Description

Casa Ninni is a family-run B&B where hospitality is intertwined with the everyday life of a lived-in home. We welcome guests into our spacious apartment located within an early 20th-century villa, where we reside permanently, sharing some common areas in an authentic and relaxed atmosphere.

The property is situated on the very first hill of Camogli, offering a scenic view of the sea and the Ligurian coast. The village center, beach, cafes, and restaurants can be reached in about ten minutes on foot; however, the return trip takes a bit longer due to Camogli’s charming vertical landscape, which features staircases and sloped streets. Alternatively, guests can use local buses, book a taxi, or rent a scooter for more convenient travel.

Guests share the entrance lounge and a lovely garden overlooking the sea with us and possibly other travelers, making it a perfect spot for moments of peace and contemplation. Each morning, a traditional Italian breakfast made with fresh, local ingredients is served in the room to start the day off with flavor and simplicity.

A private parking area is available on request for an additional fee.

To enhance the rejuvenating experience, we offer a selection of bookable activities: personalized massages, individual yoga, Pilates, and postural gymnastics lessons in the garden with a sea view, group Pilates classes in the village, cooking courses with tastings, and boat trips with opportunities for fishing tourism. Each service is organized upon request to provide a tailored experience that aligns with the rhythm and preferences of each guest.

Area hills

On the first hill, just above the town of Camogli, there is a beautiful historic villa surrounded by its gardens and nature. The view of the gulf is stunning. It takes only 10 minutes to walk down to the town, but it takes 20 minutes to walk back up. Please note that Camogli has a vertical landscape, with stairs, and the path back is uphill. The area is conveniently served by buses, with options to book taxis and rent scooters.

Super nice accommodation,very private since only three rooms are available.The hostess was very attentive and very warm.There are many stairs down to the center,you should be aware of that.The rooms are impeccably maintained and the peace is unique.We had a great three days and hopefully will travel there again.

Casa Ninni was perfect for our 3 night stay in Camogli. It's a farther walk into town and back than I expected, and there are a LOT of stairs (this slows down the walk time). The room was so clean and had everything we needed - including a mini fridge to store our groceries. I have a food allergy and Diletta catered to my allergy so I could enjoy breakfast every day. That was so special! Everything was very clean and the air conditioning in the room was a big selling point.

What can I say.. One of the most beautiful stays we have ever experienced. We are welcomed by Diletta, who is truly kind and super hospitable, and she leads us into this splendid villa, surrounded by a large park, with a truly beautiful view of Camogli and the sea. We are a 10-minute walk from the sea and the center of Camogli. It is an excellent location to avoid long searches for a parking space in the center. The B&B is on the top floor of the villa, which provides an even more suggestive view. Upon entering, you can already feel the care and warmth that Diletta has for this special place. She leads us to our room, the one with a sea view, bathed in the wonderful light of the early afternoon. Everything is perfect, cleanliness first and foremost, and many little treats that are hard to find. The bathroom is large, spacious, and has enviable cleanliness. After a refreshing sleep in a comfortable and welcoming bed, the highlight is breakfast in the room. Everything you need is available inside the room, along with a tray of local delicacies that arrive fresh in the morning. Having breakfast while admiring the sea is a magical experience. Thank you Diletta for this splendid stay. We will return soon.

We spent four days in Camogli and stayed at B&B Casa Ninni. The structure was perfect with three very beautiful rooms equipped with every necessity and with a wonderful view of Camogli. The structure was perfectly clean. The breakfast was abundant and delicious. But it was thanks to Diletta and Enrico, the owners and managers, that we had a wonderful stay. They are truly special people, very kind and they did everything to help us with any of our requests. We hope to return soon.

Diletta is a fantastic host: very friendly, attentive, and professional! From the accommodation, a beautiful view of the bay. Tastefully decorated room with comfortable beds, good bathroom. Lovingly prepared breakfast, also prepared according to individual preferences (we were glad to receive more fruits instead of bread and cakes). Quiet location. One day there was an extremely high humidity: we really missed the air conditioning. Otherwise, you could sleep well at night thanks to the fan and ventilation. The accommodation is actually an apartment with three rooms that are directly next to each other. This gave us the feeling of quickly disturbing the neighbors with noises. We didn't like Camogli very much (very small beach, and not very attractive for swimming at a city beach). This of course has nothing to do with the accommodation.

I had a fabulous weekend (2 nights, including Friday evening) at B&B Casa Ninni. I was able to enjoy with my wife the stunning room with a view overlooking the entire gulf from Camogli to Genova. I found a splendid service by the owner Mrs. Diletta (who is very attentive to every necessary detail), all set in a place of perfect silence and relaxation. Every morning we were greeted with wonderful breakfasts. Everything perfect and highly recommended, I will be back soon.
