più assoluto, siamo stati circondati dalle attenzioni dei padroni di casa, che hanno servito a noi ed agli altri ospiti, insieme al cappuccino, un'ottima torta casalinga appena sfornata. È stata un'esperienza totalmente positiva, che ripeterei subito e che consiglio in modo assoluto. Stefania da Genova.
