Description

B & B Cà da Franca is a modern building, furnished in a modern style, located in the center of the town of Boissano, 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Loano, an excellent location to spend relaxing holidays.

All rooms are equipped with independent air conditioning, flat screen TV, desk, private bathroom with shower and hairdryer, complimentary toiletries, balcony, free wi-fi throughout the hotel.

Also there is a common area equipped with a kitchen with hob, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, breakfast tables, a sofa and flat screen TV. At our guests' disposal there is also a brand new washing machine and dryer that can be used for a small fee.

Hello everyone, my name is Martina and together with my mother Emanuela, we manage the B&B Cà da Franca. Since I was a child, I had the opportunity to interact with other people thanks to my parents' furniture store; and here, this small idea was born.

The name of this B&B is a reference to an extraordinary mother, a grandmother, Franca was the classic person who loved everyone and put others' well-being before her own. Born and raised in Boissano, she was part of many associations in the town, she was the right-hand of the Priest and dedicated her entire day to her beloved town. She was a phenomenal cook, a talented seamstress, and this B&B was specifically created for her because with her dedication and immense desire, she would have made it a "treasure" of love. Unfortunately, fate did not allow her to see it finished and did not permit her to embark on this adventure with us..

And from here, the B&B Cà da Franca was born.

The structure is new and generally well maintained. The room and bathroom are spacious. However, the sanitary facilities were not adequately cleaned (organic residues). It was late when we arrived in the room and we took care of cleaning ourselves, reporting the issue to the host at a later time. The next day when we returned at the end of the day, the room had not been tidied up; when contacted, the host told us that the daily cleaning service was an extra, even though this was not indicated anywhere (neither on the website, nor on the service card in the room, nor on any platform). The management of the daily cleaning of the room is at the discretion of the structure, but that it is a service on request and extra should be indicated. Note: on this platform, daily cleaning of the room was indicated as free. To date, this is the first B&B encountered that does not provide daily tidying of the room, despite being defined as "charming". The service is certainly not commensurate with the price per night, especially since the host, having learned of the inconvenience created, did nothing but express regret. It is true, we are in Liguria, these accommodations will always have clientele, but it is right to match services to the price, which is certainly not low, especially considering the position inside. Breakfast is average, although not well managed by the host.

Gentilissima sig. ra Gargiulo, La sua recensione non è al quanto veritiera e ciò viene confermato dalle altre recensioni presenti nonché dagli altri clienti presenti in struttura al momento del suo stesso soggiorno (una coppia di miei clienti affezionati, nonché una famiglia che è uscita complimentandosi di tutto). Se fosse vero che i sanitari erano sporchi “di organico” non avrebbe esitato a far presente nell’immediato il disagio, invece a me non è stato segnalato niente… lei e suo marito siete entrati in camera alle ore 12. 30 e il vostro “lamento” è arrivato il giorno dopo alla sera (più di 24 ore dopo), quindi suppongo che l’organico di cui lei parla sia il suo. Il ressetto giornaliero non è un “extra” perché non è un servizio a pagamento ma solo molto semplicemente su richiesta, come detto al suo arrivo per ogni vostra esigenza sarei stata a vostra disposizione; ma purtroppo le lamentele sono arrivate solamente la sera precedente alla sua partenza (nonché la sera precedente al momento del pagamento). In conclusione penso che lei e la mia struttura siate incompatibili, le consiglio la prossima volta di cercare una struttura che possa soddisfare le sue esigente e fronte mare. Cordiali saluti.

Beautiful location! Everything is clean and fragrant. The owner Martina is very sweet. I will definitely come back! If I have to give a rating, I would certainly give 10 with honors! Congratulations! Located in a strategic spot, 15 minutes from the chaos of the seaside towns being slightly on the hill. It is 5 minutes from the Toirano caves, which is a must-see destination! Excellent quality price.

Modern and well-maintained, it is located a few kilometers from the sea and the management is attentive and prompt. Our room was spacious and bright. Convenient balcony for hanging clothes. The village of Boissano is quiet and fresh.

The B&B Cà da Franca is ideal for those who desire tranquility. Nearby are the Toirano caves and the homologous village of medieval architecture. The B&B structure is very well cared for, clean, and welcoming. For those who wish, in just 5 minutes by car you can reach the popular beaches of Borghetto Santo Spirito, Loano, Pietra Ligure.

We spent two nights at B&B Cà da Franca: we can affirm that it is without a doubt one of the most beautiful Bed and Breakfasts we have stayed at. The structure is new, furnished with taste and practicality, our room was spacious and comfortable, as well as the bathroom, both characterized by impeccable cleanliness. The breakfast is plentiful and varied, with the added value of excellent homemade pies. Martina, the young manager, proved to be extremely helpful and courteous, with very valuable tourist and gastronomic suggestions. It is a place to recommend very warmly!
